# How do you generate proper reports without using Lever Analytics? As a primary user of ATS, it is imperative to have a detailed reports on how your recruiting staff is performing but Lever doesn't give clear reports based on Recruiter as there is no way to track metrics solely on single source. There are multiple sourcing avenues for a single candidate which creates a confusion on our reports generated and authenticity of recruiter performance tracking using Lever. # Can we prioritize adding a template feature (similar to email) for calendar invitations? With emails, I'm able to craft a series of both individual and team templates to use. This saves SO MUCH time and I love it! Unfortunately, that same feature is not available for the body of a calendar invitation- which is time consuming to manually edit for both the interviewer AND the candidate.
