LiveFlow is the product we've been dreaming of! It gives us the ability to share current, accurate financials with key players without the need to login or even have access to our accounting software.
We can show a consolidated view of all companies in our portfolio even though each has a separate QuickBooks company. I also love that we can group any companies together into individual workspaces to customize reports for each unique leader. It also allows custom reporting to show uniquely selected pieces of the GL. Furthermore, being able to drill into the numbers to see the data and seamlessly click into QuickBooks if necessary is incredibly helpful!
The onboarding process was fantastic as well. High level of support and follow up. They even had a member of the dev team join to learn ways they may be able to increase value and meet the needs of their customers. Honestly super impressed with everyone on the team, their knowledge and goal to be the highest value product they can be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mapping the GL accounts on set up is slighly time consuming but even this aspect is reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The team has been great, they are extremely knowledgable about their product. The product itself is very advanced, I've looked around on the market for something that is able to integrate with Xero and only have found Liveflow. Currently, I am still integrating Liveflow into our systems but the team are instant with responses and immediately reply. They are always asking in ways we can improve/request for new features to add to the system. Lastly, I think for the price, what they offer is worth the $$$. Looking forward to using Liveflow and seeing new features in the future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Still can be building certain features, but they are extremely fast on responses to new requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I find most helpful about LiveFlow is the ability to focus on analysis without being burdened by data modeling or querying. As an FP&A professional, I’ve spent significant time analyzing data and presenting insights to stakeholders. However, I’ve also had to allocate time to query underlying data warehouses and tables to construct dashboards and reporting models. I'm an accountant with no formal training in data modeling so I've spent more time than I would liket to admit just learning how to access and pull the data I needed to analyze and share. I wish I would have found LiveFlow sooner! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of a dislike except that LiveFlow is not available for larger ERPs like SAP or Oracle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Liveflow saves me so much time. I like to run comparative analysis of our monthly financials and Liveflow has cut my time doing that in half by having all my formulas already created and updated everytime there is a change in QBO. We also have some weekly metrics that used to take so much data-entry time, and now they are automatically updated. The time it saves me pays for the software itself. The biggest downside to LiveFlow is that all my clients are suscribers. I wish they were! It's a little bit of a learning curve, but so far so good. Their customer service has been great to help teach me the ropes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's impossible to overstate my admiration for LiveFlow, its executive leadership, and the entire team involved. Previously, we manually generated and dispatched weekly reports to our clients via QBO. LiveFlow, however, has significantly streamlined this process. We now compile all required reports into a single Google sheet and share the link with our clients, providing them with the freedom to access the data at their convenience. This functionality not only obviates the need for an entire task in our workflow but also keeps the report perpetually updated with live data either every hour or upon opening the Google sheet.
Furthermore, LiveFlow has conferred tangible financial benefits. It circumvented the need to invest in an additional application for commission calculations. By constructing a live report and incorporating the necessary calculations, I've created a monthly Commissions Report worksheet. Now, all the relevant data is just a click away, at my fingertips once a month.
In summary, LiveFlow has not merely simplified my tasks; it has been instrumental in bolstering my productivity. My heartfelt gratitude to the LiveFlow team for their innovative solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My solitary suggestion for improvement with LiveFlow would be the integration of QBO's custom reports, as opposed to being confined to the pre-existing, pre-populated ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LiveFlow has revolutionized the way we handle financial reporting! As a finance professional, speed and accuracy are essential, and this tool delivers both in abundance. With its seamless integration into Google Sheets, creating up-to-date, accurate reports has never been easier. What used to take hours of manual work can now be done in minutes—real-time data syncing keeps everything current, minimizing errors and manual input.
The flexibility of the tool is a big win for us. You can easily customize reports, pull specific data points, and automate recurring reports without needing any complex formulas. Whether it's for month-end close, variance analysis, or preparing for meetings with stakeholders, LiveFlow keeps everything organized and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While LiveFlow has greatly streamlined our financial reporting, there are a few areas where the tool could improve. One issue I’ve encountered is that, while it's powerful for automating standard reports, the tool can struggle with more complex or non-standard financial reports that require deep customization. You may still need to manually adjust certain elements, which can take away some of the efficiency it promises.
Additionally, although the integration with Google Sheets is seamless, I noticed that if you’re working with very large datasets, it can sometimes slow down or even freeze. This can be frustrating when you’re on tight deadlines and trying to generate reports quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have spent way to many hours pulling reports manually and rebuilding the flow due to new or deleted accounts, etc... It is very nice to have these reports automatically update/refresh all the data needed quickly. There are many great templates for Excel and GSheets to give a head start on projects. I was able to pull together YTD Management reporting and build out the an initial 13 Week Cash Flow with half a day's work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do wish there were additional integrations with other CRM's or banking partners. I would also like to be able to build out some of my own reporting better, though I understand that could take a higher level of support and likely drive up the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Gah! LF is so amazing! All my end of month, quarterly, and yearly tasks and budgets have never been so seemless and quick. The connection with QBO is so accurate and fast it is almost mind blowing. I really love the dept of intigration within the QBO and LF systems. So many templates and ways to help get all the time back wasted on spreadsheet and reconciliations. I also love how if there are in issues the Customer Support team is there with an answer and help so quick. To sum it up: easy to use, easy to switch from excel to LiveFlow, countless ways to use the system and an incredilbe integration with QBO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike how long it took to have this system as an option in my monthly tasks. I wish I would have found it years ago! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love LiveFlow because it makes financial reporting so much easier, especially since it integrates with Google Sheets. The best part is that it syncs your data in real time, which eliminates the hassle of manual entry.
It is so easy to categorize and track my expenses now. This feature gives me quick insights into where my money is going, making it simple to stay on top of my budget.
Plus, because LiveFlow is connected to QuickBooks, I can trust that the information in my Google Sheets is accurate and reliable. Overall, if you’re looking for a streamlined way to manage your finances, I highly recommend trying LiveFlow! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I dislike about LiveFlow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about LiveFlow is its seamless integration with QuickBooks and how it continually helps me discover new use cases to streamline our processes. The time savings from automation are invaluable, and the platform’s ability to extend the functionality of QuickBooks is unmatched. Additionally, the support team stands out—they’re incredibly responsive and genuinely value customer feedback, which shows in the product’s constant improvement. There’s honestly very little to dislike about LiveFlow. If I had to point out one thing, it would be the desire for even more features to be added faster, given how useful the tool already is. But that’s more of a testament to how great it is—I’m always excited to see what’s coming next! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
