It is an entry-level business relations management tool. Furthermore, it is allowing me to showcase my offerings in an unique way to garner to sales.

**What do you like best about Assembly?**

Everything you need is here, messaging, embedded dashboards, integrated apps (that my team actually uses!), even capabilities for invoicing and contracts signing. Couldn't ask for a more comprehensive and user-friendly client portal :)

In addition, their support team responds QUICK and is super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Assembly?**

Copilot is fairly new so the features are not as flushed out yet. Looking forward to future updates though!

**What problems is Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copilot simply puts all client info from multiple sources into one centralized portal. And best of all, it's highly personalizable. This doesn't help just my team, but also makes the client have a more streamlined experience with us. No more sending multiple links, choosing which platform to send messages, or figuring out where to book a call with us.

A bit limited in terms of the built-in apps offered. They do have an API integration that allows for custom coded apps that is a huge solution to this though,

Copilot has exceeded expectations. Often, when you're searching for an app to meet a specific need, it looks good upfront but disappoints you when you start to configure and use it. The Copilot portal is clearly built and supported by a team that took the time to 'think first' and ensure you have the flexibility needed. Great job.

**What do you dislike about Assembly?**

Not much. I would prefer not to have the Copilot logo in the footer, but I can't justify the extra cost to remove it.

**What problems is Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to share both general and individual files with hundreds of users on an ad-hoc and/or quarterly. We did not want monthly external user fees.

**What do you like best about Assembly?**

Copilot is such a simple, streamlined platform to onboard and manage the client experience. As a small business owner, I really appreciate the reasonable cost of the platform and variety of features included in the price. I can easily send my clients custom contracts, forms, private messages, and invoices through Copilot. Plus, I was even able to implement my branding colors and fonts for a cohesive look. Having all of my client processes integrated into one simple system has been such a huge game changer for my business. I use Copilot nearly every day to communicate with clients and send important information. On top of it all, Copilot customer support is amazingly helpful. When I've reached out to customer support, I get a quick, kind, and helpful response from a real person. And, they even send out system update notices when new features are added.

**What do you dislike about Assembly?**

One thing I wish Copilot would do is create an app. But from what I've seen, Copilot is always improving their systems, so I have no doubt that an app is on the way! For now, I have the website pinned to my phone homescreen and I check my email for notifications which works just fine!

**What problems is Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small online business owner, one of the biggest problems I have faced is feeling like I need 10 different paid subscriptions to complete my business admin tasks. Copilot has completely solved that problem. With just one very affordable subsription, I have a place to communicate with clients, create forms, upload and share files, send contracts for e-signatures, and even send invoices. Having all these features in one place saves me so much time and money as a busy entrepreneur!

I love that everything I need is in one place, messages, billing, communications, resources, and it was fast and easy to setup.

I'd love it if video callls were integrated and if I could add my own custom tasks.

I need to send client contracts and billing in one central hub, I also need to be able to review forms and take action on the information there. Instead of using 3-4 tools I know use just one.

The setup for Copilot is very simple and straightforward. Communications with my clients is seamless and they are willing to use the platform. The support from how-to's is excellent and I am able to login to one platform for the majority of my needs. I use this portal daily and never an issue with the Quickbooks Online integrations.

I have nothing to dislike about Copilot.

The consistent issue I have with clients is a one tool solution that they are willing to use. Copilot resolves every communication and billing task in one place. This is a game changer for my accounting practice.

Our onboarding experience was all over the place. Now, everything is located in one easily acceptible space for our clients.

Very easy to share information with clients - I use ClickUp to track projects and can just embedd a list within a Copilot app using iframe for my clients to see.

**What do you dislike about Assembly?**

Not sure yet. I just started using and I'm sure I'll learn more.

It helps me share with clients where projects stand. It's easier than emails back and forth about the status, and I can easily share my Clickup lists through the app.

Easy of setting up the core dashboard and the ease of integrating other add-ons.

**What do you dislike about Assembly?**

The lack of functionality within the contracts and forms apps. I'd like to see more robust functionality in terms of fields that can be used in those apps. Also I would like the ability to create custom tasks that aren't directly connected to those apps.

