**What do you like best about Ringba?**

I love how fast the communication is and how easily any problem gets solved. Even the chat function works great. We’re connected with real professionals who know what they’re doing, and that’s extremely valuable for us.

**What do you dislike about Ringba?**

I wouldn’t say I disliked anything — it just took a bit of time to get past the initial learning curve, especially for someone not very technical like me. But the team guided me throughout the process, making it easy to learn and improve along the way.

**What problems is Ringba solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main challenge was managing call intake and delegating calls to the right buyers, while also syncing all data—conversions, call details, and payouts—with the ad platforms. On top of that, we needed clear performance insights and segmentation to understand what’s working and what needs improvement.

**What do you like best about Ringba?**

Rignba tends to be the most flexible tool out there.  You can make it do anything you need it to do. The options are basically limitless. Customizable options are plentiful, and they provide you the support you need to learn and figure out how to set up campaigns to not just "meet the need" but you can set your business apart if you take the time to learn and use support to help you set it up right the first time.  Best part is that it is accurate and precise. I have worked on other platforms that are "missing time" - calls would just go missing, and it was counted as an acceptable deviation - Not on Ringba. You can count on precision.   Love the back-end invite ability, which makes it the right tool.

**What do you dislike about Ringba?**

It gets complicated quickly, so the learning curve is steep.  Once you learn it, though, it can be the preferred option because of the things you can do with it.  I have found that an easy learning curve and fast implementation isn't always the best choice because it can come with limitations.

**What problems is Ringba solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The very first problem Ringba solved for me was missing time and missing calls on the other platform I was using.  The owner sat down with me and explained why that was happening and how they fixed it, which is what made me a devoted Ringba user. Past that, it seemed like any problem I have run into they alreay had a fix for or went to work and fixed it so fast it is basically bundled into the program.  At this point, the problem is learning it all and knowing how to do the thing you need to do.  Great they have support to help.

Ringba makes our small team feel “bigger.” The routing function, reporting, and live analytics help our team manage campaigns without needing extra manpower. It’s reliable and makes it way easier to understand which ads or partnres are giving us the best return.

**What do you dislike about Ringba?**

It would be the initial learning phase to be familiar with the application. Some of the settings and routing options needs additional time to learn, especially when we were just getting started. Once I got used to the layout, it made sense, but those first few days took a bit of effort.

**What problems is Ringba solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ringba solves our biggest problem, which was not having clear visibility on where our calls were coming from and which traffic sources were actually converting.

**What do you like best about Ringba?**

Ringba is the best call tracking software I have used so far. It is very easy use and does not require technical skill.  Its analysis features have made it much easier for me to make informed decisions about my business. I recommend it to other business owners in the PPC industry.

It takes the live chat about 10-15 minutes to respond. A shorter wait time will be better

I wish I could do all of my  call center setups through Ringba.

**What do you dislike about Ringba?**

1) The help files are not the best, but fortunately most of the time I can get my questions answered through support. I would like it if the help files provided more context for why you would want to use different features. And to compare/contrast to other similar features 
- (for example, pixels , enrichments, rtb posting instructions, integrations, etc.). 
- (another example - all the MANY different buttons within campaign and other setups - the question mark is a good basic explanation - but would be helpful to have help files with use cases etc. - when you would want to or not want to use different features/settings)

2) no ability to export reports on a schedule. limited functionality for data analysts to extract the information they need with minimal experience setting up APIs/scripts to export. OR help setting up API/scripts to do so.

**What problems is Ringba solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple buyers and multiple publishers and it makes it possible to maximize our yield on transferred calls by putting all of the bidding and payment rules together in an intewgrated campaign. I love how we can see our performance so easily with customized views.

Ringba in my opinion is the complete package. There capabities and services tailor to the industries needs. 

I have been using the platform for over 8 years and have never found a time that i couldnt do something with them. 

In addition there team is always helpful and knowlegdeable. Combine this with there outstanding platform and you have the complete package to fill your call tracking needs!

There is no downside to Ringba, if your in the call space and have ever used Ringba im sure you can relate.

Ringba has simplified call tracking. Being in the space for 8 years i have used other platforms at agencys i have worked with and none have simplified the entire account management process like Ringba has. 

Im able to follow metircs n the traffic im moving, Im able to pull reports on a dime and im able to cater to my clients integration needs.

