**What do you like best about Moxo?**

Moxo is the only software that can handle a high volume of projects while also delivering a beautiful UI for the clients.

The app based system also keeps clients engaged with ios push notifications and email notifications.

The flows are extremely customizable and can be built for any workflow your company needs.

The support team is phenomenal and always there to help.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

It's expensive. Relative to other solutions, Moxo is expensive, but in my opionion, it's 100% worth the cost.

**What problems is Moxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Moxo, we operated 100% via email. Emailing our customers back and forth. This resulted in many projects being abandoned or forgotten about.

Moxo has helped us reduce the number of abandoned projects by providing our customers with a central platform to manage all their projects with us.

Moxo has been a game changer for our business. We previously onboarded our clients via email and SMS, but with the easy to use Flow Templates, we're able to create a high level client experience in half the amoutn of time. We have new clients added every single day using automations and the Customer Support has been nothing short of stellar. The set up was done very quickly and we were able to launch our product in very little time.

Moxo seems to be in its early stages of development and we are eager to see the new features and rollouts soon!

The problems Moxo is solving is time to onboarding. With a clear roadmap for clients, we are able to complete onboarding faster.

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

Impressive platform for project management and collaboration. It offers a user-friendly interface and a comprehensive range of tools to facilitate communication and task tracking. The document management and team coordination features are particularly well-designed, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow processes. Additionally, data security and privacy are well-handled. The customer support is incredible and curated; it makes the integration process and on going assitance much easier.

This is a difficult question to answer. As an administrator who had worked with many plateforms, this one is the best. The aspects that have been a pain have been brought to the tech team for solutions. Moxo thrives to evolve with their clients.

Moxo is an intuitive one-stop-shop for creating to-do's, sharing documents, scheduling appointments, team communication, and client communication.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

There is a bit of a learning curve, especially for less technically-savvy users, so we spend quite a bit of time teaching clients to use the platform.  However, once they get the hang of it, it is a really powerful tool.

We no longer have 4 or 5 different platforms to bounce around between, which saves time and increases productivity.

I like that it's user friednly. They're a ton of videos at your fingertips to help you along in the process. You will also have a Moxo rep who works hand in hand with you from start to completion of set up which has been wonderful. Abi has been very useful and bennefical at assisting my Sales Team with our launch!

Nothing, as of yet. Integration has been easy, and the number of features that are offered are wonderful. We're using it a sales tool as well as CRM, and we're very happy!

Any time we have a hiccup or need additional questions, Moxo has been prompt to getting back to us.

The team at Moxo is probably the most helpful and supportive team that I have met while enabling a software over my 15 year career in marketing. the team was ready to help with an question we had and ready to make adjustments to suggestions. 
Our cleints love the software as much as we do. We now ahve an individual space for each client and can send our emails direclty to it for approvals. Along with blogs, page corrections and anything else we need approved or have a question on. 
I would recommend this software to any digital agency

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

Be able to send reminders before and past due dates, also selecting how they are notified - email, push or text messages would be great.

We needed a software we could send test emails to without them getting lost in email boxes. This allows us to send them directly to the client and get them routed for approvals

These guys are so amazing! The best part of Moxo is pretty much everything. The speed, the support, and how easy it is to implement the software with my crew, besides the endless ones we tried previously. I use this for every event production we do and commercial video or photo production project. Moxo has given structure to our process, workflow with clients, and staying organized.

More native automation or support for AI implementation would be great. However, This works with Zapier, Gmail, and Hubspot, so there are already many options. Nothing to dislike about Moxo.

Moxo solves all the structure, organization, and client relations that stay difficult to track and manage when we have so many event productions going on! It is a clear place to keep all work and conversations about work located in one area as well as with documents, images, content, and feedback. Pure, non-confusing structure in a sea of messy Saas landscape we live in today.

It has many useful functions included in MOXO platform that makes paying for other services for video calls, scheduling, signature, etc. obsolete. Customer support is incredible as well, very responsive and professional.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

Have not seen anyting that I dislike yet. It may be that the current MOXO features meet all the needs that we have as a smaller size consulting company. If there is one small item that may need improvement is to allow the MOXO phone app to access the Content Library. For me, it isn't a big issue, but I can see how others might want that feature in the future. I am content having a simplified phone app without much clutter, and enjoy accessing the whole content on my laptop.

