# Which CPQ app should I choose for a medium-sized enterprise?

Hey all, I’m curious about CPQ platforms for a mid-sized enterprise and trying to find that balance between flexibility, scalability, and ease of use. We’re not a huge enterprise, but we need more functionality than a lightweight tool can offer.

Here are a few CPQ apps I’m considering. If your company is in the same size range, I’d love to hear what worked or what you’d avoid.

Salesforce Revenue Cloud: Enterprise-grade platform with strong configuration tools and automation. Great if you’re already using Salesforce, though setup can be more involved.

DealHub.io: Flexible and all-in-one. Offers CPQ, digital sales rooms, and contract tools in a single workflow. Often highlighted for ease of use at mid-market scale.

HubSpot Sales Hub: Simpler setup and CPQ-lite features. Better fit if your team already runs on HubSpot and doesn’t need deep customization.

Experlogix CPQ: Good for businesses with complex product logic or configuration needs. May require more hands-on setup but delivers strong flexibility.

PandaDoc: Easy to get started with for quoting and contracts. Works well for teams that need streamlined document workflows and some CPQ features.

I’m considering Salesforce Revenue Cloud and DealHub.io for CPQ in a medium-sized enterprise. Would love to hear how they compare in terms of ease of setup and handling complex deal structures.
