Our team at Mass Inbound has been using Moxo for almost two years now, and it’s become an essential part of how we manage and deliver projects. The platform has completely streamlined the way we communicate with clients, organize tasks, and keep our internal team aligned.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. The platform runs smoothly and has everything we need for managing projects and client communication. The only feature we wish it had is a built-in timer for tasks so our team could track how long certain projects or activities take. It’s a small thing, but it would make time management and reporting even more powerful.

Moxo has helped us completely streamline our project management and client communication process. Before using it, our team juggled multiple tools, emails, and chats to keep projects moving — which often led to missed details or delays.

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

Moxo has been a game-changer for our team’s onboarding process. Before we implemented it, we had to rely on a number of manual steps and scattered tools to get new partners onboarded, which was both time-consuming and prone to bottlenecks.

With Moxo, we now have a streamlined, centralized platform where all of our onboarding documents and workflows live. It has eliminated repetitive manual tasks and saved me countless hours of administrative work. One of the biggest benefits is how it enables collaboration—different team members can easily step into the workflow when needed, ensuring nothing gets stuck waiting on one person.

I also want to highlight the excellent support we’ve received from our Customer Success Manager, Pratik Chauhan. He has been incredibly responsive and helpful in making sure we’re getting the most out of the platform, which has made the transition and adoption process smooth and effective.

Overall, Moxo has made our onboarding process significantly more efficient, organized, and collaborative. It’s a tool that has truly transformed how we manage partner onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

While Moxo has greatly improved our onboarding workflows, my one frustration is with the limitations of the base plan. The inability to use connectors, such as integrating with our CRM or Google Drive, creates extra work and forces us to manage some information outside of Moxo. Having these integrations included, even at a basic level, would make the platform far more powerful and reduce the need for manual duplication of data.

**What problems is Moxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moxo is helping us eliminate the inefficiencies of a manual onboarding process. Previously, we had to manage partner onboarding across multiple tools and communication channels, which created unnecessary back-and-forth and wasted time. With Moxo, everything is centralized in one platform—documents, workflows, and communications—which saves me hours of manual work each week.

It also ensures smoother collaboration across our team. Different stakeholders can be pulled into the workflow exactly where they’re needed, without creating bottlenecks or losing visibility. The result is a much more organized, efficient, and scalable onboarding process that benefits both our internal team and our partners.

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

We currently use the Moxo app to communicate with some of our clients, sharing updates and collateral with them. They’re even able to sign their onboarding documents through the app when they join their brokerage, which is incredibly useful. The ability to brand our app - and for two of our clients to brand their own - is great. We've found it to be a handy way for them not only to respond to us and provide feedback, but also to communicate with each other. Real estate agents are inundated with emails, so the app has been a valuable tool for cutting through the noise and helping our clients focus on the communications we send.

The apps are easy to use, and onboarding for us and our clients have been very smooth, every time.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

I don't have anything negative to say, our support team is responsive, they listen to our requests, and action them quickly.

**What problems is Moxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with real estate agents, and they receive a lot of emails on a daily basis. The apps solved this, by being the main communication platform. We are able to send agents collateral for their listings that we created, set up team meetings, create reminders for them to approve collateral, get them to sign their onboarding documents when they join within the app, and do their onboarding call. One of the most important things we considered when looking at developers was that the documents we need the agents to sign contains sensitive information, and thus needed to have great built in security, which is what we have now.

I appreciate the enhanced client experience and the user-friendly design. Being able to customize forms and notifications for our clients has been extremely valuable for our team. Additionally, the customer support team has been very responsive and a reliable resource whenever I need assistance.

There have been a few times when I wished the product offered some unique features and functions that could better support our team. However, the customer support team has consistently listened to my feedback and assured me that they are continually working to enhance the product and introduce new features for users.

Moxo has allowed me to move all client communication away from text messaging, providing a much more professional and streamlined user experience. **What do you like best about Moxo?**

Moxo was so helpful in assisting with the development of a private label platform for client management. I am not a technical person at all when it comes to developer accounts, and the team was always available or just a chat away. Abhishek Kulkarni was a fantastic team member, always responsive and remembering details about me and my business that made me feel more than just a number. Moxo is easy to use, and for over two years, I used this platform every day to manage my client flows. I also did not need to contact customer service very often. There were no technical issues with the platform at any time and they are wonderful with remiding me of what steps I needed to take. We really worked as a team and I will always appreciate the company for helping me scale the business!

I like how simple it is to create tasks and assign them to people. The communication is apparent and easy to use.

It would be nice if an admin were able to clear/delete old tasks in the "manage" page under "actions",  It would be good to be able to delete and remove old tasks. Currently, the only option is to resign myself and then complete the task.

