
Lever has provided us with a centralized system to manage our talent acquisition efforts. Some of the things we find most helpful are:
- It is user-friendly and hasn't taken any of our employees a long time to figure out.
- Post jobs to our careers page and any job boards is easy. We also get flexibility in how complicated we want to get, from a simple jobs page to an involved and extremely customized page Lever provides all options.
- The LinkedIn integration makes it easy for our recruiters to add candidates directly from a person's profile.
- Scheduling interviews is easy. The G-Suite and Zoom integrations let us handle everything from one place.
- Communications and interactions are pretty automated. We get Slack updates and approvals can be done with one click.
- The feedback process has been great. We have been able to provide structure for a consistent system. In the past, this was a pain to collect from interviewers, but Lever makes it easy to gather feedback quickly.
The implementation process was also great. We were assigned Katie Parides as our implementation specialist and she was helpful throughout the whole process. She answered all our questions and helped us stay on track. The Asana checklist was perfect for reviewing the information we needed and the schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