**What do you like best about Assembly?**

Copilot streamlines all the important features into one platform for my business and my clients. It's easy to use interface is a gamechanger as I did very minimal training for my clients and employees which saved me so much time + stress. 

I also love that my clients have the Helpdesk feature where I can upload FAQs that we receive so they can always visit that section. 

The chat feature is also great to streamline requests from clients and keep everything in one portal.

**What do you dislike about Assembly?**

The only downside (which is not toooo bad) is the inability to preview files in the platform. In order for a client or employee to view a file, you have to download it to your computer first. This causes a lot of duplicate files on my computer and doesn't allow me to effectively upload my clients' brand assets.

**What problems is Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copilot is helping me to streamline all my clients' assets, communication, billing, etc.

It's saving me a lot of time by eliminating switching between 3-5 platforms, training my clients + employees on all those platforms, and I will no longer have to search 2841294 places for files to send clients as they are all uploaded into the portal and available for both parties to access!!

Copilot is in its early days, but the structure is there to build something great on top of it. In its early days, things were missing, but engaging directly with the team via their Slack channel has been an excellent experience. It feels like the team knows they are building something that solves a real need and are working incredibly hard to see it materialize.

**What do you dislike about Assembly?**

The downside of Copilot is that it is young, and not every feature you want is present.

We needed a portal for a growing customer base. Sharing files via email is painful, and Dropbox has become expensive with many clients. Also, I wanted something that was professional-looking and contained our brand. I also wanted something extensible for custom work.

We needed a solution for a portal that was quick and easy to set up and was able to integrate with our website and payment processor.  So far, we've had no issues.  Setup went smoothly and each person on our team has been able to access everything without issues. When we did run into one small problem, we reached out to Copilot and they replied quickly and helped us out.

**What do you dislike about Assembly?**

We need to set up more automation and will be using Zapier for that, which is fine, but if it had built in automation features (if/then) that would have been one step easier.

We needed a place for clients to log in and manage the sales process with us.  The portal allows us to have documents, files and forms ready for each client and keep track of their individual processes.

My experience with Copilot has been extremely positive. To make it even better, further customization options would be appreciated to tailor the experience more closely to the specific needs of my clients and business. Nonetheless, this is a small suggestion in light of the overall effectiveness and convenience that Copilot offers.

Copilot has solved the problem of fragmented communication and information management with clients. By providing a single platform where all project-related correspondence, documents, and tasks are centralized, it has eliminated the need for multiple tools and platforms. This consolidation has greatly reduced the time spent on managing client interactions and has kept both my clients and me more organized. The clear structure and easy access to information have led to more efficient project management and a smoother workflow, which in turn has improved the overall satisfaction of my clients and the professionalism of the services offered.

SIMPLICITY! Too many products like this are filled with features, but they're so full that they become intimidating. Copilot is extremely easy to just jump into and start using right away. Integrates really easy with stuff I'm already using and was super fast to set up.

**What do you dislike about Assembly?**

Not much I dislike, it's a great product. A couple things I'd like to see (Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong spots too):

- Being able to copy files between users/companies. Or have a template file structure.

- Being able to customize the dashboard for each individual client. I don't need all the apps for each client.

- More control over invoices. Would like the ability to send reminders and make minor changes without voiding an invoice.

Makes it really easy to deal with clients. Same system for each. Onboard them, get them set up, get to work.

It provides me the ability to diseminate information to a specific set of users/clients without having to do one bit of coding.  It is easy to use as I have already set this up and am currently providing information to my users,  all without reading the user guide, which I know I need to do.  Who knows what other wonderful things that I will discover about this product.

I havent really found any as yet.  But will update if I do have find any downsides.

I like that the client portal is easy to navigate from an internal and external perspective. I also like that you are able to connect other apps like Google Sheets and Clickup.

I wish I was able to create folder templates within the native file system that can be applied to multiple clients at once.

I used to have multiple platforms and it seemed overwhelming to have that many tabs open, now I can have just one platform that connects everything. I also was in another client portal software that was very technical on the client end.

