One challenge we have is that the message section doesn’t sync properly when using separate internal users. The messages appear as unread even when they’ve already been opened by someone else. Because of this, we currently have to share one internal user account.

Another limitation is that we can’t click directly on a user’s name within a message channel to go to their profile. Instead, we have to copy the name, switch to the CRM, paste it, and manually open the profile — which adds unnecessary steps.

It would also be helpful if the total message count showed the number of channels (users) instead of total messages, and if the counter didn’t stop at 99+ but displayed the actual number.

In addition, several automations don’t seem to work reliably and often fail without showing a clear error. For example, automations involving tag updates frequently fail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate how they bring together the various processes I rely on to manage a large number of clients. They provide nearly all the solutions I need to centralize my practice, while also meeting important standards for security, client experience, and office management. Assembly has proven to be extremely useful for organizing projects, managing tasks, and ensuring our team stays on the same page. I genuinely appreciate Copilot's intuitive and easy-to-use interface, which simplifies navigation and ensures that the most essential functions are readily accessible without overwhelming me with too many options. This simplicity, paired with its ability to create a seamless and cohesive client experience, has significantly alleviated my stress by minimizing back-and-forth communications and efficiently managing assets and tasks. One of the main drawbacks of Assembly, in my opinion, is that the platform is still relatively new. Because of this, it currently lacks some features that I expect will be introduced in the future. The price is a little high for what it is... Features I'd like to have that would make it more valuable to me:

- Ability to edit contracts in the software so I don't have to re-upload a new one every time I notice a mistake

I love the ease of which my clients can see and navigate all essential documents for our project. As a website and graphic designer, we are constantly working on projects for existing and new clients. Each project comes with needs for contracts, signatures, approvals, and more. With copilot, our clients can see all of their tasks in one place- with deadlines! Plus, it makes it so much more convenient to go back and find important information with it all being right there. After conducting extensive research to identify a reliable external portal with the right capabilities, I selected Co-Pilot—and I couldn’t be more pleased with the choice. It offers far more features than comparable platforms while remaining extremely user-friendly, making it an excellent fit for the company. I especially love the many updates and new features added over the past year, along with the ability to integrate externally designed pages through iframes, which allows for a seamless, flexible, and highly customizable experience. Before Copilot, we were utilizing so many different platforms with our clients. Copilot has brought all communication into one centralized hub where we can share files, forms, links, and contracts, without having to bog the client down with additional platforms. This platform has been a lifesaver for our client success team!

I would love to see more feature rollouts, especially an iOS or Android app! Our clients have mentioned how they are on the go a lot, so they would love to be able to easily access their copilot hub without having to utilize their browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Copilot keeps all of my clients in one place, each with their own branded portal. This makes it easy to manage messages, invoices, files, and forms without switching between different tools.