**What do you like best about Ringba?**

There is a lot to love about Ringba, but one of the most helpful things has been their easy-to-use support feature. Whenever I have a question about our implementation, I just click their support button and a knowledgable person is connected to me to help answer my question.

Transparently, some of their extended features (Ring Groups with Simudial, Pixels & Webhooks, etc.) have some limitations. I'm nitpicking, but we have had to get creative with some workarounds and had some things were initially unclear about the functionality.

Ringba helps us ingest and route high-intent calls to clients on a pay-per-call model.

Ringba is easy to use, very effective at managing call campaigns, and the reporting is excellent. It has all the features any agency or enterprise company would ever need. Our uptick in efficiency since switching to Ringba has been astounding. 

Sidenote: Best support team I've ever seen. Fast, easy, and very helpful.

While the platform is easy to use, it is also very robust. This is probably not the best solution for solo operators who need one tracking number (DID).

Finding a great platform that can effectively manage and report on inbound calls at scale is extremeley difficult. They have mastered this.

**What do you like best about Ringba?**

I've been using this call tracking platform for a while now. The platform is feature-rich, constantly evolving, and open to creating new things to make things easier.  

Ringba does have a light and dark mode, so all users can live in harmony. haha 

Their customer service has been great as well.  Being able to quickly reach out via chat or use support tickets, there is a way to get things answered quickly Whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance, the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful.

In short, if you’re looking for a reliable, feature-packed call tracking solution with excellent customer support and a sleek interface, I highly recommend this platform.

**What do you dislike about Ringba?**

That campaign and target names are not tied to their IDs, so changing names of campaigns, publishers, or targets, will show up as a new items in reporting.

Everything from tools to support is the best. I use it daily for my agency. I can initiate new campaigns with ease. It plugged right into our day to day routine, so implementing was a breeze. And any integration we have tried has been seamless. Customer support is unmatched.

It is easy to use and also support is really helpful when we are having issues with calls. We use it everyday and it is really easy to manage our publishers and tracking their calls and getting them setup.

It is a little buggy sometimes and also run into some issues with Ringba not loading or certain features moving really slowly. Downloading a RTB report for ex.

**What do you like best about Ringba?**

Ringba is the exact software you need to be successful in Pay Per Call. From their industry-leading support to to features not found elsewhere, I'm genuinely thankful for the service & continually blown away by what's offered.

The software itself is very straight forward and easy to use. Plus, if there's something you can't quite figure out, their live chat is right there ready to help.

It's been the backbone of my operation for years and working with a group of guys who you can trust get it is awesome. They've been there buying ads & running calls too.

All in all, I could not recommend Ringba more. If you're in the lead gen business and you DON'T use Ringba, what are you doing??

Not trying to sound like a suck up, but there's really not a whole lot to not like about Ringba.

Honestly, the only gripe I can think of is I don't like the new ticketing system. Sometimes it's a little glitchy and things don't want to open. But, the live chat is always there to talk to before submitting a ticket, and often they'll even submit it for you.

Not only does Ringba make call tracking easy, but there is no end to the features specifically designed to make you, the publisher, more money.

It pays for itself every single day and removes the guessing from tracking. What's not to love?

Ringba allows for easy to understand reporting for all of my campaigns. In addition, support has been top notch.

By far the most difficult thing about Ringba is the lack of automated distribution of reporting. Relying on API is ok but doesn't apply to my use case. Secondly would be lack or difficulty with documentation and understanding how everything in the system works. There is no easy way to find answers to my own questions.

Ringba is solving the problem of tracking performance on multiple campaigns at the same time. Ringba makes it easy to see how I'm doing at any time.

The support. I've never worked with a company where the front-line staff is as resourceful and available as Ringba's. They made my transition to PPC super easy. The support alone is enough of a reason to use Ringba.

The UI can be somewhat clunky and difficult to understand. Sometimes it's not clear which option is checked since they use a dark blue and a light blue as option selectors.

**What do you like best about Ringba?**

I'm new to the call tracking world, so a lot of the direct functionality is over my head.  I'm an IT Infrastructure guy.   I've needed to rely heavily on the support team, and they've come through and gone above and beyond EVERY SINGLE TIME that I reach out to them, including when using the Live Chat feature.  It's a real person in there, not just a good AI chatbot.    I've asked some quesitons that in hindsight were really dumb, but they have never given me any flak or attitude for it, they just answer the question with a smile and move on.   I love it!