MOXO allows us to provide one-to-one coaching service to clients around the world. Without such convinient platform, it would be very difficult to keep track of our clients progress. Having a one-stop place that houses all info about a client--programs, video-call recordings, documents, notes, scheduling, etc.--is a game-changer.

The people we have worked with at Moxo have been friendly, accomodating, supportive and helpful. We really appreciate working with our account rep Abi who is very communicative and follows up as needed. Abi has passed on feedback to their dev team to work on platform updates/changes for us. The platform is flexible and easy to work with.

We are still getting a handle on the terminology (its a bit confusing) such as flow vs. workflow space and client vs. contact. We are working with Abi to see if there is a way we can customize messaging via auto-emails to clients since all of them appear similar in an inbox.

They were very helpful from a customer support aspect - I had direct access to someone via a personalized chat portal that kept our entire history of discussion.  This is a feature of the software itself which they used so I was able to experience it firsthand from the client perspective while also using it from the business perspective in my own company.

The current set of features is more limited than what I need for my client interactions - it will be great to see how robust it becomes in the future as more features are added.

Providing an integrated place for action items and discussion with clients is very nice.  The use of Magic Links was also appreciated.  Seamless user experience for my clients is key - this contributes to that.

They designed the app exactly how we wanted and sough feedback throughout the process.  At anytime we have had any issues with app, they have been extremely quick to rectify any issue and provide support for us.  Our clients love the app!

Moxo and its team, (specifically Teresa, Nam, Ed, and Yukta), have exceeded all my expectations. What initially started as a mere collaboration has blossomed into them becoming an indispensable extension of my team. Our brainstorming sessions and idea exchanges have been truly invigorating, and I am ecstatic to say that their involvement directly aids in our business's revenue generation.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of commitment and dedication they brought to the table. I genuinely feel like I have the best team in the world supporting me. Their caliber of work, attention to detail, and proactive approach have made me a true advocate of their services. In fact, I've already started recommending Moxo to fellow founders. The only suggestion I have pertains to the platform's functionality. I wish there was more flexibility in ordering attachments in workflows, allowing users to arrange them according to personal preference rather than a preset order.

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

Moxo has revolutionized how we communicate with clients.  Instead of sending multiple emails and missing answers lost in the inbox chaos, we now have an all our communication organized and easily searchable.  The Group Conversations have been a game changer so that all team members on a project can see the communication and we don't have to constantly debrief on what each other has discussed with the client.  

From the client side we have received great feedback about how much easier this has made their lives by centralizing communication, document sharing and phone/video calls.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

The Project Management features are not as robust as the communication features.  It can be hard to get a overall picture since most of the platform is based on conversation specific functions.

**What problems is Moxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moxo has helped us streamline internal and external communication.  As a result we have been able to use our time more efficiently and effectively to serve clients.

Quick responses to questions. I like working with the same people who are helpful and see all issues through to resolution.  New feature releases are always fun

Take a bit more control over invoices and updating payments. Also the ability to modify some features and links without needing help from back office. Also integrations like zapier or moxo's own flows to other softwares like good sheets, zoho, or even moxos own crm.

Communication becomes more difficult as you grow and moxo has bridged this gap. The entire team can communicate to clients, tag team members and share documents all in one chat. This way nothing gets lost and everyone is on the same page.

Enhances Client Account Management due to ease of moving account history between Account Managers. Continuous and daily communication with clients. Workflows have helped bring significant efficiencies. Great Customer Support.

Look and feel still old and plain. Brand customisation is minimal. File management is time consuming - cannot upload folders. Inconsistent and poor Notification system.

Moxo has been helpful for in-the-moment communication between the team and clients. The flows feature is a good concept but needs work as it is lacking in some necessary features. Raeef Mohammed is so kind and helpful. He always takes time to hop on a call to walk me through anything and help us figure out a workaround when the features we needed were not available in Moxo natively

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

Clients are not able to unique links that are relevant to them. Moxo only allows you to have links that will show for every client which isn't helpful for our agency.

