best Kiosk Software.

Kiosk software, also called visitor management software, allows a company to identify and track information about the people who visit a business or building. Kiosk products are used by companies to track the comings and goings of building visitors and store that information in a centralized visitor database that can be referenced later. Kiosk software is often adopted by security teams or commercial real estate managers who are attempting to keep track of visit frequency, identify whether someone is an approved visitor, and notify tenants that visitors have arrived. “Extremely happy with Archie so far!”
What do you like best about Archie?

I like how it gives you visibility into what’s happening in the office before you even go in. You can see which zones are busy, where your coworkers are sitting, and what desks are free. It helps me plan when to come in and where to sit depending on what kind of work I’m doing that day. And the have dark mode lol!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archie?

Sometimes there are new things in the app and not really an explanation of what's up. Great the product is evolving, but it would be nice to be better guided into what's new. Sometimes the announcement of a new feature happens weeks after it's been live and in the meantime we already figured that out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Archie solving and how is that benefiting you?

Overall, it’s just made managing certain aspects of the office much easier, specifically when to go into the office, where to sit, which meeting spaces are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Zoom Workplace: All-in-One Flow with Rock-Solid Meetings and Time-Saving AI Summaries”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything into one flow instead of scattering work across five different apps.

You’re not just jumping on video calls anymore. You’ve got meetings, chat, whiteboard, docs, AI summaries, and calendar coordination all in one place. That reduces context switching, which honestly is where most productivity gets lost.

The meeting experience itself is still the strongest part. It’s stable, even on weaker connections. Screen sharing is smooth. Breakout rooms are easy to manage. For someone working across teams or stakeholders, that reliability matters.

Another big plus is the AI Companion. Automatic meeting summaries and action item capture save real time. Instead of scrambling to take notes, you can focus on the discussion and still walk away with structured follow-ups.

And finally, it scales well. Whether it’s a quick 1:1, a sprint review, or a large stakeholder town hall, it handles all of it without friction.

In short, it reduces coordination overhead. That’s the real win. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

One issue is feature overload. There’s meetings, chat, whiteboard, docs, clips, AI tools, phone, scheduler and more. While that’s impressive, it can make the interface feel crowded. For new users especially, it’s not immediately clear where to go for what.

Another drawback is that chat still doesn’t feel as fluid as dedicated tools like Slack. Threads can get messy, and long-term knowledge management inside chat isn’t great. It works, but it’s not the strongest part of the platform.

There’s also the pricing structure. Some of the more useful features, especially advanced AI capabilities, are locked behind higher-tier plans. For smaller teams, that can feel limiting.

And finally, performance can dip when running larger meetings alongside multiple integrations. It’s generally stable, but it does demand decent system resources.

So overall, it’s not about major flaws. It’s more about complexity and positioning. Zoom started as the best video tool in the room. As it expands into an all-in-one workplace platform, it’s still figuring out how to make everything feel equally polished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

At its core, it cuts down fragmentation. Before, teams juggle a video app, a chat tool, a docs/collaboration tool, calendars, and task trackers. That’s context switching—mental friction, lost time, missed details. Zoom Workplace brings those into one ecosystem. That alone smooths communication and coordination.

It also tackles meeting inefficiency. With things like AI summaries, action item extraction, and searchable transcripts, you don’t have to capture every detail yourself or chase people afterward for what was decided. That means less time rehashing and more time acting.

Real-time collaboration is another area. Whiteboards, shared docs, and chat live together around the same session or workspace, so brainstorming feels continuous instead of disjointed across tools.

For teams spread across different locations or time zones, the persistent history in chats and meetings helps too. You don’t have to repeat context—newcomers can catch up quickly.

The benefit of all this is simpler workflows. Fewer apps to switch between, clearer handoffs between conversation and action, and less “where did we put that?” when you need past context. You save time, reduce friction, and keep everyone aligned without relying on seven different tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FacilityOS?

We like that we are able to see who is in the office for the day; We like that we can go back and see who was in the office on certain dates to verify if employees did in fact attend a training; We like that it notifies all of HQ employees when expected/unexpected guests have arrived via email; We like that we can add in expected guests into the system ahead of time, making the sign in process easier & quicker; Achilles and Damjan have been great when it comes to Customer Support, they were able to customize the sign in fields to our needs; The integration process has been great with our employees, it is easy to use with the QR code Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FacilityOS?

Only thing is we wish that the Sign Out button on the bottom right-hand corner of the kiosk could be bigger or highlighted to stand out better. When guests need to sign out, they have difficulty finding that button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can now see who is in the building for the day, especially if we missed them come into the door. Our office is hybrid, so this allows us to let unexpected guests know whether or not someone is in the office to be able to help them with their needs. We like that all visitors are documented online instead of paper like we used to have. The receptionist can notify an employee when they have a visitor. There is a QR code to scan in. The system is very user friendly and was easy to implement. We use the Receptionist on a daily basis. Customer support responds quickly when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“My Kastle Experience - Beyond Excellent!”
What do you like best about Kastle?

Kastle provides a reliable, user-friendly access control system that is easy to implement and manage across multiple tenants. The electronic keypads and access management significantly reduce physical key issues, streamline move-ins and vendor access, and improve overall security. Customer support is responsive, and the system integrates well into daily property management operations, making it a tool we rely on frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kastle?

