
I appreciate Copilot for being a smooth and integrated platform that seamlessly incorporates with our systems. It's incredibly easy to set up, particularly with third-party embedding which is very useful. The live reporting and file access save our team extensive admin work by allowing clients to locate data independently. I find that managing workspaces for different clients on the back end of the portal can become quite cumbersome. The embed and app section tends to get busy because different clients have different services.
