I had a great experience from the beginning with the onboarding team helping in any way possible to set up the product the way we needed. When it comes to the app itself, although it's not perfect it delivers a lot a value and there are new features big and small coming up frequently. It's user friendly for the most part, and its' performance is reliable as a sign in tool for visitors when I am away from the lobby area. The screen has a very user friendly process, allows for options that streamline notifying the employee they are here without confusion and user error.
The Visitly integrates well on my desktop pc and allows for me to log in and make changes or edits as necessary when other systems are down or inaccessible.
