The main reason for my decision was my experience with my sales representative, Kalib Mickelson. He consistently supported me, answered every question—no matter how trivial—maintained contact even during long periods of inactivity, and was always both personable and extremely informative. In my 25 years of administration, I have interacted with many service and sales representatives, but I have never received this level of support.