The reporting is also very robust, once you know what you're looking for.   Folks in the Call Management industry will have no trouble finding everything they need in here.  I had to learn some things but now I'm seeing everything I want to see.   

Feature set also seems to be pretty good.

**What do you dislike about Ringba?**

There are a couple things that could be improved in the back end.  When I'm adding a new publisher to a ring tree target, it seems to pull a database query downling ALL of my publishers when I start typing, which gives the impression the system in hung, but then about 15 seconds later the drop-downs work as expected.   It's a little frustrating, but I'm not doing that frequently enough for it to really bother.  

Also some of the error messages could be worded a little better, but I don't know if that's a Ringba thing or an industry thing.  My boss sees "TAG Failure" in the call log and sometimes thinks things are broken, when really it's just that publisher doesn't service the provided zip code area, things like that.

Minor nitpick, it would be awesome if the login/authentication subsystem used SAML for SSO using EntraID.

**What problems is Ringba solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ringba is doing such a good job of our call management that we're actually going through the pain of porting phone numbers OUT of a different system and into Ringba.  Anyone who has worked with number porting knows this can be a nightmare, so for us enough confidence in Ringba to pull that trigger, you know it's a big deal.    One less system to manage is always a positive for IT.

Ringba not only does a great job in tracking but they also have a great support team. There's is a small learning curve when using Ringba, but the support team does a great job answering any questions. It's really a must have for anybody in the pay per call space.

**What do you dislike about Ringba?**

Since there isn't many videos on youtube about Ringba, I would say that the onboarding training videos can be a little more thourough for begginers.

Ringba solves the problem of tracking phone calls in order to make better decisions. There more I learn about Ringba, the more amazed I am at what all this software can do.

**What do you like best about Ringba?**

I love how easy Ringba makes it for you to listen to calls to track quality and confirm the eligibility of a qualified lead. You can see every call that is passed through your system, seeing where it came from, who it goes to, what the lead cost is, and how much it sold for (if it is billed). All of this info, along with tons of other data could be tracked easily by using Ringa's platform.

**What do you dislike about Ringba?**

There is not much to dislike about Ringba. The only thing that could be a problem is if the site goes down, it could put you out of business until the site is restored. The customer service and tech team at Ringba is pretty good at quickly getting any issues with the site resolved promptly.

Ringa has solved the issue with tracking data when brokering calls. They have made it effortless, especially with the ability to export data so you can sort, and filter it to analyze areas of concern.

All the integrations are quite easy to understand and allow us to communicate between our own interface well.

Ringba has every feature a call center could use when working with other call centers to generate revenue. I like how easy it is to track revenue. Ringba makes it very easy to track cost, and revenue, along with profit all in 1 place while working in the call center industry. I also like how Ringba makes it easy to listen to call recordings, export reports to Excel, and filter and sort all of the data.

**What do you dislike about Ringba?**

One of the things that I dislike about Ringba is that it has crashed on numerous occasions, temporarily crippling a business for a day or a portion of the day. Ringba usually gets things back up and running quickly, but even 30 minutes of being down could cost a large call center a substantial amount of revenue.

Tracking revenue, and identifying call connection issues. Ringba also makes it very easy to track the quality of calls that are coming from, or going to other call centers.

This tool is best and musto have application in every organisation for management of call and details of the other person on call.
It is best to make official calls and have every information of the reciever.
It has the great reponsive tools, makes to handle numerous of calls at a time so easily for all.
Schedules calls for regular follow ups and leads follow ups to customers or team members about the regular updates of the work. 
It connects and keeps all the contact details of the callers everytie well organised and arranged.
The application is much easier to integrate and collaborate with multiple third party applications and web pages. Gathers, unifies and use the details so fluently.

**What do you dislike about Ringba?**

There was some complexity in routing the calls to the right person, this makes the process time consuming and wastes a lot of time. Complicates the steps of work.

The applciation has been helping my team to enhence our calling abilities and increasing our ability to communicate and connect with our audience. It is very effectively keeping track of all our calls to our customers.

Being very new to the Pay Per Call Industry, the only software name I hear about from EVERY MARKETER is Ringba. So, I also went with the flow I tried it out myself and after trying, I can surely say that Ringba is super good and super easy for a newbie like me to understand, implement and finally start with.

Honestly, I haven't encountered any of the downsides for now.

