What do you like best about TrackDrive?

The API is simple, well-documented, and easy to deploy, which makes integration and troubleshooting straightforward. Setting up campaigns is seamless, and the whole process of adding affiliates or buyers is intuitive and user-friendly.

The reporting and analytics provide clear visibility into performance, helping optimize campaigns quickly. Call routing and tracking features are reliable, ensuring that leads are directed efficiently.

Overall, TrackDrive reduces the complexity of managing performance marketing campaigns, saves time, and provides the confidence that the system will scale as the business grows.

Support is the best feature. There is no excuse with "it's so hard to set stuff up", because they literally will do it for you. The support team responds almost immediately and will go in and fix or set it or fix the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrackDrive?

... uhhh... I wish it had an AI feature built in that would do the calls for my agents or replace an IVR and collect data from prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrackDrive?

Support has been phenomenal. I do like the program a lot but the fact that I can get any help I need when I need it - and requests are turned around quickly and the results are always successful - makes it that much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrackDrive?

The Trackdrive support team is excellent and very responsive to helping build out your account with any changes or added features (such as new phone numbers, new projects and schedules to follow). I've found the team to be knowledgeable at most times when we had a question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrackDrive?

Many of the features are not very user-friendly and require you reach out to support to build them out. Sometimes features are configured by the Support team but are not completed properly (ie: schedules may be incomplete or a dialer may not work as intended). Due to the nature of these features not being as user-friendly to use, it's difficult to check that they're set up properly until you notice an error occuring during normal use.
