**What do you like best about CallTools?**

As an Enterprise user, CallTools has been a game changer for our business operations. There’s a lot to love about the platform, but the standout feature for us has been the Live Filtering. It provides a seamless experience, allowing us to easily filter out irrelevant calls in real-time, ensuring that our teams focus on what really matters. It’s a feature we absolutely rely on for improved productivity and efficiency.

In addition to the live filtering, the support team Crizelda Cagaanan and David Rojo at CallTools has been incredibly helpful, particularly when it comes to registering phone numbers and optimizing our caller strategies. As an Enterprise, having a dedicated team to assist with these processes makes a huge difference in ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

All in all, CallTools has proven to be an indispensable part of our communication strategy. From its powerful features to its outstanding customer service, it has helped us streamline our calling operations, saving time and improving overall performance.

**What do you dislike about CallTools?**

None at the moment. As a Virtual Assistant, Lead Generation Manager, and Admin Manager across various platforms, I always recommend CallTools as the top dialer whenever I work with clients. Having used a variety of dialers in different roles, CallTools consistently stands out for its robust features and ease of use. It's by far the most outstanding tool I’ve encountered.

**What problems is CallTools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest issues we faced was our numbers being categorized as spam, but CallTools solved this with the ability to register our phone numbers with carriers. This feature has truly eased our pain.

As an Enterprise User, we also benefit from having 100 free phone numbers for each cold caller, along with the privilege of priority support whenever issues arise.

The Support Team has been outstanding, especially with Crizelda Cagaanan and David Rojo, who have gone above and beyond to resolve my issues. They’ve not only offered exceptional assistance but also shared valuable insights and skills to help me perform my role more effectively as an Admin Manager.

**What do you like best about CallTools?**

I like the fact that I can buy multiple area codes for the areas I'm working in. This is super helpful because if someone, including myself, sees a number with an unrecognized area code, they're unlikely to answer, so this could improve the pickup rate. I also appreciate the representative, Rick, who went into great detail about the features that CallTools has. One of the big ones for me is being able to integrate my CRM system, Go High Level, so I don't have to manually enter data, which is time-consuming. Another feature I like is that when I am making calls, I have the option of using Zillow or Google Maps. Lastly, I find it amazing that I can jump in on a call to guide a person, which helps with efficiency and time management. I'm also really pleased that setting it up was pretty easy. I love that I didn't have to wait to get my numbers activated, and now I can make calls and set appointments straight away.

**What do you dislike about CallTools?**

I think having a 24-hour support window every day would be helpful, especially if unexpected things come up or schedules get switched around. It would also be good to have access to purchase an account and hop on an onboarding call on the weekends, as I don't think this was currently available. Another area for improvement is the onboarding call itself; it felt pretty rushed. I was asking questions during the call, but it felt like the person was just playing a video and I couldn't interact easily or get answers in real-time. It would be better if the presenter was actively showing us things rather than relying on a video.

**What problems is CallTools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CallTools for cold outreach, making my calls more efficient by avoiding inactive numbers. It saves me time by handling multiple numbers per household, speeding up my appointment setting.

Bari has been the best support agent that I have gotten, hands down. We have been dealing with an issue regarding leads and I had called in to get support, I told him I had 15 minutes until my team came in to get this resolved and he had all of my issues fixed within 5 minutes. He's a phenomenal agent. You got a good one

I wish there was a native salesforce integration so that we did not need to do custom development on our end

Speed to lead with both inbound leads calling back and outbound for leads who just had their information submitted. We have had prospects ask what dialer we use when calling back in because we connect to their call so fast

I find CallTools pretty user-friendly, which I really appreciate. But the biggest thing I like is the support you get. Since it's a new platform, you're bound to have questions, and they are quick to support while being very understanding and patient. Everybody is always in a good mood, which I really appreciate. The support team never makes you feel like a burden and is quick to answer even if it's the same question more than once. They're super friendly and supportive.

Fast, Intuitive and easy to use. I was set up the same day and had my team dialing. They even contacted me over the weekend and were swift to get me up and running.

**What do you dislike about CallTools?**

I just we would have found it sooner, no gripes at the moment. So far the platform has done everything I have needed it to do. Their team has been responsive and my AE is a really cool guy. I am a big critic when I don't like something, but so far I haven't found anything I dislike.

I was able to get rid of my on premise system and cut costs because I no longer have to employ my IT guy to run everything.  CallTools is cloud based and can be used anywhere that has good internet access and I have full visibility on all of my reps.

Shawnie was amazing from the start of our experience with CallTools.  She helped schedule my training, answered my questions about seat allocation, data uploads, calling experience efficiently and swiftly.  I honestly don't know if I ever waited more than an hour for a response from her, it was truly above and beyond.  The platform itself is fantastic, the ability to dial up to 10 lines at a time, the customization abilities, the call connection stability, all of it was so easy to use.  I had no trouble at all getting going myself, and training my team was a breeze.  Would highly recommend this team and this platform to anyone interested.

Honestly, not much to dislike.  It is straightforward, easy, and efficient.

**What do you like best about CallTools?**

I was on chat and contacted by Shawnie shortly thereafter which was nice. She answered all of my concerns and questions. I got on board and was trained the next morning (I need to mention that their support staff did a great job of helping me get up and running with proper strategies in place).  So far the system has been worked exactly as explained and I'm very pleased with the results, we've already seen a significant boost in connections which I think in large part is due to the fact that there's no lag or sound made when the prospect picks up, you just dive right in to the pitch and the prospect is totally unaware that you're using a dialer.  With other platforms I tried the lag or sound made when the call picked up gave away the call and the prospect was gone before I could say hello.   I wish I would've researched this company sooner, I don't even like to think about how much more revenue I could have been gaining.

I'll share if I find one but it's working  exactly as advertised so I'm very content.

Great software!
Multi line dialer, you can hook it up to a CRM. This prevents the CRM from getting too crowded with bad leads, also the multi-line dialer is great for working larger lists. 
At the very least, the software will help you improve the efficiency of your sales reps or cold callers resulting in higher conversions for the time.

I did wish that they had an auto-text option like Lead Sherpa, but it is great for what it was built for.

I was having issues with blank contact cards showing when my VA was calling my prospects. Martin Corrales was super patient with me as I had so many questions to ask. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood the process and even sent me an e-mail with a tutorial on how to properly upload prospects just in case I forget a step when uploading future lists.

**What do you dislike about CallTools?**

I wish the zoom call was recorded and could be sent to our e-mail. That way, we can use that as a point of reference, but the e-mail tutorial was very helpful.

It's helping me be very efficient with calling prospects in a timely manner, making this a  smooth process.

She took the time to answer any, and all questions that I had.  We definately had some major issues that we had to overcome.  From the phone recording not working, to managing mutliple numbers in an individual lead list, to helping w/ setting up our first campaign....she was so helpful.  She even hopped on a zoom to show us how to separate the phone numbers in google sheets because some of our skip traced clients had 10 phone numbers per listing.

watching the webinars did not help.  I had questions that they would say they would answer, and said they would cover it later in the webinar, but then never addressed my questions.  I reached out to my rep James, and he instructed me to send an email to support.  Support suggested I watch the webinar for a 3rd time.  At my last hope, I simply click for support chat online, and I was eventually transferred to Jessa.  She's exactly why your company rocks!!  Your software can be the best, but if nobody can show clients like me on "how to use it", it won't matter.  Thank YOU jessa!  Wish us luck!
