    "Fantastic, Detailed, Easy to Use SaaS Subscription Analytics Tool: 1. Ability to look at LTV by various segments, but most importantly by plan and plan groupings. This allows me to compare monthly vs. annual plans, which have lower MRR but also lower churn. 2. Real-time tracking vs. my monthly goal, including the projected end of month MRR based on trend, which neither of my subscription management services provide. It's much easier to see where I'm likely to end up at the end of the month. 3. The engagement module gives me a view into subscribers that aren't using the product that I've never had before. Really eye-opening. 4. Easy set up with 2 different subscription management providers. ProfitWell handled it all, including getting all time data for providers that don't give that by default. 5. The analytics are much, much better than either Recurly or Chargebee."

    "Evaluated over 20 products, and Crisp came out on top: API is better than event the best in the category. It is much cleaner and easier to integrate with than Intercom, Drift, or any of the big systems because it seems to be the 3rd Generation of chat that learned from the mistakes of the leaders. It's not perfect, but way ahead. The interfaces are clean and simple not overcomplicated like the competitors. We like the unified inbox model very much and wouldn't really consider a chat solution that does not offer it."

The flexible platform was able to accommodate our somewhat unique use case, and also accommodate our changing requirements and priorities. I like the fact that functionality can easily be turned off and on, to optimize the user experience based on what's been implemented. Integration with salesforce was really easy.
