"Simple CRM That Saved Me Time"

What do you like best about Assembly?

What I like best about Assembly is how simple it is to use. Compared to other CRMs I've tried, it doesn't take a lot of time or effort to get everything set up. I needed a CRM quickly, and I was able to get Assembly up and running without any hassle. It made it easy to start adding my clients and managing everything in one place. What do you dislike about Assembly?

The contracts feature could use a little more polish. It gets the job done, but the overall experience feels a bit clunky compared to other contract tools I've used. What problems is Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Assembly has helped eliminate a lot of the bottlenecks in my client onboarding and follow-up process. Before using it, I was spending more time manually checking on clients and sending reminders. Now, things like automated emails, reminders for unsigned documents, and welcome messages happen automatically, which creates a better experience for my clients and saves me a lot of time. It also helped me get organized quickly since I was able to set everything up without a long learning curve. We’re glad the portal is helping your clients access and upload documents with less back-and-forth, while keeping everything organized. It’s good to hear onboarding was quick, too.

For using the forms app, I would suggest trying our Conditional forms

app instead of the old Forms app (link here: https://assembly.com/templates/conditional-forms). This one was made to be customizable and we are very proud of it. You can find more templates that we've made here (https://assembly.com/templates) and of course, our can build out any apps that you don't see as templates.

"Easy Setup and Creative App Building, Though Pricing Feels High"

What do you like best about Assembly?

I found Assembly pretty easy to set up; we were up and running in about a week, though internal delays made it closer to two. I like that I can add our own branding and modify a lot of things. I especially like the custom app building. It’s useful and creative, and it lets us come up with new ideas in brainstorm sessions and quickly create them in an app without needing an external developer. What do you dislike about Assembly?

I think the pricing is a bit high when I use app building. I also don't like that I have to go to the next step to get access to it. I think paying members should get access to it with their membership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable, Perfect for Client Portals"

What do you like best about Assembly?

I really like how customizable Assembly is, especially with the new AI-powered design tools. It allows me to truly tailor the portal to meet all of my needs. The AI design tools are a standout feature because they let me chat with the AI model to create something entirely unique to my brand rather than just using a white-labeled template. Being able to make my portal distinct and separate from the already built templates is the best part. Plus, having all of my projects in one place is very helpful, and it provides a centralized place for my clients to view files, book meetings, and pay invoices. When i try and put a "/" in a name, it cuts off whatever comes after. Very niche dislike but theres not lot i dislike! this is just annoying as i have reports i upload which require forward slashes and then i need to re-do the name each time. What do you like best about Assembly?

I love the “feels like I’m inside the businesses system feel” for clients. I love that I can bill them from the software, and I especially love the custom workflows, I love the forms, I love the ability to add multiple people a company etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m sure it’s there but I haven’t messed with it too much so take this as user error - I don’t like that I cannot see a place where I can display my services more easily vs the client having to dig for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I launched my business, the first thing I thought was “How am I going to keep track with our business clients?” Billing, scheduling etc. I had no idea a company like assembly existed. Of course, like other A.I users I did my lazy research and A.I vouched that assembly was top choice for my business so I went with assembly and A.I was not wrong. "Perfect for Organizing Client Data and Streamlining Recurring Payments"

What do you like best about Assembly?

It's perfect for organizing my clients data, contract signing and creating easy-to-use recurring payments for clients. My client's are enjoying having one go-to place to message me, organize files and review their payment details. We also LOVE how simple it is to implement and integrate with each new client. We don't have a native mobile app right now, but the portal works in a mobile browser, and there's a desktop app at assembly.com/download. If messaging and receipts on the go are the sticking point, our support team is happy to help you find a setup that works.

What do you like best about Assembly?

Assembly enables us to quickly and smoothly capture and manage information from our clients. We like the UI/UX experience, the ability for us to white label the platform with our brand, and it's stability as a platform.

Assembly's customer service team does a great job responding quickly. It does work well with zapier and make, but there are some additional QOL features i'd like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

Assembly is trying to be the core tool for many teams and that's just not the reality for our business. It would be nice if it made the process of integrating with other systems like Zoho CRM, OneDrive easier with in-platform automations.

Assembly gives an easy onboarding and customer facing experience for our clients. One of the biggest problems for our business was "Where was that information", or "did that client send us that file yet", or "who's email is that comment in?".