Certain requests require coordination through support rather than self-service, which can slow things down. Initial setup and changes may take longer than expected depending on the property and scope. More customization and faster turnaround times for updates would improve the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kastle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kastle is assisting our tenants with electronic keypads. This is benefiting us in Property Management because our tenants can manage access more efficiently, reduce reliance on physical keys, and streamline move-ins, move-outs, and vendor access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I genuinely appreciate how Qminder significantly enhances the organization of our everyday company operations. The system is adept at keeping meticulous track of who enters and the sequence of their arrival, which is crucial for maintaining a structured environment. I find the capability to monitor those checking in immensely beneficial, as it helps me understand how many people we have assisted throughout the day, providing a clear picture of our productivity and service efficiency. The user-friendly nature of Qminder made the initial setup very simple, which was a welcome relief and allowed us to integrate it seamlessly into our operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qminder?

I wish there was a way to assign a customer in the queue to a specific client. Sometimes, when an associate is actively working with a customer, they forget to claim the customer in the queue. “Intuitive and Flexible Platform That Just Works”
What do you like best about Skedda?

What I like best about Skedda is how intuitive it is for end users while still giving administrators strong control behind the scenes. Most people can use it with little to no training, which is critical when you’re rolling something out to a large, mixed-tech audience.

From an admin perspective, the flexibility stands out. You can model real-world space rules accurately, set guardrails without being heavy-handed, and adjust as needs evolve. It’s also very reliable. Once it’s configured, it just runs, which reduces support overhead and lets us focus on improving the workspace experience rather than maintaining the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skedda?

If I had to point to a downside, it’s that the initial configuration requires some thoughtful planning. Skedda is very flexible, which is a strength, but that also means you need a clear understanding of your spaces, policies, and user groups up front to get the most out of it.

That said, this is less a flaw in the product and more a reality of implementing any system that’s designed to mirror real-world complexity. Once that groundwork is done, ongoing management is minimal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Skedda solving and how is that benefiting you?

Skedda solves the problem of coordinating shared space in a hybrid work environment without relying on manual processes. Before Skedda, desk availability was unclear, people were double-booking spaces, and administrators were spending time mediating conflicts or maintaining spreadsheets and email lists.

The benefit is clarity and fairness. Staff can see availability in real time, plan their in-office days with confidence, and trust that a reserved space will be there when they arrive. For administrators, it reduces friction, support requests, and subjective decision-making. It gives us a single source of truth for space usage, which has improved both day-to-day operations and longer-term planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Joan?

Joan is super easy to implement with your existing infrastructure (Google, Microsoft etc). It just works, with a ton of useful features for both admins and end users. The devices are used on a daily basis across our offices, both for pre-booked meetings and on the spot meetings. The devices are super easy to use and don't require lots of training and engagement with your users.

The support team are incredibly helpful - we had a couple of teething issues, but they were on hand and assisted with fast resolutions! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joan?

Not a great deal - it's good that you can buy the devices but have to pay an annual license cost. It'd also be great if Joan gave you a more straightforward pricing tier. Its annoying that we don't get device specific customisation, as that's a tier (and price point!) up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Joan solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has solved the issue of people not knowing when meeting rooms are free or booked. Paired with the Power over Ethernet mounts, it gives a clear indication of meeting room availability. Additionally, we are going to be enabling the check in feature, which will assist with freeing up meeting space further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Splan?

I really appreciate how Splan effortlessly handles the check-in and check-out processes for new visitors to our office. It seamlessly scans credentials like driver's licenses and stores all the necessary information, making the process incredibly efficient. Additionally, I value the system's ability to solve the problem of unauthorized access by ensuring only permitted individuals enter, eliminating the need for manual logs. This automation not only enhances security but also enables us to review the stored history whenever needed. Furthermore, the setup was impressively easy and quick, involving a small device that takes minimal space and can be installed anywhere. The lack of complications or extensive requirements made the implementation straightforward. Overall, Splan has significantly streamlined our office routines and improved operational efficiency. The seamlessness and ease of use of the entire system are truly impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splan?

I think Splan needs more marketing and promotional efforts to expand its reach to various environments and different locations such as warehouses, auto showrooms, and banks. There should be more promotions not only through known people but also via platforms like LinkedIn or social media. This would help in reaching different places and potential users who could benefit from Splan's capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Great customer experience!”
What do you like best about Kisi?

I have been considering door access control for our facility for about a year now. After researching all the available companies, I ultimately chose Kisi. The main reason for my decision was my experience with my sales representative, Kalib Mickelson. He consistently supported me, answered every question—no matter how trivial—maintained contact even during long periods of inactivity, and was always both personable and extremely informative. In my 25 years of administration, I have interacted with many service and sales representatives, but I have never received this level of support. Saying he went above and beyond doesn't even capture it. While I can't yet comment on the product itself, my experience with Kalib was the deciding factor in my purchase. If Kalib's manager happens to read this, he truly deserves a raise and a promotion. Exceptional customer service is rare these days, but Kalib absolutely nailed it! “WaitWell is a game changer”
What do you like best about WaitWell?

We brought WaitWell in when covid hit and it has been with us ever since. 3 times a year we go through super busy periods that allow us to manage the coming and goings of customers, having a hold option is wonderful, and having appointments show up and allowing them to check in has been good! We have certainly found it useful and will continue using this for years to come. It's nice that WaitWell continues to update and bring out new features and ideas for us to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WaitWell?

Updating the settings can be a bit of a challenge if you are not sure where something belongs. I have not been able to find any tutorials that walk you through certain things - it would be nice to have those versus having to email someone and wait for their response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WaitWell solving and how is that benefiting you?

WaitWell allows students to check in before they get here and it allows them to put themselves on hold if we are not able to see them before they have to leave for class or other reasons. It allows us to manage the queue as efficiently as we are able to with the amount of students we see during those 3 super busy times of the year.
