If i had anything good to say I would put that here, but i don't.

**What do you dislike about Shape Software?**

I've used CRM's my entire career. I've used many different products, and Shape is by far the worst CRM that I've ever used. There are many bugs that I've mentioned to support team every single day since i've been using this for the past 3 weeks. They take forever to respond. If you're going to get a CRM stay away, and go with close.io instead. Thats what im swicthing to. Does all the same things but no where near as buggy as shape's software.

**What do you like best about Shape Software?**

Shape appeared to be well designed and had several advanced features like email marketing, lead scoring, and a customer portal. We signed up for 1 month and decided it was not the right fit for us.

**What do you dislike about Shape Software?**

We often found ourselves knowing more about their product than the Shape sales rep. CRM was not very customizable - you are limited to 20 custom fields and they are hidden in a separate tab. CRM was a little slower than our prior CRM, would take an extra second or two to load. Pricing is also more expensive than some of their competitors and their are several additional costs - storage costs, API costs, etc. Their API is also pretty limiting, both in the functionality it offers and the low daily/hourly rate limits which is surprising considering you have to pay an extra monthly fee to use their API.

We were looking for a CRM to handle inbound sales leads.

Well, it is easy to implement in marketing and sales. It has prebuilt data, and its features are more relevant. It doesn't confuse me with overly complicated features, and navigation has been easier. Easily integrated

Shape is not just software, it's a team of very talented, driven professionals. I've witnessed the transformation of the dashboard, features, and the work they put into building a truly powerful platform. From its intuitive and user-friendly interface to its powerful automation features, it has everything you need to streamline your sales and marketing processes.
I would highly recommend Shape CRM to any business looking to improve their workflow and grow their customer base.

**What do you dislike about Shape Software?**

I have no complaints. 
There is nothing to dislike about Shape, just one thing to consider is that, like any new software, there may be a learning curve when you first start using Shape CRM. It's a powerful tool with many different features and capabilities, so it may take some time to fully get the hang of it. But we found the benefits of using Shape CRM - such as automating tasks, streamlining workflows, and getting valuable insights into business performance - make it well worth the effort.

The main benefit for us is the customer journey and customer acquisition data. Shape's reporting and analytics features are top-notch, providing us with valuable insights into our business performance.

**What do you like best about Shape Software?**

Shape's UI is intuitive, and the setup process was pretty easy. We love how you can create and manage email and text campaigns and track everything. Some other CRMs we tested had all the same features, but getting them set up seemed much more time-consuming. Shape ties them all together nicely.

**What do you dislike about Shape Software?**

Shape doesn't seem to offer over-the-phone chat support, which we find very helpful, but they provide extensive support articles for common issues and email support. We would like to have the option of over-the-phone support, but we also realize this is not always possible under financial constraints.

**What problems is Shape Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shape has helped us stay in constant contact with all of our leads as well as automate a good portion of our marketing. As a result, we've seen sales increase steadily in addition to keeping our clients happy because we can respond quickly and stay in constant contact. It has helped us market to a much broader client base.

The fact that you can use it from the start. Shape know exactly what brokers need and the loan portal integration with my LOS is awesome. One feature like no other is the co-branding.

I would love to get more tips and tricks to get to know the program better. There is a feature in a crm called SalesPypePro that helps us find leads and Inwish that feature would be in Shape, plus the the direct mail with closing gifts.

Client Relationship: Easy to keep in the face of my clients and referral partners. We are more productive and can allocate our time where it really should be . Yes, we can perform better either help of Shape.

Shape stops any of our leads or contacts from falling through the cracks with constant follow-up and automation; every client is consistently being contracted regardless of how busy we get, and best of all, I can continually track our sales teams progress and ratios

cloud based. Nothing really other then centralizing lead info and docs into one convenient portal

**What do you dislike about Shape Software?**

The company has been billing us month after month for services we did not enable. $300 / mo for google API for maps and $500 / month for call recording. Do not be fooled by their 99/month advertisement. The system will not allow us to remove our credit card info, and they have yet to refund us for fraudulent billing charges that have occurred month after month. They never pick up the phone and bounce you around to different departments via email ONLY. When I emailed my notification of canceling, service was the only time I received a phone call regarding the matter from Daniel Kim in an attempt to retain our account, which is sadly too late. Given the company's evil actions, I am looking to see who else out there has been taken advantage of by Shape. My attorney would like others to step forward so we can build a cohesive case and seek damages for all who are entitled.

