**What do you like best about Retreaver?**

The ease of use on the platform, including support articles, and customer service team's help, make it easy and affordable to integrate with other companies' systems, and to operate an effective lead generation setup for many clients.

**What do you dislike about Retreaver?**

It would be really nice to have a managed service, and/or to hire a VA / employee to operate the software. No fault of Retreaver's, but there are often many ideas that take time and resources to implement. Busy CEO here, working on building my team, and handing off processes for things like software management/implementations. Retreaver will be an easy one to train my staff and hand off day to day management.

**What problems is Retreaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Retreaver allows me to work with many clients and many vendors as well, to manage real-time lead generation delivery, and call tracking. In my estimation, most people using this platform for any significant period of time, should be making massive gains in their business.

**What do you like best about Retreaver?**

We have been using Retreaver for the past few years to route calls. We have recently begun using some advanced features and it is amazing to see the capabilities!  I am not a "tech" guy and could never do this without the help of their outstanding support team. They have taught me how to use the tool and have always been Johnny on the Spot when I have a question. I highly recommend Retreaver for your call routing, tracking, and buyer availability pings.

**What do you dislike about Retreaver?**

The tool has more functionality than I believe they advertise or at least a non-tech guy like myself would understand how to use it. However, they do a great job of helping you once you ask.

**What problems is Retreaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. We just started using a pre-ping to see if a buyer has available advisors before sending them the call. This is super helpful.  
2. We also use Retreaver to give our buyers access to their billable leads. 
3. We use Retreaver to route our calls
4. We set call caps to stop us from over sending to a buyer

**What do you like best about Retreaver?**

What really sticks out beyond the tech itself are the people who work there. If you know nothing about setting up a call campaign they can do it for you and show you how to do it every step of the way.  They have taken a tool and made a community out of it.  They don't just go above and beyond to help make sure things are working, they also facilitate relationships with clients who may be interested in selling our buying a product from you. On technology itself, retreaver is built on strong universal coding language.  When other platforms have an outage, retreaver stays up 95% of the time. Using their tag wizard system you can optimize and customize call flow to any need it is suited for. They also have a dynamic routing mode called RTB.  On top of all of this, they don't charge nearly as much as any of their competitors. I have used most major call platforms and our costs with retreaver are 70% less compared to others.

**What do you dislike about Retreaver?**

if you have anything you don't like and you let them know, just wait long enough and they will address it. I've seen it myself.

**What do you like best about Retreaver?**

What I love about Retreaver is its excellent Webhook integration and attaching tags to each phone number. I also love Retreaver JS script for my websites and work perfectly well for my ad tracker Voluum and RedTrack. Unlike other platforms, Retreaver is the only platform I know that has the ability to grab URL parameters (Operating System, Country, City, Device, IP Address) and assigns them to the correct source that I using to drive call traffic to it. With it, I'm able to scale campaigns on Pop, Native, Push Ads & other ad formats. Without it, I would be limited to Google Ads & Facebook.

August 2 2024  Update: I love the new native integrations that they added on there. Redtrack, TrueCall, and AudienceAudicity. This is going to help scale my media buys easily. THANK YOU A+++++

**What do you dislike about Retreaver?**

It's a very advanced platform and there is some learning curve to it. If you have a technical background it can help you speed up on learning the platform. Other than that I have no complaints.

August 2 2024 Update: Ever since they update the UI interface. It's never been easier for me to navigate around the platform.

**What problems is Retreaver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems is trying to find a way to integrate a call tracker to my Ad tracker. One of the key components to running a successful campaign is tracking what traffic source and target sites are driving calls for my campaigns. With Retreaver's Number Pool & the ability to collect URL parameters including ClickID, I was able to blacklist target sites that aren't performing and increase bids for sites that are converting in unique traffic sources.

How customizable it is. You can tailor the software to route everything you need the exact way that you want it. The team is beyond quick to get back to you and can tailor custom features to you. I use Retreaver everyday and over the years the features and speed have improved 10 fold!

Nothing! it is a great software that is easy to get along with. It might take a little bit to learn but once you do it is easy to get the ball rolling!