I also would like to filter our clients better and save views in our dashboard. Right now everything looks very overwhelming on the backend. If you do use their filter feature you'll have to use it every time as it does not save.

Not able to clearly see when tasks are completed by clients. Right now a little red notification just appears. There isn't a way for you to see what tasks were completed so you can act on them.

Flows are only for processes that have a clear start and finish. If you have ongoing retainers Moxo is not a good fit. The flows becomes cluttered with too many tasks and our clients end up being confused about which task they need to act on. 

Notification preferences only take place on workspaces that were made AFTER you update your preferences. When we started using Moxo we set everything up and invited our clients and then tried to manage our notification settings to mute when we are not working. Now we receive notifications ALL THE TIME and its nothing Moxo can do. I had to tell my team to not use the Moxo app because of this. I don't want them to receive notifications when they are not working. 

Voice messaging and screen recording feature is pixelated and full of static sound

Project and task management overall is severely lacking in Moxo.

The home timeline is very overwhelming and it's the place where you will spend most of your time.

In order to make Moxo work for our Agency we had to make so many workspaces per client that started to become confusing for them. Clients started communicating wherever they could find it.

In order to access support on the web or desktop app you have to log out of your Moxo account and into theirs. There is no way to easily switch accounts like on the mobile app.

I've had more issues with Moxo, but I think these were the main ones. Each time I had an issue I communicated it to my customer success manager and he was able to give me workarounds, but after having all of these workarounds it was clear to see that Moxo just isn't prepared to support ongoing client work as my marketing agency has. 

After 3 months of trying to make Moxo work and communicating heavily with the support and leadership team on ways the platform can be improved, I wanted to stop using the platform, but they have decided to keep me locked into my contract even though they know my team and I have a very hard time at serving our clients using Moxo even with the alternatives they have given us.

The issues we have had with Moxo are little things you think are already in an "all-in-one client interaction platform." that's why when we had the Demo with their sales team these specific ways of using Moxo didn't come up. You don't really know what you're getting into until you start using the platform and because there isn't a free trial option  I didn't know. 

The only way I could try Moxo was by doing a 6-month pilot and now being 3 months in Moxo has made our client delivery harder to manage due to their lack of features that should already be in a platform like this.

Client management while reducing the number of platforms we need our clients to use to effectively deliver our projects to them. Unfortunately due to the lack of features, it has added more strain on my team and clients

Moxo's customer support is really some of the best ive seen. Questions are answered right away. If a feature isnt native, thought goes into how question can be implemented via one on one with engineer and service representative. 

Allocation of projects and communications via customized app and  ability to have everything siloed in one place will save hundreds of hours.

Constant updating of new features that are acutally useful are a big plus, it shows Moxo is consitently making product better and invested in customer needs.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

Would like to see more features from Moxo at its price point, such as native recurring To Dos or Tasks and other native integrations with payment platforms. However, Moxo is consistently adding and fine tuning new features all the time and beating me to the punch before i am able to request such feature or idea, so im sure it will be added at some point.

Pricing- Can get expensive depending on users and customizablitly.

Moxo has been incredibly straightforward for my clients to adopt as their portal. It helps the client be very clear on what their expectations are, gives them the ability to communicate as if they were texting thanks to the app, and helps me set expectations. That the software works almost exactly the same regardless of device or app or browser makes using it incredibly efficient. I can easily keep the records I need to, guide clients through their steps in the process, and restrict clients' ability to move forward until previous steps are completed as appropriate.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

The magic links that by-pass a password input to access Flows. This doesn't work for me. Moxo graciously turned these off ina heartbeat though. Top wishlist item: restrict the user's ability to upload HEIC files. They're just so massive and difficult to work with.

Moxo is giving me a secure place for all of my clients' things to exist. While some clients are confused because of the high levels of flexibility, there's an overwhelming success rate with adoption and far fewer questions being asked about the product and more being asked about their taxes and accounting.