Also, any changes, even if it is of the smallest type, have to go through their "engineers," so you have to pay a premium to make any alternations handicapping you and your IT/web development staff.  Please stay away from this company and go with a more established organization.

Centralizing lead/prospect info with their respective documents is the only real benefit we have experienced; we still pay for a dialer system and store all of the borrowers' documents in the operating loan system.

In the future, all of our amazing features and services can be seen in the "Billing and Transactions" Page of your Shape system, where you can access 20+ services with $0 setup fee and no coding is required (it's all built-in), such as e-signatures, e-mails, texts, credit pulling, enterprise lead management, and even an enterprise phone system.

We are also happy you discovered our custom engineering abilities, which allow some of our larger enterprise clients to utilize our engineers to build their dream CRM system.  While there is always a cost to custom development no matter what solution you choose, we pride ourselves on being the most cost-effective solution with some of the best engineers and designers out there.  We always like to say, "if you can dream it, we can build it" :)

Shape has a very user friendly UI.  Additionally, the customer service from Daniel Kimm, Stewart Hartman and the troubleshooting support staff, everyone has been extremely helpful and responses are always provided in a timely manner.  I would strongly recommend using Shape for all of your business marketing needs!

Not applicable.  I do not have any complaints as Shape is exactly everything I need built into one system.

**What problems is Shape Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My target audience is a very unique demographic within specific categories.  Shape allows me to eliminate the clutter and target my thin market using their features such as bulk email.  On the back side, I love the prebuilt reports that help me monitor my A-B campaigns and more!

**What do you like best about Shape Software?**

Shape syncs, advertise, customizes, and provides the best reporting CRM system I’ve used. 
You can call, text, email, and send out mass marketing all in one on the platform. 
It is amazing to see the dashboard reports that show leads, prospects, and live numbers. 
Shape is prepared from intake to closing and the platform is clear cut and customizable to my needs!

**What do you dislike about Shape Software?**

When declining a document Shape allows you to provide a customized comment to explain the denial. 
I would love to explore a prepopulated drop-list of reasons for the denial.

**What problems is Shape Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shape is an amazing clear-cut, efficient, streamlined software that allows you to customize the portal to your personal needs. 
It is software that is easy to navigate with great organizational settings, tracking, reporting and syncing components.

**What do you like best about Shape Software?**

Prospecting, organization, project management, and reporting is fantastic with Shape.  I've worked on teams where I managed many people under me before, and I still work with an amazing team of people but after properly configuring Shape I'm able to get as much done with just me + Shape's automation as I've been able to do with many assistants before.

Prospecting: We can import massive lists of prospects and we run e-mail text and phone campaigns with all prospects automatically.  We can easily take notes after each contact or contact attempt (I don't even type I just use their voicenote feature) and best of all there are automated e-mails and texts that go out after each contact attempt.  For example after a call if a prospect doesn't answer an automatic e-mail and text is sent out from my system.  There's also a voicemail drop feature which saves us hours, anytime I call and someone doesn't answer I just push a button and a voicemail is left for them.
Organization: My calendar is synced, their mobile app notifies me of everything, and the task management and project management features allow me and everyone to work out of one centralized place.
Reporting: It looks like there are 100+ pre-built reports but I honestly have no idea how many there are (we just use the call reports and email reports, we don't really use the others yet).

My favorite thing, which probably isn't a big deal, is their call recording feature.  Instead of pipeline reports where we used to have to describe what someone sounded like on the phone I can simply just play a recording to hear the candidate speak.

**What do you dislike about Shape Software?**

I'm talking to them to see if I can build out some customized features and I'm pretty hopeful I can use their client portal and if that's the case then GEM and other softwares like greenhouse, lever, or Asana may not even be needed in the future and we can just use Shape for those similar features if needed again.

Sourcing, prospecting, follow-up automation.  I mentioned the call recording feature which I loved and thankfully we didn't even need to purchase Ytel or Ringcentral we just use Shape!

