**What do you like best about Aircall?**

The Smart Flow call tree builder is one of Aircall's best features. It's intuitive and easy to use, making it quick to create and update call routing without a steep learning curve. One feature that has saved us a significant amount of time is the ability to copy an existing call tree and use it as a template for new numbers. Instead of building each flow from scratch, we can duplicate, customize, and deploy it in minutes. Combined with Aircall's responsive and knowledgeable customer support, it has made managing our phone system much more efficient.

What I like best about Aircall is their outstanding customer service and support. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever we've had questions or needed assistance. Issues are addressed quickly, and they work with us to find effective solutions, making the overall experience smooth and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

The biggest area for improvement is performance under extremely high call volumes. We've experienced issues where calls are occasionally routed to the wrong agents instead of following the configured call distribution rules. This has primarily occurred on phone numbers handling several thousand calls per day (5,000+), making it seem like the platform struggles to consistently manage very large call volumes. Improving the reliability and scalability of call routing in these high-volume scenarios would make Aircall an even stronger solution for enterprise organizations.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aircall has helped us improve how we manage and optimize our call operations, especially through its expanding AI capabilities. We've been able to implement AI Agents on select phone numbers to answer common questions and route callers more efficiently, reducing the workload on our agents and helping customers reach the right destination faster. We've also found AI Analytics to be valuable for team leads and supervisors, giving them better visibility into call volumes, trends, and agent performance. These insights make it easier to identify coaching opportunities, recognize what's working well, and make informed decisions to improve the overall customer experience.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

Aircall has a user-friendly interface. It also has a global presence in over 100 countries, which supports international calling capabilities, and it offers extensive integrations with CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as productivity tools like Slack and Zendesk. From a data perspective, I get a lot of useful insights, such as missed_call_reason (for example, agent not available or another clearly mentioned reason), along with call recordings. All of this helps me with more detailed call analytics, plus the real-time dashboard and reporting features.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Incremental data sync sometimes needs careful handling, since I occasionally ran into late-arriving data. Webhook failures also require solid retry logic, and in my case historical backfills were slow.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Aircall, our marketing team struggled to make solid business decisions because the reports we relied on didn’t contain accurate, trustworthy data. Once Aircall was integrated into our system, we began receiving call analytics, a real-time dashboard, and call recordings. We also get small but useful details about missed calls, including the reasons provided, which helps our business teams make better-informed decisions.

  ### 3. Patchy Call Quality Despite a Handy Separate Work Number

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

The best thing about Aircall is how well it supports day-to-day sales communication while keeping work and personal contact separate. Having a dedicated work number makes it much easier to manage availability and maintain boundaries between work and time off, especially when working across different regions.

I also found the international calling functionality really useful, as it made communicating with prospects and clients in different countries much more straightforward. The reporting and team metrics are another strong feature, giving good visibility into call activity and performance across the team.

The integration with HubSpot works particularly well, as it allows calls to be logged automatically and makes it easy to revisit conversations with prospects or clients when needed. The ability to text from the work number and set up a separate WhatsApp account for business communication was also a big advantage.

One area that could be improved is customer support, which I found fairly average in terms of responsiveness and issue resolution.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

One downside of Aircall is that the call quality can occasionally be inconsistent, particularly when relying on Wi-Fi connections, which can affect conversations at times. It’s also relatively expensive compared to simply using a personal phone number, especially for smaller teams or businesses managing costs closely.

In addition, customer support was fairly disappointing, as responses could be slow and resolving issues wasn’t always straightforward.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aircall solves the need for a dedicated business communication system by providing separate work phone numbers, which helps maintain professionalism and keeps work and personal communication separate. It also makes it much easier for teams to manage inbound and outbound calls in a structured way.

One of the biggest benefits was the ability to record and revisit calls, particularly when speaking with prospects or clients, as it helped with follow-ups, training, and maintaining consistency across conversations. The AI-generated call summaries were also very useful for quickly reviewing key discussion points without needing to listen back to entire calls.

The platform itself is also very easy to use, which made onboarding and day-to-day adoption straightforward for the team.

