What do you like best about Assembly?

"Copilot: Easy Setup, Great Support, and HIPAA Compliant"
What do you like best about Assembly?

I have been using Copilot for 3 years primarily for managing my own client portal and my clients' portals. I appreciate the ease of use, which greatly enhances my user experience right from the setup process, which was straightforward. The support team is outstanding, as they responded to my queries quickly, providing a smooth onboarding experience. I value the HIPAA compliance feature, ensuring high standards of data protection, which is crucial for handling sensitive information. The file storage is slick, and the internal messaging feature is incredibly useful, allowing me to keep everything together without needing to resort to email communications constantly. I find the integration with external services like Make beneficial for my workflow, which offsets the limited task automation capabilities. Furthermore, I utilize integrations with services like Zapier and Google Slides, making Copilot a versatile tool in my software suite. Overall, the combination of ease of use, excellent support, compliance, and efficient communication and storage features make Copilot a preferred choice, culminating in me recommending it highly, scoring a 10 on a likelihood scale. Copilot is a perfect fit for our needs, successfully doing everything we require after our product failure. I am impressed by how quickly you can launch with it, making it a powerful sales enablement tool that streamlines account management and reduces meeting needs, allowing us to operate more efficiently. The ability to store and share files, message, and sell services is immensely useful. Customer service is brilliant, which is a significant factor in wanting to repurchase. What do you dislike about Assembly?

I find the setup process of Copilot to be fairly clunky, particularly when trying to master workflows and detailed parts of the system. It doesn’t feel like it’s 100% self-service, which makes it challenging without external help. Additionally, there are minor issues like pictures not updating immediately and a few bugs that need addressing. Although these are small friction points, they are somewhat annoying. I have a few things I wish were features but they are small items. One of them being automated tasks, a forward and backwards arrow when I am in files in a folder instead of going out and back in again and an audit log of when magic links are sent for each person. The live reporting and file access save our team extensive admin work by allowing clients to locate data independently. I find that managing workspaces for different clients on the back end of the portal can become quite cumbersome. The embed and app section tends to get busy because different clients have different services. What do you like best about Assembly?

Copilot makes the customer buying experience seamless. No more manual email back-and-forths — we save so much time, and every file is automatically organized by client. It’s been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

I think not being able to add another user for a flat fee is tough. The basic plan should really allow at least 2 users — jumping from 1 to 3 for an extra $150 per month feels like too big of a leap. Also, more app integrations are definitely needed. Right now, most of them are very similar in functionality. It would be great to see options like order tracking apps, quoting apps, and other tools that expand the platform’s capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used Assembly for a few years now. For me, it Centralizes documents and information which apeases my OCD. This also helps communication with my customers..
