A few API endpoints behave differently than the docs imply, so the first time I wrote a script around them I got tripped up. What's helpful is the consolidation. Having email, landing pages, forms, and contact data in one place means I'm not stitching together separate tools or exporting CSVs to reconcile data. The platform is genuinely fast. What do you like best about Textedly?

I liked how they were very professional and called me multiple times making sure the process was going smoothly. Also when out phone number application got rejected they were very quick to fix the situation and had out application approved in under 24 hours after emailing them. We look forward to working with them for the future! They're UI is very easy to use and is easy to navigate and put keywords and customs texts. Integrations is also easy to use, as we made a QR code for customers to scan and easily text the number. I think the pricing is decent but is on the higher side a little but it's definitely worth it. They don't have to much AI yet into it but definitely don't need it! The only AI they have is helping to refine text messages and what not but it's not horrible. What do you dislike about Textedly?

Their really isn't to much I dislike about texedly. The only thing I could really think of is the price and maybe having benefits for using it more. The problem they are solving for us is definitely customer retention %. We are using them to text out marketing deals for certain days to increase business and we are using them to promote our business which is going very well so far. What do you like best about Flodesk?

I LOVE how streamlined, intuitive, and simple Flodesk is to use. I use it most for sending out my weekly newsletters, and it has made this process so much more enjoyable. It's super easy to customize each newsletter. It's one of the easiest platforms I've used for offering a lead magnet on my website, and it integrates seamlessly with my Squarespace site. The link in bio feature for Instagram allows me to easily create a professional on-brand link in bio. It's also a really beautiful platform, which just adds to the joy of using it. And they're always adding really awesome new features. I use it every single week and I've never once had a problem with it. It is an amazing value for the cost, and their generous affiliate program is an added perk. The one time I had to use their customer support (to help me reconnect my Stripe account when I opened a new one), the response was timely, clear, and easy to follow. This is only a minor irritation, but it's the only thing I can think of. When I've downloaded an image and want to upload it into the email builder, I can't just drag and drop it -- I have to search for it in my downloads folder (or wherever I'm up loading from). With Flodesk, I'm able to do so many things with only one platform, instead of having to manage (and pay for) multiple platforms. I do all of my email newsletters and marketing with Flodesk, manage my lead magnet opt-ins on my website, have a checkout integrated right into any offers I want to make, and manage my Instagram link-in-bio all in one place. And it all works like a charm. I'm not the greatest with technology, but Flodesk makes it so easy. It is by far the easiest and best email marketing platform I've used. What do you like best about EngageBay?

I use EngageBay mainly for email marketing and creating landing pages for our business. What I like most is both tools are available in one place, so I don't have to switch between multiple platforms. Creating email broadcasts is straightforward, and the drag-and-drop editor makes it easy to update content when we anounce new batches, workshops or activities.

The landing page builder has also been useful for collecting inquiries. I can quickly create a page, add a form, and start capturing leads without needing technical help. The email editor occasionally takes a few extra seconds to load when working with larger templates. I also had to spend sometime understanding how certain automation settings work when I first started using the platform. It wasn't difficult, but there was a learning curve. What do you dislike about Sender.net?

So far, the only thing I’ve found that felt truly like Sender’s fault was their customer service chat. It took a bit longer than I expected, although the wait time was still reasonable. The bigger issue wasn’t the delay, but how robotic the support agent came across. The grammar was flawless, but the replies felt overly calculated and not very human. I’m still not convinced it was a real person, and I even asked whether it was human. I was intentionally casual and laid-back, and “Lucas” didn’t respond very warmly. What do you like best about Omnisend?

The platform is pretty intuitive and makes it easy to quickly create campaigns.

The pre-built templates are helpful (and time-saving) but can be easily personalised.

In terms of transitioning to the platform, it was really straightforward to import data but a little trial and error to correctly attribute marketing permissions.

Sales attribution seems a little out of sync with what we were used to seeing on Klaviyo but this could be a period of adjustment.

Delighted with the new pricing plans, significantly reducing the cost of SMS makes it much more accessible.

I haven't yet tried the AI integration but this feels like an exciting step forward.

What do you dislike about Omnisend?

Some of the UI is a little clunky. For example, the base font constantly reverts back to Arial (very annoying!), you can't overwrite copy and keep the formatting, and I'd like to see more elements available (i.e. spacers)
