What do you like best about Moxo?

Our team at Mass Inbound has been using Moxo for almost two years now, and it’s become an essential part of how we manage and deliver projects. The platform has completely streamlined the way we communicate with clients, organize tasks, and keep our internal team aligned.

Before Moxo, project updates and client communication were scattered across emails and multiple tools. Now, everything happens in one place — from client onboarding to project delivery. The client portals make our process look professional and organized, and our team always knows exactly where things stand.

We’ve also found their support team to be responsive and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed guidance.

What do you dislike about Moxo?

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. The platform runs smoothly and has everything we need for managing projects and client communication. The only feature we wish it had is a built-in timer for tasks so our team could track how long certain projects or activities take. What do you like best about Moxo?

Moxo has been a game-changer for our team’s onboarding process. Before we implemented it, we had to rely on a number of manual steps and scattered tools to get new partners onboarded, which was both time-consuming and prone to bottlenecks.

With Moxo, we now have a streamlined, centralized platform where all of our onboarding documents and workflows live. It has eliminated repetitive manual tasks and saved me countless hours of administrative work. One of the biggest benefits is how it enables collaboration—different team members can easily step into the workflow when needed, ensuring nothing gets stuck waiting on one person.

I also want to highlight the excellent support we’ve received from our Customer Success Manager, Pratik Chauhan. He has been incredibly responsive and helpful in making sure we’re getting the most out of the platform, which has made the transition and adoption process smooth and effective.

What do you dislike about Moxo?

While Moxo has greatly improved our onboarding workflows, my one frustration is with the limitations of the base plan. The inability to use connectors, such as integrating with our CRM or Google Drive, creates extra work and forces us to manage some information outside of Moxo. "More than just a communication tool"
What do you like best about Moxo?

We currently use the Moxo app to communicate with some of our clients, sharing updates and collateral with them. They’re even able to sign their onboarding documents through the app when they join their brokerage, which is incredibly useful. The ability to brand our app - and for two of our clients to brand their own - is great. We've found it to be a handy way for them not only to respond to us and provide feedback, but also to communicate with each other. Real estate agents are inundated with emails, so the app has been a valuable tool for cutting through the noise and helping our clients focus on the communications we send.

What do you like best about Moxo?

Moxo was so helpful in assisting with the development of a private label platform for client management. I am not a technical person at all when it comes to developer accounts, and the team was always available or just a chat away. Abhishek Kulkarni was a fantastic team member, always responsive and remembering details about me and my business that made me feel more than just a number. Moxo is easy to use, and for over two years, I used this platform every day to manage my client flows. I also did not need to contact customer service very often. There were no technical issues with the platform at any time and they are wonderful with remiding me of what steps I needed to take.
