For example, you can build your own CRM deliveries utilizing both the wizard, but also custom php snippets to perform tasks that are outside of the wizard. This allows a great deal of flexibility and improves our abilities to deliver clients quick results, making integrations easy. Boberdoo has a learning curve for new users. It isn't always the easiest system to pick up and learn and while documentation has improved over the years, it is still lacking at times. Very powerful system - you can route leads and calls in nearly any way you can imagine. They have tons of features that they enable if you describe your needs to the support team. I've been using the platform for over 12 years, and it's been wonderful to watch it develop over time. What stands out most to me are the people and the staff behind the product - the support team is consistently prompt and effective. Another thing worth mentioning is that I can hardly recall any downtime caused by the product itself.
