Easy access to conversations, video conferences, documents and more.
The mobile app is also user-friendly.

The inability to delete past conversations. 
The inability as an admin to make changes to group conversations. 
Not having the ability to remove someone from the platform without having to disconnect them from "staff users"

Houses communication and document collection together, so once the client is onboarded the process is fairly seemless.

Onboarding clients to the app can be problematic. Several struggle to log in correctly the first couple of times and this scares them away.

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

I like how easy it makes communicating with my entire organization. It takes all communication out of the noise of email, text, and social media. I know when I have a notification that it has to do with my business, and there is no chance of spam. The support is also outstanding, from the onboarding to the day-to-day issues or questions that come up.

I have not found anything that I dislike. Every concern has been addressed very quickly.

The Moxtra app has allowed us to work remotely and communicate as if we are in the office. It truly has created the digital branch and allowed me to expand my agent base.

Video call options such as share screen and share file separately during the calls.

Sudden call drops sometimes due to some product updates. Performance issues such as unable to share screen etc.

Recently started using Moxtra do consolidate all client and internal communications for monthly bookkeeping/accounting and it has made it much easier to keep everything organized. The ability to track "conversations" for each client and as todo's directly into the thread is great

Cant delete conversations so if you made a test one or something it's still there

The "Conversation" or group structures that are used to organise collaboration. Simple to set up but very powerful to use and embed in core business processes.

I would like to see more calendar integration between Moxtra and other calendar systems.

In addition to the product being powerful, the team at Moxtra is very solutions focused and excellent to work with. We have found them to being very committed to understanding how we wished to use the product so that its use could be optimised for our industry, internal infrastructure and environment. This is a great combination to have and not so common. Highly recommended!

We are an educational institution. We wanted to move to a collaborative teaching, learning and research model in the college. Moxtra was the vehicle chosen to help us achieve this. We see greater student engagement, more personalisation, and easier communications as key benefits. Also, the platform has extensive APIs allowing integration between different systems already in place, such as our Learning Management System and Office 265 infrastructure.

This program allow to take a big list of clients and compile in to easy to read files that easily accessible, while mainting impeccable organization. This program makes it easy for you chat with clients without becoming confused about what was last said and or when and who.

I don't like the fact that conversations stay forever without a separate place to put them. Like maybe having an archive folder or even possible being able to trash them if their no longer necessary.

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

MOXTRA is a videoconferencing system that mainly offers us much more, the system specializes in offering different tools But all in a single system, be it video conference, chat, send files or connect to other collaboration systems, it is a very complete system since great part of the company communicates through the system, I love it because it offers us the opportunity to maintain complete communication in group work and projects, providing a wide service, it also allows us to collaborate in some aspects in the sense of marketing and crm allowing achieve sales made by video processes.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

In general, the whole company is happy with the functionality of the service and the number of tools offered by a single system is incredible, there is no type of problem regarding its functionality, it has provided us with much broader solutions than other systems However, I must add that the notification system must be improved in circumstances, the system marks a notification very late or simply does not do so if it is not open or in the background, it is necessary to improve this aspect.

In short, I recommend it, it has provided much broader solutions, our work is now much faster and more efficient, automated both communication and the collaborative process and without inconveniences, the video conference system is very efficient. And it can be used as a technical support system, so the system is nice. I recommend it.

Obviously, it offers a variety of features, it is a system that solved problems both in communication and customer support, a software that could be used both through the web and on mobile devices, which makes the use more effective, a totally different experience is incredible MOXTRA automates A large part of the company has a very fast and intuitive system, so we do not have any kind of inconvenience regarding the handling of the application, in addition to some tools such as chat, video conferences, it allows working in groups, a very effective collaborative system and also sending of files is safe maintains a security in the shipments avoiding losses or tracking.

What I feel like sometimes you might face my network issue and unable to upload or start meeting or join participant

Only the network connectivity. If I will talk about the benefits then upload any photograph share it with a group of friends or present it to family at the same time . Schedule meetings family or work related. It also shows you when you have modified your picture but I am not using it anymore due to network issue in my hometown

It’s on the cloud, secure, all in one platform, ie, Chat, pictures, video calls that can be recorded for purpose of documentation, liability, data mining, entire team can participate, excellent for Sales and public relations. You can do a private label branding front end facing clients and a back office with internal staff. Great solution to work from anywhere and anytime and do a collaboration with others.

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

I like that it is easy to understand and use.

There are several useful features such as group chats, to-do lists, and one can create documents to take notes which can be viewed by others in the group.

The screen share option is good as well. In my experience, the application can be used with the same ease on a computer, laptop, tablet as well as a smart phone.

Even just using the free version of this app will be beneficial for small or medium sized organisations.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

Sometimes the notifications may not appear on time. While using it on the phone, the notifications appear only if  the app is on / if you are signed in. It is not much of an issue though as most of the time I am signed in. 

Messages / chats older than 90 days are deleted.

It would have been more helpful if moxtra had an option to better manage projects or tasks. For instance, being able to create different stages for a particular team project, from the start till its completion. This could have been an option within each group chat.