It is able to handle mass amounts of calls without a singluar hiccup. They have solved my issues of inbound tracking and custom filters, as well as they have solved my needs for exporting data

The platform itself is incredibly easy to navigate, and easy instruct others on how to navigate as well. More then that, the Retreaver team is phenominal to work with and so prompt in resolving any issues / or integration questions.

I have no complaints whatsover about the platform. Every client is going to want something different, and there will always be potential features to add. The Retreaver team has built out a platform that can be morphed to fit into many models and that is a large benefit.

Retreaver seamlessly routes thousands of calls daily for us through our internal agency as well as various partners. They also take so much work off my plate by helping out with integrations that buyers request and translating my lack of API knowledge into something useful.

**What do you like best about Retreaver?**

Retreaver is extremely accessible for anyone to use, from executives in a company, to the account managers, and the QA teams, the UI and features are user friendly. On top of that, if there are ever any hiccups or blockers, the Retreaver team is so accommodating. They will jump on calls, write out instructions, and ensure that you overcome whatever obstacle you may be facing.

**What do you dislike about Retreaver?**

One thing Id like to see Retreaver do is have an account type that has the full access to build out publisher, campaigns, and even buyer profiles, as well as, tune into calls for QA, ALL while NOT being able to see revenues, payouts, and profits. As those aren't true numbers of a business, it can be deceiving for employees of the company using Retreaver to see profit numbers that are ultimately gross.

Allowing us to route calls to our targets, track analytics of those calls, as well as gauge the revenue.

Not many and all are being actively worked on by the team.  They are very nimble and able to adapt quickly to requests.

RTB.  We couldn't get this running with another call platform who charged a monthly fee and working on setup for 4 months.  Retreaver got us setup and seeing revenue in 3 weeks.

The platform has a ton of features, but it's not overwhelming at all.  Super easy to navigate and if I have any questions, their team is always available to help!

I don't really have any dislikes.  I've used other platforms similar to Retreaver and this is by far the most intuitive.

The platform is very reliable and intuitive.  The tag wizard makes setting up any pre ping or data posting very easy.  For anything too complex support staff is available and very helpful. 
 Rescue call feature is a great way to maxmize revenue.

Reporting pages only list 10 calls at a time by default.  When selecting a large date range with a lot of calls they display a little slow.

I have found Retreaver to be the easier product to use vs the other 3 systems I currently have to manage for our call campaigns.  I can get things set up in a matter of minutes, literally and the support has been way above expectations. From data exports for optimization review, customized routing solutions & data flow, to easy access for our clients to review their own calls, Retreaver gets the job done.

Small learning curve, but to be expected.

Setting up clients for calls is one thing, but not every system lets you manage the life of the call. To be able to see the entire call flow from beginning to end has tremendously helped with improving and troubleshooting so that we can help our clients review, optimize & scale.

Everybody that you will interact with is extremely helpful and pleasant and they go well beyond expectations to help in any way they can. Phil and Stan answer questions 24/7 and are always willing to make recommendations and introductions. The service itself is intuitive, customizable and powerful and our results have improved infinitely since moving to Retreaver.

Reporting could be evolved some, but downsides are extremely limited.

Retreaver handles extremely complex routing decisions instantaneously and efficiently. The trust in the platform allows me to pay attention to results and our productively has increased dramatically as a result.

The team behind Retreaver is phenomenal.  A smart and savvy bunch that really understands our needs as a high volume media buying agency.  Retreavers robust feature set allows us to maximize monetization of our traffic.  The support team is always available at warp speed. Great experience.

Some UI is difficult at first glance, but the support team is really great at teaching us fairly quickly.

The Retreaver team is extremely responsive and very helpful. There have been many times I had question, issue, or idea and they always provide quick, helpful responses. The team is very hands-on when it comes to problem solving and get on calls with us whenever this is an issue. Retreaver as a platform is easy to use and navigate and allows for a high level of customization. We have had very few reliability issues with them and we can always count on it working properly. As valuable, if not more, is there amazing customer service who truly care and want you to be successful. They have always gone above and beyond to solve problems and in the rare cases of any platform issues, apply appropriate credits. I would highly recommend anyone in the space to consider Retreaver for their call tracking needs.

