I am almost two months in and have experienced no results from the product. I have reached out to see if I could get some support on boosting results. There is no one in this company that is willing to help customers. You have access to an AI bot and a weekly webinar. That's it.

Also, I was not impressed by the pre-sales process. My rep did a quick demo and sent a few emails back and forth. Right before I was ready to make a decision I asked the rep to setup a call to address some questions I had before making the purchase. more diffusion of the tool is needed, I had already heard about it but what I have seen is that business owners or independent entrepreneurs would find the tool useful for their meta ads campaigns and for them to know that they can achieve the benefits, or come up with a basic plan especially for potential client forms on meta and lead automation via email. if they communicate that, there is a better business opportunity, although with limited functions they can attract clients who pay with a subscription like Canva. Insider's panel show's real time results and data from each campaign. However, the data is a bit hard to understand without further information or explanation on the panel. The biggest problem, however, is in some usability aspects. For example, in the Audience Path: when we apply a filter and need to repeat the same filter by changing just one detail in the field, we have to redo it in all fields because there is no option to copy and paste. In the Canvas, we also cannot select and copy to paste in another part of the same canvas, nor can we select multiple items/fields at once.

There are a few key things missing from designs, and it seems that big picture thinking has been implemented instead of actually thinking of user experience.