As a Marketer, we need clarity on each and every call received, Ringba helps me understand from the very scratch of when the call got generated, to the point of how much time the call centre took to pickup the call to actually the conversion. Most importantly, the call recording, which helps us understand what is going well and what's not for us as Marketers to fix and imporve our ad campaigns.

**What do you like best about Ringba?**

Ringba is a great tool to manage call campaigns and sources. We have over 6000 publishers that we route through Ringba that are integrated with over 40 buyers in 50 verticals. Once initial setup has been complete, adding publishers and buyers is easy. Their open API lets us pull down a variety of reporting data into our CRM so we can make intelligent decisions based on trends.

**What do you dislike about Ringba?**

I only have two complaints about Ringba: User Permissions and the Support system (not the agents). User permissions have very little granularity, either Full Admin rights or reporting only. In my opinion there should be other tiers/modules that can be added or removed to a user profile - User administration/security, and specific feature setup (i.e. campaigns vs. publishers vs. Call Flow vs. APIs). The Support System is one long chat - there currently isn't anyway to differentiate between issues/tickets, and finding answers involves scrolling through entire chat histories.

Ringba connects our publishers to our buyer in the various campaigns and verticals we operate. Their data reporting allows us to make intelligent business decisions about our products and pricing.

Their pay-per-call training has been an outstanding resource for getting up to speed. 

Offering it in free video format as well as blog posts helped me integrate the information. 

I feel like it has provided me with a clear path toward pay-per-call success.

The dashboard can be a little tricky to navigate for someone new. However, a quick message to support and my onboarding and payment approvals were completed within a couple hours.

Ringba solves the problem of knowing exactly what is going on with my inbound calls. From initial pickup to closing the sale, I have greater transparency throughout the process. 

Without it, I would be relying on the reporting of industry buyers.

The interface of Ringba makes the system intuitive and easy to use. Our previous system had the bare bones version of pay per call and our current tracking system doesn't support pay per call at all. Ringba has a lot of features for us to use to optimize our offers.

Sometimes the support team will link me to an article I've already read when I'm reaching out about an issue. I'm reaching out to chat support because the articles are not detailed enough or not written in a way that is easily digestable. There are also a few things that I would like to be adjusted such as the sensitivity of campaign name changes as well as a more detailed history of changes to something, etc.

Our previous system had the bare bones version of pay per call and our current tracking system doesn't support pay per call at all. Ringba has a lot of features for us to use to optimize our offers.

Might be a bit overwhelming to setup at first. But support is just SO amazing and available that you definitely won't be stuck for long as a beginner.

Ringba allows me to track with the best accuracy all the call campaigns I run on paid media. It has many advanced features I can use to setup my own flows with direct buyers, thus allowing me to grow my business outside of the affiliate space.

**What do you like best about Ringba?**

The support was outstanding, I called Ringba and they were very helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions. Then, once I signed up, the tutorial video was clear and gave me a good idea of all the features I could use for call tracking and how to use them. They did a great job making relatively complex stuff easy to understand.

Compared to other competitors, their pricing is very good and they don't upsell you for basic features. The whitelabel buyer portal is especially useful.

**What do you dislike about Ringba?**

I haven't had the chances to extensively use the software and all its features yet, but everything works well for now. The only thing I wished they offered is SMS support to receive SMS messages on DIDs, as some competitors offer this service. But if you're looking for call tracking only, Rinbga is great.

**What problems is Ringba solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a call tracking software for inbound calls to sell calls to local service providers. Ringba allows me to reroute calls generated directly to a list of buyers according to my own preferences. It's also great for my clients (the service providers who buy my calls), since they can have detailed reports about the calls they receive from me, which is a lot better than having to set up my own platform, or making a google sheets and syncing the data through SQL.

**What do you like best about Ringba?**

I have been lucky enough to meet Ringba at ASW23, work extensively with their sales team (Bob), and then sign up for the platform. Literally could not have made a better choice for a platform as they seemingly stand alone in this category. The platform is sophisticated, easy to setup out of the box with little to no dev work, number pool technology is amazing and second to none, chat support is 5 stars and always there to help with any small or large question if you are new. And we haven't even launched our pay per call affiliate program yet... Over all a great experience from day 1 and I give anyone my top recommendation.

**What do you dislike about Ringba?**

Would like to get intros to Pay Per Call Networks so we can vet which platform would do best with our offer.

