What do you like best about Archie?

I had a great experience from the beginning with the onboarding team helping in any way possible to set up the product the way we needed. When it comes to the app itself, although it's not perfect it delivers a lot a value and there are new features big and small coming up frequently. We use it on one location for now and I'm very happy with the choice. Users find it very easy to use and the few times we needed help the support team was extremely nice and helpful. What do you dislike about Archie?

Clearly some small things are not as polished and there are some settings that are a bit buried and hard to find at times, however the main flows work perfectly. From a company perspective, it seems an excellent tool as it helps the company be more organized and aware of who the people are working on any scheduled date. What do you like best about Visitly?

It's user friendly for the most part, and its' performance is reliable as a sign in tool for visitors when I am away from the lobby area. The screen has a very user friendly process, allows for options that streamline notifying the employee they are here without confusion and user error.

The Visitly integrates well on my desktop pc and allows for me to log in and make changes or edits as necessary when other systems are down or inaccessible. What do you dislike about Visitly?

A couple of things I don't like are the App on the iPad will often revert to the pin code requirement if a user accidentally taps the wrong thing, then it becomes useless until I come in and reset the screen. Since my last review they have added more features such as consolidated messaging center as well as AI integration into their reporting portal. Both of these are high value adds that make for a more engaging experience with the software. We have been using Waitwell for almost 2 years now. We were forced to begin using a queuing/scheduling software when COVID occurred. Visitor logging is a big issue and this program solves that issue for us. For new policies that were introduced this year, we were able to adjust the app to include an NDA and secrecy agreement. This also lets us pull a report at any specific time you set to see which visitors are still logged in the building. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