Honestly, I don't have much positive to say about Aircall. The one bright spot has probably been my dialogue with our Account Manager — who's fighting a losing battle, though, since Aircall is an expensive solution and simply isn't worth the money for us.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

The pricing plan. It makes no sense at all for a company like ours. But since porting numbers can be a real hassle, we've stuck with them. Now they also want us to pay just to see who's missing our calls. It's completely fucked up. So the hunt is on to get away from them.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I get from Aircall - I can get with any other phone provider at a better price.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I really appreciate that Aircall's interface asks nothing of me, which is invaluable when the phone is busy and I can't afford to hunt for a function. The integration with our CRM is fantastic because calls attach themselves to the customer record without me having to write anything down. The detail it captures is what I value most. Recordings help me confirm exactly what was agreed with a caller, and understanding why a call was missed, whether nobody was free or the reason was stated plainly, tells me something a simple tally never would. The live dashboard and reporting give me a view of how the day is actually running rather than how I imagine it is.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

I find that reporting occasionally lags behind reality, so the dashboard does not always reflect the calls of the last few minutes. I experience delays with recordings sometimes taking longer to appear than I would like when I need to check something quickly, and searching back through older call history is slower than the rest of the product would lead me to expect.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Aircall prevents enquiries from slipping through the cracks, ensuring continuity in our group bookings. Its CRM integration reduces my need for manual entry. Detailed call records and missed call reasons improve my decision-making and service quality.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I use Aircall as my main form of communication between myself and my clients, and I really appreciate that it lets me connect my computer to my work phone calls. The call recap feature is super helpful for reviewing and making notes, and I love that it keeps me from being tied down by a landline by allowing me to make calls on my computer or phone without compromising my personal information. My favorite feature is the texting capability, as it knocks down the formality of emails and cold calling. I can quickly reach out to clients with updates in real time, and they can respond just as fast. The setup was super easy and very user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

The notifications on the mobile app could be improved - I don't always want every phone call to ring. I wish there was a way to filter by area code or team up with HubSpot to only receive calls from assigned clients. Even when I switch the mobile app to 'no notifications,' calls and texts still ring on my end.

Aircall lets me connect my computer to work calls, providing call recaps for easy review. It frees me from landlines, protects personal info, and its texting feature ensures quick real-time client communication.

I use Aircall for calling customers and making simple calls efficiently. The integration with tools like Shopify helps us retain customer information, which makes the system very efficient. I really find the call quality reliable, and I appreciate features like call recording, warm transfers, voicemail, and sharing inboxes with our fellow employees as they're important for our work. The ability to perform audits on calls and listen to previous calls directly within Aircall without needing other software is great for our quality assurance. The setup was very easy; just download, install, and run, with no problems at all.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

I find the reliability during calls to be an issue with Aircall. There are instances where, if there's a problem with the connection, Aircall disconnects the customer or the support person. I'd like it to be more efficient and provide a bit of a lag similar to Facebook calls, so we don't disconnect customers with unstable connections.

I use Aircall for efficient customer calls and integration with Shopify, which helps retain customer info. It enhances call quality and supports our team with call recording and auditing for quality assurance without needing another software.

I like Aircall's interface because it's easier to handle and use. It's seamless, and it integrates with our support tools and CRM tools like Shopify. It remembers customers' names when they call back, which makes it much easier for us to follow up with them. The calls are clean and smooth without dropped calls, and the user interface is friendly, making it easier to call customers. It's also very efficient because it allows me to retain customer information instantly, saving time. Setting up Aircall on a Windows computer was easy, with no installation problems.

I think Aircall has an opportunity to improve the connection stability. Sometimes, when there's a problem with the internet, it can cause disconnection. I'd recommend looking into how platforms like Facebook or Meta handle calls, where if I get disconnected for a second, the call doesn't drop completely. I just get reconnected again, and that's something Aircall should consider.

I like that with Aircall, I can send text messages while dialing, which gives me multitasking capability. The AI notes feature is also a big plus as it provides summaries of the call, making it easier to review important points without listening to the entire recording again. The efficiency when taking notes and the convenience of accessing recordings when I need them really enhance my workflow. I appreciate being able to share recorded calls with my team, allowing us to discuss and get immediate feedback. Additionally, the initial setup of Aircall was very simple and easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Sometimes I experience that Aircall has been disconnected from the internet even when I have strong bandwidth. Also, it takes longer to load, even with a strong internet connection. The consistency while using it needs to be improved to ensure a strong and reliable connection to avoid dropped calls.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

We’ve had a very positive experience with Aircall so far. It has become a key part of our call center operations, especially as we scale across multiple business units. It’s a very user-friendly tool, and it’s constantly being updated—especially within the AI tools. Call quality and platform stability have been solid. We manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, and Aircall has handled this reliably. By centralizing our communication and improving agent productivity, we’ve been able to optimize our team’s performance without needing to significantly increase headcount. The time savings and operational visibility alone justify the investment. Onboarding was smooth, and the support team has been responsive whenever needed. Additionally, the availability of resources and documentation has made it easy to explore more advanced features over time. One unexpected advantage has been the ability to leverage analytics and insights to improve not just operations, but also training and quality assurance. We’ve been able to identify patterns in calls and refine our processes in a more data-driven way.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

One limitation we’ve encountered is around SMS capabilities. While Aircall supports one-to-one messaging effectively, it does not natively offer robust tools for running mass SMS marketing campaigns.