**What problems is Ringba solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ringba solves our challenge with swapping out phone numbers on our landing pages in ways that other platforms can't. For instance, with Ringba's number pool technology, we are able to see our call data on a much more granular level which we could not find elsewhere and, frankly, were flying in the dark with other platforms.

The reps are highly responsive, especially in inch situations. For example, we had an issue where we accidentally dropped a number from a live campaign, and they were able to recall the number for us immediately. If this weren't done quickly, it would have resulted in lost business and wasted money for the Co.

**What do you dislike about Ringba?**

I would only say that the singular charges for numbers can be tricky. We have days where we procure large amounts of numbers, resulting in singular transactions on the cards per number ordered, which signifies fraud to the card carriers. So maybe this issue could be avoided if there was a way to do batch charges on numbers. As a result, our cards get shut down occasionally, and the carriers can't do anything about it.

Call management is complex when you get thousands a day. Ringba allows us to direct our calls to targets with minimal time waste swiftly. The data provided is also a good ledger to check against our internal analytics.

Little to nothing -- I wish more of the companies that we worked with were using it and had a better understanding of it -- i do wish that there was a function to listen to live calls or incorporate the revenue from live calls before they've ended to the total revenue. But there's very little to dislike about RIngba. It's hard to find something.

I love the flexibility I get with Ringba. It’s not restrictive like other platforms and the ability to customize the platform to my specific needs is awesome. The interface is extremely easy to use and I can do anything I want without having to worry about managing the technology or the cost of a developer. I love all the data and metrics that Ringba provides, rather than me having to take all that data and have to figure it out myself. Ringba has made life way easier and my clients absolutely love using it. 

Ringba’s customer service is the best in the business and working with their team is incredible. Shane Hitchcock specifically has blown me away with his support and assistance.  Not only do they provide rock star support, they have hooked me up with some very profitable relationships.

**What do you dislike about Ringba?**

There’s a small learning curve and it can be a little complex if you’re switching from another platform but their customer support is on point and they’re standing by to help you with anything you need.

**Recommendations to others considering Ringba:**

I was using my own proprietary technology before deciding to take the leap and switch to Ringba. Everything was cluttered, inefficient and restrictive but now it’s streamlined. I would never have been able to grow and scale my business like I have without Ringba.

If you are a network and you’ve used Invoca or Retreaver then you need to know that Ringba is far superior, they are the next-level. If you are an affiliate, I hope you are lucky enough to work with a network that runs on Ringba.

Ringba IS the pay per call industry. They have been instrumental in creating a real industry around Pay Per Call especially with their communities and Facebook Groups. Ringba has become my go-to solution for running my business, from call-routing to data recognizance and onward to keeping my business safe from predatory legal elements. Top that off with industry-leading support - I don't foresee switching to any alternative solution anytime soon.

Absolutely nothing yet. I've never had to wait more than 10 - 15 minutes for a support reply. Most of the time, it only takes a minute or two to get the help I need to fix any issues I might encounter. Mind you - these aren't issues with the platform but my own lack of knowledge to perform certain tasks.

You can listen to the call recording as soon as the call is disconnected, and it tracks the calls and call times for you, making it easy to do daily or weekly progress reporting.

**What do you dislike about Ringba?**

I mainly use Google Chrome, and sometimes it won't work, so I must use Microsoft Edge. I am not a massive fan of having to do that. Otherwise, I don't have anything else I am unsatisfied with.

The call tracking is the key point of our usage for Ringba, we don't have any issues they are fixing; hopefully, after this review, they will fix the Google Chrome issue so I can only have one browser open.

Customer support is one of the best reasons to use Ringba. Also, it's very easy to integrate with other platforms which makes it really important when optimizing and communicating across various 3rd party platforms.

The most challenging thing about Ringba and other Call platforms is the time or delay in setting up API if a company/organization does not have a tech-savvy person at their disposal.

The support is literally some of the best I have ever experienced. While it is via chat, it's better this way, so much easier to get the answers to the questions we have!

The jargon, I am really reaching here for a dislike. Ringba has been designed in a way with several redundancies so my team doesn't need to find a specific sub-menu to make an adjustment or view data. Almost all adjustments and viewpoints are 1-2 clicks away.

**What problems is Ringba solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ingestion and analyzation of data without having to export said reporting. It has paid for itself on time savings alone!