Moxo's UI is intuitive and user-friendly. Many of my colleagues are not tech savvy, and our English-learning students vary in age, some being as young as six; most can navigate the site well without much instruction.

It's still in development, so features are unavailable. There are more functions we're hoping to see from Moxo, but as it is currently, it suits our needs.

It's becoming an all-in-one platform for our tutoring service. At times, we've considered trying a multitude of platforms, but the ability to communicate with our teachers AND students in the same space, and share forms with the ability for our team to view results is very convenient.

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

Our Moxo app has created an easy-to-access space for team members and clients. We no longer sift through emails and texts, wasting time trying to find our last conversation with the needed information. Our clients have embraced the app as an easy way to contact us. We have also utilized a feature that organizes our invoices in one location. Paying our contractors used to take an hour; now, it takes 15 minutes. Time is money. Moxo is the only business we have worked with that keeps its word about always being available if we need assistance. We have had the same point of contact from day one, and he is patient and kind as we learn to navigate our app.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

We initially had issues with the ease of navigating on the app, specifically related to workflows. Moxo has been working on making the app more user-friendly. Our clients have had zero issues with the app.  Our biggest problem with Moxo is that they limit the number of users at our price point. We are considering other options since this stifles our ability to grow and increase our revenue. That's a big problem for any small business.  We are still utilizing other systems for our initial contact with potential clients that reach out to us. The inability to move a potential client into the app right after first contact is a problem. This affects our revenue, makes for a clunky start for our potential clients, and limits our growth. We want to feel supported by Moxo and set up for success and growth without limits.

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

Moxo makes it easy to structure workflows that would otherwise get buried in emails and texts. The ability to assign roles, create tasks, and house all communication in one place has helped our team keep projects moving without dropping the ball. The mobile app is solid, and the workspace flexibility lets us tailor each experience to how we actually work. Visibility and accountability are built in.

There are areas where API functionality and third-party integrations could be expanded. Some customizations require workarounds, and template management can be rigid depending on how deep you’re building. It’s not always plug-and-play for unique use cases, but with the right structure, you can make it work well.

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

The functionalities are good! I love its flexibility and its frequent updates. The integration is just one click within the site offering Zapier as an alternative, providing more flexibility in deciding what you want to integrate instead of how you can integrate. Zero programming is really user-friendly, especially for non-tech users.  Huge appreciation to our Customer Success Manager, Aakash, for his hard work, spontaneous responses, and endless support! His dedication makes a real difference every time.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

Cannot wait for the upcoming updates. I'm always not satisfied and want to have more to achieve on Moxo. To be honest, Moxo is not a fully mature platform at this point but it might be worthy seeing Moxo grow and be fully equipped.

Moxo can make all sorts of information sources we have right now into one. The integration with other apps/platforms/systems, the documentation storage and flow template storage are incredibly helpful.

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

MOXO has truly helped speed up our process. It us to take our company 10 to 12 weeks to complete the hiring process, but now with using MOXO, on average it's 7 to 9 weeks. This is huge for our company.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

The only downside that we have noticed is that sometimes it can look a little messy with the number of "clients" we have in our dashboard. We really wish we could have a folder for each step and for each client that is on that step to be in the matching folder.

**What problems is Moxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MOXO has made our onboarding process smoother. It used to take so much time to credential a new provider or "client" and everyone always felt lost. They never knew how far along in the process they were or what steps they needed to complete. MOXO made everything so much clearer, not only for our providers but also for our admin team. Each person can see which step they are on and how much longer they have in the process. This has cleared up time for our admin team to work on other projects. We no longer have to babysit the credentialing process. It has truly helped us in every way.

What I like most is the responsiveness of the moxo team.  They quickly answer questions or take it to the internal team for direction.  They have also taken ideas we've had for the platform and submitted them for future applications.  The team has been very collaborative and helped us achieve our goal with the app a lot faster than anticipated. The platform is relatively easy to use and the team was patient to walk us through the new items.   We use our app daily as our main source for internal and client communications.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

The only downside to note is waiting for new implementations to take place that would be useful now.  We've share a lot of ideas and most of them are pending future updates.

Moxo gave us a platform to house our app-which allows for more frequent communication between us and our client. This helps us with retention and timely communication for our team and our clients.

What I love about moxo is that it is very user friendly, very intuitive, and makes customer management much simpler and more organized. It also makes client communication so much easier on both ends.

Just getting used to using a new product and retraining our team to use a new system can be challenging, but it's really nothing bad about Moxo, just adjusting to a new product.