There are a few quirks of the reporting functions that I think could be streamlined and altered to be more insightful such such as having the option to view conversion percentage based off of gross calls as well as unique calls. Also a better reporting method to more easily find discrepancies of payables vs receivables.

It's effective, and affordable. Can't ask for much more when it comes to a call tracking system. On top of that the customer service from this company is incredible. Their team is always there to help us customize/strategize on how we can make the most of the software.

As a user of multiple call tracking platforms I'd say there are aspects of the platform that aren't as intuitive as others. That said, the platform overall is easy to navigate through and their team is more than willing to coach you to ensure you are getting what you need out of it. If you're thinking of using this in addition to other systems, or transitioning altogether, like anything else there will be a learning curve. However, once you get the blueprint down the system is pretty easy to use and very effective. Not many negative things to say about this company!

Historically, posting data out from our system(s) to our clients has been a...clunky process. Retreaver has virtually solved that issue for us. Nowadays verifying data points and posting those points out to our clients in real time can be done with ease and consistency.

If the functionality doesn’t exist within the platform, Retreaver will build out and customize their technology to fit our many requests. When we don’t understand a new process, they create step-by-step video tutorials to provide assistance. Jason has vast industry knowledge that exceeds any other vendors in the space, which allows the company to have such a high level of success among all of its clients.

The Retreaver team is very easy to get a hold of & extremely helpful. They take the time to get to know your business and provide recommendations on  how best they can partner to meet your goals. Switching from Invoca was one of the best decisions we made- and the UI is much more straightforward.

There's less visual presentation of the data- and no customizable dashboard to view your business's key metrics.

I have not found anything from the customer service to the platform I do not like.  Eventually with technology maybe it could read my mind and setup automatically but until then I will deal with it. :)

Retreaver's staff is extremely responsive and address any question we have in less time then competitors we’ve used before. The way data is passed around in order to route calls is the best in the business.

It’d be nice to be able to drill down on all the call data better, but I also know that feature’s being added shortly.

We needed an effective solution for delivering the specific callers to specific call center agents. Retreaver uses call data in ways we hadn’t seen before, providing our agents with context on phone calls and giving our marketing team insights into which  effort were producing real results. There are a few real-time features I'd like to see added, such as ability for managers to listen in live to calls, however I get the impression it's just a matter of time before Retreaver adds these too.

There are many positive features about Retreaver, however one of our favorite things is the ability to setup a list of buyers and dynamically route calls based on which buyer has the highest payout.

What I like best about Retreaver is its ease of use in combination with its efficiency and amount of features. While we do not need even half of them at the moment, it is good to know that our call tracking solution will be able to grow with us, as our business grows.

Also, this all comes at an affordable price.

While support has been really helpful in general, my last support ticket seems to have gotten lost somehow and was never answered. Also, it would be great if I were able to pull German cellphone numbers myself instead of having to contact support in order to do so.

Retreaver enables us to track incoming calls to our clients who pay my agency on a PPS basis. Thanks to Retreaver we are able to track down exactly, which assets are generating which amount of revenue for us. Retreaver is a fast, flexible and user friendly call tracking software. Loading times are insanely quick, making it easy to make last-minute fixes to my call campaigns throughout the day. Once you understand how the system is setup, you can customize how you want calls routed and distributed. Additionally, the design is user-friendly and makes it easy for my affiliates and clients to login and use the system, saving me time when it comes to customer service. Additionally, it's easy for me to login on my phone and view the dashboard when I'm on the go.

**What do you dislike about Retreaver?**

Currently there isn't a billing feature with Retreaver for me to manage my client accounts. Also, tracking affiliate costs in retreaver (cost per call) is not setup on the affiliate level, but rather from the target side, meaning I track my true costs outside of the system.

I am using routing affiliate marketing campaigns to clients. Retreaver allows me to track the way my calls are routed and improve profitability.
