What do you like best about Assembly?

What do you like best about Assembly?

After conducting extensive research to identify a reliable external portal with the right capabilities, I selected Co-Pilot—and I couldn’t be more pleased with the choice. It offers far more features than comparable platforms while remaining extremely user-friendly, making it an excellent fit for the company. I especially love the many updates and new features added over the past year, along with the ability to integrate externally designed pages through iframes, which allows for a seamless, flexible, and highly customizable experience. What do you like best about Assembly?

I really like the aspect of customization in Assembly and having everything in one place. It's also easy to use for my clients, which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

File management is a little unclear on how much storage is used/free. The download status shown is causing confusion for my clients. The login with SSO is causing problems for clients in different companies with different emails for each company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is very limited customization that is available in the platform. There is no public roadmap of features and support is limited (late replies and when they do reply only confirm that features are not available). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Assembly?

I like how easy Assembly's interface is to navigate. It helps with easier client communication and file storage. The initial setup was relatively easy, I'd rate it a 3/10 in terms of difficulty. Also, I use it with my digital solutions agency, Veramind, particularly for client portal messaging, file upload, Calendly integration, task updates, and more. What do you dislike about Assembly?

I wish there was an integrated tool for marketing or website analysis. Also, possibly a direct display for my Stripe dashboard that I could connect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Assembly?

Before Copilot, we were utilizing so many different platforms with our clients. Copilot has brought all communication into one centralized hub where we can share files, forms, links, and contracts, without having to bog the client down with additional platforms. This platform has been a lifesaver for our client success team!

It was also so easy to set up and integrate into our day-to-day. The customer support was there to help us with implementation each step of the way.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

I would love to see more feature rollouts, especially an iOS or Android app! Our clients have mentioned how they are on the go a lot, so they would love to be able to easily access their copilot hub without having to utilize their browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Copilot keeps all of my clients in one place, each with their own branded portal. This makes it easy to manage messages, invoices, files, and forms without switching between different tools. Having dedicated, organized spaces for each client streamlines my workflow, keeps communication clear, and creates a more professional experience for both me and my clients. What do you dislike about Assembly?

What do you like best about Assembly?

It's perfect for organizing my clients data, contract signing and creating easy-to-use recurring payments for clients. My client's are enjoying having one go-to place to message me, organize files and review their payment details. We also LOVE how simple it is to implement and integrate with each new client. What do you dislike about Assembly?