**What do you like best about Shape Software?**

It was easy to learn, everything was very intuitive and the user experience was sleek.  I had used salesforce before and was very surprised to see what Shape looked like vs. Salesforce.  I use it to prioritize partners we 're onboarding and check their status.

It was very useful to keep track of my contacts, and it helped me automate a lot of follow-up.  Reporting was also very useful I'm able to just export their pre-built reports instead of having to build my own each week.

**What do you dislike about Shape Software?**

Nothing to not like, thinking of everything I needed and it has everything.

**What problems is Shape Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to manage and categorize all our different partners and it helps our team with transparency but also with tracking rev shares etc. All our different types of partners are managed out of Shape: Prospective partners, technology partners, solution partners, and agency partners.

**What do you like best about Shape Software?**

Best mortgage CRM we've used by far.  We're now looking to use their general CRM for other companies we own (property management, call center, and sales).  They have all the major features we use, and the look and feel is in a different universe vs. other systems we've used.  The LOS integration is great (we used Encompass but now looking to use Lendingpad).  We also use their auto-dialer, e-mail/texts, and a lot of their other general contact management.  We had used Floify before and now we use the Shape Mortgage Client Portal instead.  The benefit there is we can actually nurture leads with e-mail and text marketing, which we couldn't do with Floify before.  We're just starting to build out our online ads with them, excited to see how they perform.

**What do you dislike about Shape Software?**

Can't think of anything.  Amazing support, we had Stewart and Matt help with our system.

**What problems is Shape Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidated Software - We got rid of 5 software solutions we used to use: Ringcentral, Floify, Dropbox, Mailchimp, and Docusign (Shape has versions of all)
LO/Broker/Sales Automation - We automated e-mails, texts, workflows and a lot of other areas so that the system does it all instead of our people
Communication and Transparency - Our managers are able to have access to information and updates on every lead without having to ask anyone.

The ease of use of the user interface, which I work out of every day, is effortless in how it's presented; however, it includes loads of functionality that I have complete control over to customize and add automation. The only thing i dislike about this software is that setting up the phone system can be a bit complicated as i was utilizing several different area codes to reach multiple clients. However, they have a fantastic support system, and all I had to do was reach out to them, and they got me squared away in no time!

This has benefited me immensely as I don't have to go in and out of different Programs all day just to get something done, which saves me an incredible amount of time every day, allowing me to get on the phone with new clients more quickly.

The software came with everything already built into it or it was just a click to connect what we wanted in the integration dashboard.

Things that came with Shape that we did not need to add:  Contact management, project management, calendar, e-mail automation, phone dialer and dialer automation.

Things that it already came integrated with: Acuity Scheduling, Stripe, Quickbooks, Zapier, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Gsuite, Outlook.

I thought I could only use it from my computer but realized there's an iphone app so I've started using that too. Not sure if there's an android app or not, but the iphone one was pretty easy to use.

Our team was following a manual process for lead generation and management. We were looking for a CRM that can offer us everything right from customer and easy data import/export options, to building workflows, sales processes, and deal/proposal follow-up. Shape  has truly matched our requirements and with it, our team can now increase leads, manage existing and new customer databases and close more deals quickly. The overall experience with Shape was amazing.

My overall experience using Shape is excellent and I haven't faced anything that I didn't like. It really worked for me and my team.

I like a bunch of features that Shape has to offers. Starting from lead management to automating workflows, I really like how everything is packed in this platform. The ability to work a lead out of one place from many different angles (phone, text, e-mail, notes etc.) and setup all the automated communications, drip campaigns, marketing etc. from one place.  And also the sales automation once leads are brought in to fulfill them on the processing side/back-end.

Can't think of any downsides it pretty much does everything we need.  We did add a couple of custom fields which their support team was great about helping us with.

I like that we can record all our calls it makes it easy to send the recordings instead of having to describe prospects.  We also use it for project and task management.

Saving up the record in shape is simple. If you input any texts into the text field it saves them automatically. On the top left, there's the productivity sidebar where we can add important notes, and get communication details like SMS, email, or phone calls. If you need to call your customer, you need to hover on their phone number and click to call. Similarly, the email can be sent in a similar way, and also there are email templates saved by default to ease up your entire process.

Documentation is needed for a new user. It is difficult to learn and get used to the software without the help of documentation.
