**What do you like best about ZapScale?**

I like the way Zapscale predicts Churn using analytics which helps CSM to prioritise their efforts and bring more positive view of the accounts and manage the tasks and progress efficiently.

**What do you dislike about ZapScale?**

Everyone pov is different, I will say its not about dislike but a feature I feel not really helpful is Automated triggers, because its creates a trigger based on analytics which is not accurate most of the cases and its just increase the number of tasks for CSM. Its like a two side of coin, there are benefits too but if system will create trigger for everything its tough to prioritise the efforts.

Zapscale is solving the basic need of CSM like health score based on customer data, predicts churn, potential upsell opportunity triggers.

It is a useful tool for B2B companies, for CSMs it helps with organising day to day tasks.

It's proactive analytics system helps mitigate Churn and de-escalate situations to maintain positive customer sentiments

ZapScale is great for Customer Success automation, Also the Customer success team is very prompt & supportive. Campaign & survey feature is game changer.ZapScale gives the view of our customer health & likely to churn account which is helpful for us to plan our course of action .

**What do you dislike about ZapScale?**

Not faced any major issues currently . However sometimes few pages takes bit longer to load which is not a big issue .

**What problems is ZapScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* Its giving view of our Customer Health which is very much important to decide our plan of action . Earlier we were too much focused on follow up discussion to decide anything . We can design campaign &  able to send the informative content to bulk users which really saves our time .

**What do you like best about ZapScale?**

The best thing about Zapscale is that it gives visibility of our customer data as and when we need it along with automation to manage a large set of customers. It also helps us manage our day-to-day operations by giving notifications on tasks and actions that need to be done. I have seen many CSPs but I love the way they have built Zapscale because it's designed for the end user.

**What do you dislike about ZapScale?**

I had a problem for a while when they didn't have campaigns but recently they included it in the tool. With this feature added i don't think there is anything i find missing or have complains about.

**What problems is ZapScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As soon as we integrated our customer interacting tools we were able to get complete visibility of our customers. Visibility was the first step to getting the required analysis, notifications and automation to have meaningful engagement with our customer.

In overall - I am satisfied with the usage. **What do you like best about ZapScale?**

When we commissioned Zapscale we had Product Adoption issues. The primary reason for low adoption was our lack of visibility of customer usage behaviour. We only had top level overal insight on product usage but with Zapscale we got to see much deeper and meaning data for us to take action on. The way we work with zapscale is get insights and triggers from the platform and based on that we run our plays which has shown us results in past.

I dont have any feedback on the tool, for me everything seems fine.

In a SaaS business a successfully onboarding of a customer is just the beginning of the customer's journey. The next stage in the lifecycle is to encourage meaningful customer engagement to drive user adoption. By making sure your customers are getting the most value out of the features and functionality available to them, your organization will benefit from higher retention rates and customer satisfaction. This is where Zapscale has done its magic for us.

**What do you like best about ZapScale?**

ZapScale is the single place for all our customer data and insights. Its the Centralized data hub. This has changed our life complete. Before Zapscale we had to look for customer data in almost 6-7 different tools, copy them and get them on excel. After which we use to do analysis on it. I remember every month 2 to 3 of us would spend a week to 10 days in collating and analyzing our customer data. Thankfully with the implementation of zapscale we have it at our finger tips at point in time.

There are couple of reporting formats i would have preferred to have on the tool instead of me generating it manually

**What problems is ZapScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapscale’s Customer Success software gives our CS team and our whole company the access to our customer data when and where they need it. This is the most important thing for us.

ZapScale's Data-Driven Customer Success Solutions has given us 360 degree analysis on our customer insight. We extensive use Zapsore to track the health of our customer, We have create multiple segments through which we are able to look at customer based on their look alike. The real time alerts from the system has enforced us to much better proactive CS.

**What do you dislike about ZapScale?**

I dont have any major concern, there are some minor bugs which are expected from a new tool and its getting fewer by the day.

**What problems is ZapScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zapscale's customer insights solution has enable our Customer Success team to create a holistic view of the customer, so we can own the single source of truth within your organization. By pulling together data across the entire customer lifecycle, we have the customer insights we need to confidently step up and effectively own the revenue number.

While the ability to track NPS isn’t available in ZapScale right now, I understand that it's on their product roadmap. I’m confident that this much-anticipated feature will be available soon.