The client portal is amazing. Fully customizable so you can provide clients with all pertinent information 24/7. No more answering FAQs constantly, just post them in the client portal.

Email notifications are sent with every message you send, ensuring your clients are retained and aware of updates regarding their project.

On top of all these features, the customer service is top notch. From onboarding to Zapier automation help, Copilot team members will help you every step of the way.

If you manage clients and need a way to stay organized, give copilot a try. You won't regret it.

The only downside is the lack of sorting conversation features. It can get busy if you have a lot of active clients. Other than that, the application is perfect.

Copilot helped us create a platform that gave our clients a better, more informed experience as they moved through our project based funnel. Without Copilot, we only communicated through email, and there was no platform to display pricing information, FAQs, and other important information 24/7.

It was easy to set up and get Copilot going in very little time. It's a nice platform for small businesses to connect with clients, send invoices, receive payments, and have a dashboard.

If you are using a subdomain, expect it to take a little bit for it to connect.

Has a Realtor® it is important to make the transaction process as easy as possible for my clients. This is the only platform that I have found that offers everything you need to really highlight your clients experience. From direct text, meeting extentions, files you name it this platform offers it.

I havent found anything yet. I have enjoyed every aspect of this platform

What I like most about Copilot is how well organised and thought out it is. It puts a professional image across to clients and potential clients and rounds the package I offer. Messaging is completely confidential and allows all communications to be in one place, rather than across multiple channels. It's really easy to use and implement. I use it daily.

**What do you dislike about Assembly?**

I wish it could better integrate with some other softwares, like Zapier to provide better streamlining.

It's ensuring that everything is in one place and I don't need to remember all of my clients passwords, they can use this software for all things related to my services. It also streamlines some tasks which helps greatly.

We love using this to connect with our customers in our business who are regular customers/accounts/vendors. We love how it is customizable to each account but also can have the same updated features. We have not had to use customer support yet but hear they are really easy to work with. We use this portal on a daily basis with our customers and plan to continue to use it.

One thing that we would like to see is where we can upload multiple videos to a customer from youtube and not just one specific one

Interacting with our customers, keeping all their billing and contracts in one place and being able to customize each portal to each individual.

Simple Sign in, automation through zapier, helpdocs, how simple yet robust it is.

I wish we had the functionality to send the client a text when you message them.

All of my client communication gets tangled up in my CRM with the leads I am nurturing. So one thread can be me trying to set a call and the next is all about onboarding.

I want to change that and have everything in one place once they have paid me.

Plus I think this will add the professionalism of my business, people willl log in and be like dang.

Really excited to have a dedicated support portal in here and have lots of help docs my clients can refer to.

Easy to use and the support staff is engaging and care about your business.  The  price, size, user count and features was the best around for a deal room.

There are some minimal out of pocket  costs to integrate automation but the cost was less than a family dinner.

Having a secure and  HIPAA compliant storage and data transfer system between our clients and PEO Partners. It provides peace of mind for our clients and is effcient for us collect and safely transfer data.

My favourite part about co-pilot is it's flexibility to work with different apps. The tool integratees extremely well with most tools and the UX/UI is seemless. Their customer support is also always on the ball and willing to go the extra mile to support. The community as well is very helpful and the diescussions that happen in slack are insightful and help me use the tool better.

**What do you dislike about Assembly?**

I do hope they can find a way to integrate Airtable interfaces within the tool. It would also be ideal if the app can send notifcations to our clients within the channel without having to set it up as a zap.

I've been using Copilot for a short while now, and I must say that its user-friendliness has truly impressed me. The platform's interface is intuitive, making it easy for me to navigate through various features and functionalities without any hassle. The real standout, however, is the exceptional support provided by the Copilot team. Whenever I've encountered an issue or had a question, their support has been prompt, helpful, and dedicated to ensuring that my experience is smooth and productive.

**What do you dislike about Assembly?**

There are a couple of areas that I believe could be improved. Firstly, it would be incredibly convenient if there was an option to download all client information Having the ability to export a comprehensive client report in one go would streamline my workflow significantly.

