What do you like best about CallTools?

I really appreciate the assistance provided by the tech team at CallTools during the setup process. They were there to help whenever challenges arose, which was incredibly beneficial. I love how CallTools makes it easy to call multiple people at once, significantly simplifying my workflow when dealing with insurance agents. One of the standout features for me is the call recording capability, which I find incredibly useful. Additionally, I value the consistent functionality of CallTools and appreciate the staff member, Jules, who was instrumental in helping me get everything set up. What do you like best about CallTools?

Fast, Intuitive and easy to use. I was set up the same day and had my team dialing. They even contacted me over the weekend and were swift to get me up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I just we would have found it sooner, no gripes at the moment. So far the platform has done everything I have needed it to do. Their team has been responsive and my AE is a really cool guy. What do you like best about CallTools?

Shawnie was amazing from the start of our experience with CallTools. She helped schedule my training, answered my questions about seat allocation, data uploads, calling experience efficiently and swiftly. I honestly don't know if I ever waited more than an hour for a response from her, it was truly above and beyond. The platform itself is fantastic, the ability to dial up to 10 lines at a time, the customization abilities, the call connection stability, all of it was so easy to use.