**Recommendations to others considering Moxo:**

If your organisation is small or medium sized with a decent number of team members in each dept., moxtra will certainly be a useful tool. Whether it is for internal communication and project or task management. It can be used on the go, well at least most of the features can be accessed equally well on a mobile or tablet.

The only thing I like are the timestamps, because you can see who deleted a message, who annotated, and who typed a message.

Where do I start?  It lags the server down with every single binder, notification, etc, popping up. There is no organization whatsoever with the binders, so it's this huge mess of binders. The search is lacking, no filters for the search, and the entire program needs a lot of work.

I like that our ScreenShare was a simple interface, the use of shared content, and it's nice when it works.

I do not like the fact that the video and ScreenShare were split into 2 separate screens, better they would be on the same window. From time to time, we have problems with the disorder on our schedule. There is not enough sorting functionality in the program interface.

Now I can say that my work smarter with a multiplay cooperative workspace that gives meetings, dialogue, and content. I can allow an individual cooperation solution. Also, I can provide the branding and user interface, and connect to the company patented systems and security.

Better and a fast work with a combined maximum workspace that let appointment, conversation, and content. I found the better solution for cooperation. I can provide our users the ability to occure, share content, and carry dialogue in the scope of our own brand.

Not so good connection with chat and I would like to have it more organized or simple to search. But the all working process of Moxtra I like a lot.

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

Perhaps the best team collaboration applications out there. It works perfectly on your mobile phone and isn't even quite expensive to use. The instant messaging and chats feature can be used to send media files including videos, pictures and audio recordings. Audio/Video Conferencing is even possible (though I haven't tried it yet). Teamwork can only excel if members have effective communication among themselves and Moxtra ensures this. 

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

Moxtra needs to introduce more integrations to improve this application. And even though this is an easy to use application, messages get lost when chats aren't backed up and phones are changed. An auto back up needs to be created

Yes, I would recommend everyone who work in teams. An improvement in your team's performance can only come if there is constant dialogue between your team and with Moxtra, you can have that advantage of greater cooperation and efficiency among your team members

I use this application a lot. As I work in a team and each member's work is connected to other member's work, we need to maintain constant communication among the team members. This is when Moxtra comes into use. Only through engagement can we create a positive working environment and we have achieved that.

Super easy for teams to collaborate and maintain all the project files in a single place and all have access.  Really like how simple it is to use and that it really covers all bases from document management to creating a project schedule, for online meetings and training sessions.  Also like the ability to record meetings and store them for others to 'attend' later. 

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

Because it covers so many functions, sometimes it replaces something that's been working and may have a few more features to it, but overall not a big deal.

It's easy to use and is great for collaboration between people in a variety of ogranzations or departments.  Provides a single place for meetings, notes, timelines, all types of documents, etc.  Pefect to keep all team members up to date with notifications too.

We're using it for an implementation of a new software application with a firm that's offsite so for the project management it's great - everything in one place and perfect for collaboration from lots of people in different locations.

I used Moxtra for online screen share meetings. Moxtra has good bones - the features are what most people need in a meeting software. Love that prospects don't need to download a third party software to start an online meeting. 

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

Our online meetings have been unreliable and we've had many bug issues. For example, meetings will end in the middle of the meeting. This is a huge problem in a meeting software because our business prospects rely on us to be professional and have online meetings that work. Only works for meetings with a small number of participants.

Make sure to test it out for product bugs!

The ability to have inside sales meetings on the fly is extremely beneficial when on the phone with a prospect. They can visually see what our product has to offer.

It's nice to be able to screen share and have conference calls over the web. I also like that they had a good amount of dial in country lines.

It was always a gamble on if it word work or not. Some problems included bad phone line, weird static noises throughout the call, screen share not working, or screen share lagging.

Moxtra is a great platform for sharing information and working within a team. It has a beautiful UI and as a UX/UI designer I really appreciate that. There are some issues with the navigation as it could be easier to navigate, but overall I think that it is a great product for a young company. 

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

As noted above, the UX is great, but there are some issues with the fact that navigating the product can be a tad difficult due to it's unintuitive nature. You have to play around with the app before you really understand what you are doing. But, once you get the hang of it, if is fairly easy to use. I actually enjoyed the previous version before this last UI update.

Make the app as intuitive as possible.

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

I really enjoy the layout and functionality of files posted.  As I go through my work week it is faster usually to Moxtra someone in my organization than even SMS.  Being able to go back and see the history of the messages is useful as you can search people while eliminating the distraction of a cell phone.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

The only gripe I have is the mobile app doesn't notify me unless I have the app open and active.  I'd use it a lot more when not at my desk if it grabbed my attention telling me about lingering messages.

This pushes a "business only" feel. No giphys and a more professional look make it a best fit when wanting to enhance productivity without offering distractions.

Collaboration across the board.  Very rarely in companies are you able to speak and have open conversations with C-Level executives.  Moxtra not only allows this but lets the C-Level guys have their finger on the pulse of all operations of the company.