Additionally, I've found it somewhat frustrating that I can't archive information within Copilot. As my client list grows, I'd like to keep my workspace organized by archiving past projects or interactions. Unfortunately, Copilot lacks an archiving feature

Copilot's client portal has made my workflow easier by centralizing all client-related files and information in one convenient location. This feature eliminates scattered data, enhances organization, and streamlines collaboration. I love that with Copilot you have the opportunity to create a custom client experience across any industry. The integrations with other software allow for limitless customization and create so much convenience when trying to create a 1 stop shop where your clients can't get anything they need from you.

**What do you dislike about Assembly?**

The Files section could use a little improvement. It would be nice to be able to have a Featured document for example making it so that the most current reports are always showing front and center when the client logs in to look at their files. Also having another option to create a static web page to embed would be awesome. We know about super.co but we would love another solution that is more cost effective for embedding notion pages in to Copilot

**What problems is Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We anted to create a white glove experience for our clients so that when they review monthly reporting or when they want to look at client resources we have provided they can access an attractive, dynamic database that fits their unique needs.

**What do you like best about Assembly?**

We are a consulting firm, and we are able to perform almost all of our client interactions in one place, including messaging, signing contracts, sharing files, invoicing, and more. The interface is streamlined, and we've received positive feedback from our customers on their experience using it. Also, the Copilot team is very open to feedback and suggestions, and since we joined, they have implemented several features we requested, which is incredible.

**What do you dislike about Assembly?**

Very little, so far, using Copilot has been perfect for us. Occasionally, we have a feature request for something that the application doesn't do yet, but when we do, the Copilot team is very helpful at providing current workarounds and adding it to the roadmap.

Copilot helps us immensely with our client interactions and keeps everything in one place so that we don't have to move between 5 applications to do messaging, billing, invoicing, etc. Our customer appreciate having one place to go where they can find everything.

No dislikes besides having stronger Google Integration with the Google Folders and Slides. That would be great to help keep clients in one location while we work together with various tools within the Google Suite.

**What do you like best about Assembly?**

A lot of positives with Co-Pilot. One of the first things we consider is the UI/UX, which is modern, minimalistic, reliable, and user-friendly, which we find appealing to all of our clients. Another selling factor was being able to pass on Credit Card fees. Since we can offer clients ACH, clients who opt to pay with a card can do so without us having to take the hit or inflate our pricing. The most positive thing I have to say is the responsiveness and accessibility of the Co-Pilot team. Their Slack channel makes it easy to talk to other users, explore ideas, or get help when needed. The entire team is very involved, including the co-founders, and we love we can have that direct line and support them as the company grows. A lot of cool things are planned, and think they're going to do some big things!

**What do you dislike about Assembly?**

Anything I would list here is on their planned road map or being considered. I wish there were a way to be notified via an app when clients do things in the portal; I deleted email from my phone for sanity reasons and only check it twice a day. By no means a deal breaker considering all of the positive features.

Giving our clients a simple and feature-rich client portal to do everything related to our business together. Gives our clients one place to go to for messages, updates, billing, files, forms, etc.

**What do you like best about Assembly?**

Copilot has "for service businesses" in almost all its copy, and it's true. I was close to no-coding my own platform until I found this SaaS. Other software/CRMs claim you can customize their client portals, but they only mean slapping on different fonts and colors. With Copilot, I can optimize the UX for my clients while streamlining my workflow. The platform has almost everything I need built in, and I've easily integrated the one or two missing features specific to my business needs through custom apps. I can't think of another product in the past decade that has made my life — professional and personal — so much better.

**What do you dislike about Assembly?**

Nothing. I know it only completed Series A funding this year, but I've become so dependent on Copilot to run my business that I hope they get all the funding and revenue they need to scale up. They are constantly adding and improving features, so I concede some businesses may need a function that doesn't exist yet, but I have everything I need and then some.

**What problems is Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My biggest problem was the lack of truly customizable client portals. I would have selected Copilot just for that, but getting an optimal CRM thrown in just sweetens the bargain.
