What I like best about Omnisend is how intuitive the UX is. Within 10-20 minutes you get the hang of it - which matters when you're onboarding new clients and need to move fast. Flodesk has been the most user-friendly experience for us. Our emails look beautiful, and the whole system has been incredibly easy to learn and use. We also use their checkouts, and they convert more than 3x our other checkouts (SamCart, Thrivecart). The checkout pages are visually simple while still looking gorgeous. On top of that, the checkouts take 1/10th of the time to set up compared to the other platforms we’re on. The analytics are incredibly useful, too.
