Phenomenal Support—Issues Resolved in Minutes

Bari has been the best support agent that I have gotten, hands down. We have been dealing with an issue regarding leads and I had called in to get support, I told him I had 15 minutes until my team came in to get this resolved and he had all of my issues fixed within 5 minutes. He's a phenomenal agent. You got a good one

Intuitive and Easy-to-Learn Call Management Tool

I find CallTools intuitive and easy to use. I'm fairly new to it, but it's easy to learn, which is a big plus. Most of the menus are easy to understand or self-explanatory, although there are a few that might need some assistance.