We have about 55 active customers with very complex campaigns containing lots of information, details, and communication back and forth. We were getting emails lost and having to search through inboxes and save in folders that clients couldn't access. Now with moxo, all email communication is now within our workspaces, and all forms, files, images, etc can all be uploaded and saved through our forms and flows in their dedicated customer workspaces. Everyone is more organized, has more access and visibility, and is more satisfied with the partnership!

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

I got to a point where I was so tired of working with CRMs who don't prioritize cybersecurity, who take forever to respond or never respond, who promise features but don't deliver or deliver years later or CRMs that are ran by AI bots. Moxo on the other hand, has the friendliest, hardest working staff I've ever interacted with. This platform is encrypted, making the platform super secure. Their response time in my experience is always within 2 business days or less. I get personal meetings with their staff who are always patient with me and my team and they always appear happy to help us. 

Additionally, I can recall moments where I inquired about a feature, they promised it, it launched, and lived up to my expectations. To name a few features that come to mind, pinning groups, flows that are non-sequential, being able to add attachments to the comment section under a To-Do, and integrations with outlook and monday.

Not to mention it's reassuring and exciting when I request a feature, they are usually already working on it. Even better when they tell me they will implement it soon, their idea of soon being within a few weeks or months whereas I'm expecting it in a few years based on my experience with other CRMs.

I could go on and on but I'll conclude with my overall thoughts. Ever since choosing to work with Moxo back in 2022 I can confidently say, my communication with my team & clients has significantly improved. Because of Moxo's own growth in working towards new features, better templates and overall technology, as a business owner I work less on manual tasks while my business maintains and even grows in its productivity. Since the beginning they have been quick to find solutions for my team. Having said that, I can tell they actually care about our individual experience on the platform and strive for our satisfaction. I look forward to even more features, less bugs, and further growth with Moxo.

There are a few bugs every now and then such as:
-Not being able to tag individuals with the @ symbol. 
-Issues saving the changes when trying to edit messages.
-On outlook, having to reconnect the moxo plugin by logging in. (I'm also looking forward to the reocurring meeting setup from outlook using the plugin)

I'm not a big fan of the notes feature, I feel like the "updated a note" notification that stays in the group is unecessary in many cases, I don't like that it fills the group with that empty content, especially as someone who makes frequent minor edits and saves just as frequently.Personally, I'd like the option for more tools such as a print button, add comment feature, add an image, a simple table with columns and rows (not necesarily a smart table with filters or anything, that might be too complex for now).

I would use the notes more if the design was a bit easier on the eyes, if it looked like a document instead of the notepad that stretches accross the entire screen for example. Just my personal preferences.

-Enhanced communication with clients and my team.
-It's a secure, organized and well designed platform for my business internal/external use.
-It's great at automating manual tasks, and is a great overall all-in-one app accessible on web, desktop and mobile.

I was my own biggest challenge when I first started using Moxo. I had to reorganize and retrain my brain to embrace this intuitive tool. It took me a minute to let go of old platform frameworks while building workflows, workspaces, using the library, and working with templates. Honestly, there’s no downside to using Moxo—it’s all about adapting your mindset from the start, especially when setting up the backend. And if you need help, don’t hesitate to ask! The support team is world-class. Moxo is also constantly seeking our feedback and implementing improvements.

As for the client interface, it’s a breeze. Everyone finds it easy and intuitive. My advice? Embrace the help and enjoy the simplicity it brings to client communication!

Moxo has addressed several key challenges in client communication and data management. It’s been our experience that clients struggle with locating specific emails and information in their inboxes or on computers, leading to delays and inefficiencies in responding to queries. This back-and-forth makes it difficult to track which queries or information had been addressed. With our HelloLedger app with Moxo, all email communications are now centralised within our HelloLedger workspaces. This integration allows us to create custom forms for requests as well as allowing for all files, images, and data to be uploaded and saved, in our own folder structure by year etc, streamlining the entire communication flows and information organisation.

Also, we’ve streamlined the client onboarding processes as we can now logically step out the information required from clients, making it easier for them to complete their onboarding smoothly.

We also use the HelloLedger app with Moxo to keep our clients informed with the latest tax changes, practical tips, and personalised advice. Enhancements expected - We as a Moxo client would like to make better use of the App to “automate” our work and so to improve our work efficiency.  We have made good use of E-Sign and Approval.  We also see that Acknowledgement is good for us as a school.  However, it will be excellent if the functionality can be enhanced for our distribution of messages to all class groups every school day.  We believe that the enhancement is not only excellent for us but also excellent for the education sector.  We do not simply want to mention to other schools that Moxo is our “WhatsApp”, but we do want to tell them that Moxo is more capable for schools than “WhatsApp”.

Moxo was simple to learn and effective for document creation, sending, and sharing. Customer support was consistent and helpful.

There were only a few features that Moxo lacked that other software offered for document creation.
