The Standard Information platform (SIO) is an advanced lead distribution platform also known as a ping/post platform. SIO allows a company to buy and sell real-time leads via a bidding system or to route internally generated leads through the platform to sell to external buyers or for internal use. SIO has a suite of verification and filter settings as well as a no code integration builder for lead routing and distribution. SIO is fully compliant with the FCC&#39;s new 1:1 regulations.

**What do you like best about Standard Information Lead Distribution Platform?**

Standard Information is hands down the most advanced and flexible ping post platform we’ve used, and we’ve tried a lot. The Ping Post Appointments feature is a game changer: it lets us route leads and book appointments in real time, with bidding and calendar sync. No other tool we tested could do this.

We also love the AmeliaAI assistant. It’s like having a built-in account manager that helps write integrations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance, without relying on developers. Setting up buyer rules and fallback logic is way faster because of the no-code interface and powerful filter tools.

Other highlights:
	•	Real-time validation + DNC/TCPA compliance out of the box
	•	Advanced logs and bid tracking so we can see every ping, post, and error
	•	Adaptive buyer return management and fraud protection
	•	App store integrations (lead scoring, enrichment, etc.)
	•	The fastest support team we’ve worked with

We’ve seen our lead rejection rate drop, buyer bid activity go up, and conversion increase, just from switching to Standard.

**What do you dislike about Standard Information Lead Distribution Platform?**

The platform is super powerful, which means there’s a bit of a learning curve if you’re coming from a basic CRM or flat post setup. If you’re used to tools that hide the complexity, you might need a week to get used to the control you now have — especially around routing rules and bid filtering.

We’d love even more walkthrough videos or templates built into the dashboard for power users (like nested ping trees or advanced AI workflows). That said, the onboarding team really goes above and beyond to get you set up right.

**What problems is Standard Information Lead Distribution Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standard Information solves three major problems we used to face daily:

	1.	Inefficient Lead Routing
Before Standard, we were juggling spreadsheets, rigid CRM rules, and limited fallback logic. Leads were getting lost or delayed. With their real-time ping post system and advanced routing logic, we now match leads to the right buyer in milliseconds, improving speed-to-contact and drastically reducing lead waste.
	2.	Lack of Visibility + Control
We had no way to easily see why leads failed, which buyers were underperforming, or how much value we were leaving on the table. Standard’s advanced logs, bid tracking, and performance analytics give us the transparency we need to optimize on the fly. We now monitor every ping/post event, bid rate, and refund reason — all in one place.
	3.	Scaling Appointments Without Adding Reps
We wanted to sell appointments but didn’t have the internal team to book them manually. Their Ping Post Appointments feature lets us route inbound calls/form fills to real-time booking calendars via auction, meaning we’re monetizing higher and working less. It’s opened an entirely new revenue stream.

The automation is a big win. We don`t have to manually track every lead anymore, the system just handles it.

Pricing could be a little more friendlier for smaller campaigns, but the results balance it out.

We struggled with spreadsheets and losing track of prospects. With this platform, we have everything in one place and we are booking more confirmed events because follow up is faster.

**What do you like best about Standard Information Lead Distribution Platform?**

We have been using Standard Information's lead distribution platform and it is easily the most intuitive and easiest to use platform we have worked with. The ping/post functionality is the best we have seen and allows us to set up campaigns the way we want. The ability to filter on any field, set schedules for buyers is really nice. The AI feature to write integrations is also very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Standard Information Lead Distribution Platform?**

There have been no dislikes. It is technical and quick so if you are not tech savvy it is ok they will walk you through set up and operations.

**What problems is Standard Information Lead Distribution Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed would be number one. We all know the value in lead gen of speed to lead.
