What do you like best about Assembly?

I really like how clean and simple the platform is, which makes it easy to use. I also appreciate the numerous integrations offered, which expand its usability with tools like Stripe, Airtable, and HubSpot. Another big plus is the ability to white-label the platform as my agency or for my clients, elevating the client experience by keeping all pertinent information in one place. What do you dislike about Assembly?

What do you like best about Assembly?

We've been really impressed with the ease of access and how we are able to present information to clients. We originally purchased the platform because it was an easy way for us to manage how we share information on final files with clients, and now we use it for much more. I really like the automation side of things in Assembly, like automating contracts, forms, and other key features. One of the main drawbacks of Assembly, in my opinion, is that the platform is still relatively new. Because of this, it currently lacks some features that I expect will be introduced in the future. What do you like best about Assembly?

It's so simple to use! I love the ability to chat with the clients and have a central place for all client tasks, contracts, forms, files, and invoices. Makes things so much easier when sending a link to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

The price is a little high for what it is... Features I'd like to have that would make it more valuable to me:

- Ability to edit contracts in the software so I don't have to re-upload a new one every time I notice a mistake

- Ability to send a contract and payment in ONE link then it creates or updates a client in the CRM, so I can make things easy to onboard new clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Assembly?

I like Assembly's simplicity compared to other platforms. It's definitely very good, and I found it easier to navigate. The initial setup was really easy, and it's a beautiful setup platform. What do you dislike about Assembly?

I'd say probably adding a little more user interface interaction, a couple more features. Maybe a bit more customization when it comes to forms. The messaging section can definitely be improved. I would say that's the weakest point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Assembly?

I love the ease of which my clients can see and navigate all essential documents for our project. As a website and graphic designer, we are constantly working on projects for existing and new clients. Each project comes with needs for contracts, signatures, approvals, and more. With copilot, our clients can see all of their tasks in one place- with deadlines! Plus, it makes it so much more convenient to go back and find important information with it all being right there. What do you like best about Assembly?

After conducting extensive research to identify a reliable external portal with the right capabilities, I selected Co-Pilot—and I couldn’t be more pleased with the choice. It offers far more features than comparable platforms while remaining extremely user-friendly, making it an excellent fit for the company. I especially love the many updates and new features added over the past year, along with the ability to integrate externally designed pages through iframes, which allows for a seamless, flexible, and highly customizable experience. What do you like best about Assembly?

File management is a little unclear on how much storage is used/free. The download status shown is causing confusion for my clients. The login with SSO is causing problems for clients in different companies with different emails for each company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