It has several native integrations and different options for collecting product data.

The product has many features on paper; however, all the gaps show up after implementation. The product might work out well for companies who are starting to build their CS teams from scratch but definitely not a product which can help at scale.

We bought it to be the central system of records and to drive playbook led growth but we haven't been able to see much value from it so far.

I would like to request integration of my calendar with ZapScale, as it is currently not connected.

the page loading time can be improved. The dashboard & data accuracy also can be improved

**What do you like best about ZapScale?**

The system is very well made, easy to navigate and has a simple minimilistic UI and UX. The Dashboard view has some great views and charts to get an overview of our client's health. There are numerous integrations available to fetch CRM, Ticketing, etc related data which helps in tracking client's overall health in one place. The in built tool to deploy tracker codes in our system from front end to track customer usage is awsome.
They have understood the essance of customer support and devolped features to help the CS Manager track customer health end to end and serve them better than ever.

They don't currently have email campign campaign but i have been informed that it is comming soon.

Tracks customer health and highlights customers in danger.
Gives an over view of our product usage overall and customer wise.

**What do you like best about ZapScale?**

Most of the things were already pre-built in ZapScale. For example, health KPIs and automated playbooks which made it very easy for us to onboard ZapScale and quickly start focusing on our customers. It was fairly easy to integrate all our tools with ZapScale and we could get a 360-degree view of our customers from the first week.

**What do you dislike about ZapScale?**

The current reporting options in ZapScale are rather limited. I’ve learned that there are more reporting functionalities in the product roadmap, excited for what’s coming in the future.

**What problems is ZapScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZapScale has greately helped us in enabling complete customer visibility. The customer screen is very detailed and intuitive, making it easy for us to spot the customers at the risk of churning and hence focus more on those customers.

Our CS team is responsible for Customer Expansion and  Renewal. Its a key part of our performance. With ZapScale we have been able to project expansion and renewals better and also over the period of time we have improve our NRR. I would give credit to Zapscale for working with us as an enabler to our success.

I had few issues but it got resolved before writing this review

Like for any subscription business, customer retention and account expansion are essential in driving our growth. Zapscale's revenue tracking feature helps Customer Success and Account Management teams with the right insights to accurately forecast renewals and identify accounts with upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Setting a ZapScale is easy. thanks to its vast library of over 50 pre-built KPIs. I can also create custom KPIs.

Zapscale has an effective health score calculation. The most comprehensive product that has been built with a user-centric approach. The ability to have seamless integration and centrally manage all our customer data has been super useful in gaining a 360-degree view of our customers. The team in Zapscale is super supportive in helping us with a smooth implementation.

ZapScale allows us to easily track the overall health and well-being of our customers. By integrating ZapScale into all customer-facing tools, it enables us to capture key data points about each of our users - giving us health visibility for them all and helping us anticipate issues before customers even contact us! This enables us to stay one step ahead.

ZapScale doesn't yet provide us with an NPS survey, although plans exist to implement one soon. In the meantime, we manage NPS using another tool and incorporate its results into ZapScale for analysis.

They provide me 360 view of my customer data. I don't even rely on my CDP to understand my customers anymore. ZapScale is amazing.

I still need a tool to run my NPS. I wish they would show me the NPS score for each customer as well. That way I could have my team send messages accordingly.

Our biggest problem was churn. We were losing customers for variaty of reasons. ZapSclae helped us learn the reasons and make changes to combat the issues. Our churn is the lowest in the history of last 8 years.

**What do you like best about ZapScale?**

Zapscale helped us consolidate customer data (from HubSpot, Jira, MixPanel, etc.), billing info from Stripe, and communications from Slack to get a complete picture of each customer's health. Eventually, we were able to start measuring customer health and being proactive in managing churn through one of their prebuilt KPI templates and playbooks. The setup was quite straight forward with the team's help. Overall, because of Zapscale we have been able to make our Customer Success process more programmatic, and more proactive.

**What do you dislike about ZapScale?**

The current offering could be enhanced with a) a customer portal; and b) an NPS/CSAT survey module.

**What problems is ZapScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidate all customer data from CRM, Billing, Emails, Support tickets, and Product Usage to give a complete view of what's going on at an account level.
