I like being able to call more than 3 numbers at a time to reach more customers.

Appointments have to be check manually. I'd prefer to see them queued into the same campaign or a different campaign.

I'm able to reach out to a lot more customers in a shorter amount of time using CallTools.

Martin was very helpful and stayed on the phone with me until all my questions were answered

I didn't like the zoom training when I signed up. The guy explained it as if  I've already used it and was familiar with the functions. Moved too fast for me to follow along. Not a very pleasant experience.

So far just how to use call tools. I hoping the benefits will be more contact with home sellers which equal more deals

The very personal handling of my concern. First, it was Drey, then I was endorsed to Crizzy who's been very awesome in helping me get the fix I need. She was very knowledgeable at what she does and is clearly an expert in her craft.

**What do you like best about CallTools?**

Some of the core campaigns that set Call Tools apart from the competition are Campaign Management, Data Management, Omni-Channel Communication via email and text, Caller ID Reputation Management, DID Management, Global DNC List, API and Integrations, and the Ability to run large scale campaigns. The ability to manage full scale dialing campaigns to leads in a systematic way was critical to the process mastery and success of the organizations we have implemented Call Tools for. Their staff is beyond exceptional and acted as an extension of our business. The flexibility by the Call Tools staff to take feature requests seriously and turn them around in a timely manner was critical to our success on the platform and long lasting relationship.

**What do you dislike about CallTools?**

Nothing negative to say about the platform. The customer service is amazing.

Go through the on boarding training videos and walk through with the staff!

**What problems is CallTools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to scale a call center from $3,000,000 in annual sales to $750,000,000 in a little over 3 years! The platform allowed us to extend our reach to prospects who were interested with our products at scale. Using Call Tools we were able to manage over 300+ sales agents on a daily basis and have real-time reporting to manage them.

the tool is very easy to use, they have videos of EVERYTHING so you wont be confused on how to use it 
plus the customer service is amazing, they literally answer the emails in the next 10 to 20 minutes of you send it it
Shawnie was the account executive who took care of my company and she was beyond amazing on every aspect

I liked the speed and ease of my set up. As well as the support of the team when a rare issue arises. They focus on retaining clients long term not just a quick set up and because of that they have great support.

Downloading reports come to email instead of direct download.

Perfect for a Telecommunications Company looking for an easy to use software with great reporting. The reports tab helps me stay ahead of the curve.

I really like the responsiveness of my account rep Chase. Always as the always helpful support team. I have worked with multiple different people and Kevin has always done a great job.

Call Tools staff were super responsive and helpful. I worked with Shawnie personally and she was really fast at getting us up and rolling, making sure we had all the training we needed, and answering any question we needed. Call recording was an awesome feature we especially liked.
Call Tools is built for a modern biz. Doesn't feel old and clunky like Mojo was starting to feel for me.

We really enjoy Call Tools. Great software, easy to learn and easy to teach. After reviewing and trying out many of their competitors, we now know that we made the best choice! We have been using it for 2 months and could not be more satisfied. They built us a seamless integration with our CRM, and it works great. The very best part is our Sales Person Shawnie. She made every step a pleasure!

**What do you like best about CallTools?**

If you have 2-5 agents only and are taking a minimal number of calls, Calltools is definitely an ideal platform to use. With an easy setup with just username and password, your agent can start calling right away. It is web-based so as simple as going to the website and logging in using your username and password, you can now start taking in calls with the leads loaded by your superior.

**What do you dislike about CallTools?**

Since its web-based, connection depends on your internet connection. Sometimes you will encounter not being ready when you log in or can not access your microphone or an error perhaps, you just need to sign out and log back in, and it solves most errors in Calltools.

**Recommendations to others considering CallTools:**

If you have less than 10 Agents and would like to start right away without going through that much training, calltools is what you might want to start with as your voip and crm.

If you are targeting specific people, it could easily narrow down your pipeline.

I like the simplicity of it as well as the email/sms functionality. I also like the ease of set up. Shawnie had us signed up with logins all during her lunch break, wow!

The reports aren't as detailed and we are unable to run multiple campaigns at the same time.

**What do you like best about CallTools?**

Below are the things I like most in Calltools is Below.
1. It is a one of the good tool for making a predictive dialing over a web app with great connectivity and better flexibility.
2. CallTools main feature is that it  list management with list scrubbing, recycling and list export by that user can able to  store and manage their contact lists from a central location.
3. It has great feature of call recording in it so it helps us to make any supervision on before call make quality on behalf of training purpose.
4.Its interface is good and audio quality is also good to make calls.

Some of thing I does not like in it these are below
1. The leads uploading process is too confusing while uploading leads there is some mappings are too confusing so if there any easy process please apply on calltools
2. It require a great connectivity for making a call over internet.
3. It Require a some specific internet services provider to make connection in it other wise it will not work

Yes I can recommend it to other users because it has a great connectivity with super features

I don't think there were any major issues to complain about. There's a slight learning curve.

**What do you like best about CallTools?**

Best predictive dialer I found on the market - I tested other predictive dialers including Five9, Ytel, PhoneBurner, and many others and this dialer was by far the best and was less expensive than just about every other system I tested. 
Excellent Customer Service, Instant Setup
Great sound quality
We liked how easy it was to use will very little agent training required.
There are too many great features to list but I will share a few that we are thrilled with.
It saved me a lot of time because its easy to use
he system was very user friendly, great for an non-tech guy like myself

Can't say I have any complaints, but if i have to say something a better management when using slow Internet connection.

I have worked with several dialing systems over the years and have found that call tools is one of the easiest to use.

Today I had to assist the telemarketing team. I was tought on how to use Calltools. The was a major number of clients to call . For what I tried I noticed the software is very easy to learn, it has excellent cloud, fast, efficiency, works with Mac OS!!

Since it is web based, the call quality depends on the internet connection. So,   NONE that I can think of

Make sute to always have a stabl connection. It's web based.
