**What do you like best about TrackDrive?**

The API is simple, well-documented, and easy to deploy, which makes integration and troubleshooting straightforward. Setting up campaigns is seamless, and the whole process of adding affiliates or buyers is intuitive and user-friendly.

The reporting and analytics provide clear visibility into performance, helping optimize campaigns quickly. Call routing and tracking features are reliable, ensuring that leads are directed efficiently.

Overall, TrackDrive reduces the complexity of managing performance marketing campaigns, saves time, and provides the confidence that the system will scale as the business grows.

Support is the best feature.  There is no excuse with "it's so hard to set stuff up", because they literally will do it for you.  The support team responds almost immediately and will go in and fix or set it or fix the problem.

**What do you dislike about TrackDrive?**

... uhhh... I wish it had an AI feature built in that would do the calls for my agents or replace an IVR and collect data from prospects.

**What problems is TrackDrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to have agents call prospects and pre-qualify them for our buyers.  We route the prequalified prospect to one of many buyers.  We may buy pre-qualified calls from trusted affiliate partners, or these could be inbound calls.  In one case, we are the buyer and our agents are the sales team and they sell the product - all on TD

**What do you like best about TrackDrive?**

Support has been phenomenal. I do like the program a lot but the fact that I can get any help I need when I need it - and requests are turned around quickly and the results are always successful - makes it that much better.

**What do you dislike about TrackDrive?**

I would like a few more reporting options for creating personalized dashboards and scheduled reports/automated exported reports.

**What problems is TrackDrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we use it to handle all calls to our sales center. It's very easy to navigate and use from my perspective. I do a lot of the setup/admin type stuff and data mappig to our other systems.

**What do you like best about TrackDrive?**

The Trackdrive support team is excellent and very responsive to helping build out your account with any changes or added features (such as new phone numbers, new projects and schedules to follow). I've found the team to be knowledgeable at most times when we had a question.

**What do you dislike about TrackDrive?**

Many of the features are not very user-friendly and require you reach out to support to build them out. Sometimes features are configured by the Support team but are not completed properly (ie: schedules may be incomplete or a dialer may not work as intended). Due to the nature of these features not being as user-friendly to use, it's difficult to check that they're set up properly until you notice an error occuring during normal use.

**What problems is TrackDrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trackdrive let us build out multiple projects (lines of business) to call customers on. It has a very useful schedule builder, allowing us to setup different flows for how often and how we contact customers.

**What do you like best about TrackDrive?**

Customer Support is usually excellent, with them quickly being able to make edits to our account or settings as needed. Easy to set  up. Lots of flexibility to building campaigns.

**What do you dislike about TrackDrive?**

Customer Service agents can be a bit hit-or-miss. While most experiences are great, there have been times where things were lost in communication. Some features are just not available in the software and require external applications/services.

**What problems is TrackDrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trackdrive lets us call our leads in near real-time and set up schedules for the software to run on (calling, messaging, emailing customers on a custom basis). Compared to manual dialing solutions, it's a big step forward.

Navigating and configuring the tool can be difficult because of the high number of options available

Trackdrive lets us outbound dial and trigger other actions (SMS, Email) in bulk with minimal user input from the end users
