"Exceptional Support and Intuitive Design Make Skedda Stand Out"
What do you like best about Skedda?

Working in public service means our agency relies on tools that are intuitive, dependable, and grounded in the realities of day-to-day operations. Skedda has been exactly that. Although I work in a technical industry, I’m not deeply technical, and I appreciated how naturally the system aligned with the way I think and organize my work. Navigating the platform has been straightforward, and it’s clear that thoughtful design went into making common workflows simple and logical.

What stood out even more than the platform itself was the team I worked with. Every person I interacted with was consistently kind, engaged, and genuinely enjoyable to collaborate with. Their willingness to help never felt transactional—they brought great energy to each conversation and made the process far smoother than I expected.

I also valued how responsive the team was. Whether turning around an update, responding to a question, or fitting in a last-minute meeting, their speed made a tangible difference for me. That level of attentiveness is something I don’t take for granted, especially in environments where timelines can shift quickly.

Another strength has been Skedda’s openness to feedback. I’ve offered ideas and requests along the way, and the team has always been receptive, thoughtful, and encouraging. It’s clear they care about improving the product in ways that support real-world users.

Finally, the supporting materials—personalized how-to videos for our specific space, helpful documentation, and even the general communications they send out—have been genuinely useful. I’ve found real value in the learning opportunities they provide and am looking forward to attending classes that will help me deepen my understanding of the platform over time. What do you like best about Skedda?

Some of the things we like the most about Skedda is the modern interface, the possibility to show a map view of our facilities (highly appreciated by both staff and users), and the fantastic customer service! It's literally the best customer service I've ever experienced—if I've had any questions about setup or features available in Skedda, our onboarding manager Patrick has answered my emails within minutes, many times even recording helpful video clips to show something! What do you dislike about Skedda?

I would say we are definitely mostly happy with the product, but of course there are always small things that could be improved. From a UX perspective, we would love for certain aspects of the booking availability (like when bookings are not allowed more than 14 days in advance) to be disabled upfront instead of showing an error message after the user tries to book something that is not allowed—but the Skedda team is also very responsive to feedback and ideas, and passes feature requests on for future consideration, so hopefully things like this will be fixed in the future👍 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Skedda?

I find Skedda to be particularly beneficial due to its clean view, which enhances usability and aesthetics. The software is easy to use, making it accessible even for those who are not tech-savvy, streamlining the scheduling and booking processes. I also appreciate the drag-and-drop feature for editing schedules, which adds flexibility and efficiency to the management of bookings. What do you dislike about Skedda?

I dislike how updates for Skedda do not always push out in a clean and organized manner. Additionally, when edits are made, the emails lack clarity, and when group edits occur, they are distributed one by one rather than collectively. What do you like best about Skedda?

Skedda has an easy-to-use interface with robust features. Our implementation was very well supported, and they gave several presentations to my staff showing them how to use the product. We were even able to import data from our previous antiquated room management software! We have been using Skedda for a few years now, and can attest that it's very stable, still extremely easy to use, and flexible - we have recently integrated it with our Dakboard displays utilizing the iCal feed Skedda provides. What do you like best about Skedda?

Without a doubt, the customer service provided by the Skedda team has been excellent. From the intial conversations with the Account Manager, Emmalia Brock when we were first considering implementing Skedda right through to the onboarding process it has been seamless. Monash is a large organisation and it is not always each to integrate new systems, but even that process was very straightforward and efficient. We have the most amazing onboarding manager, Sam Smith, who has and continues to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the platform and has been super responsive to all of our queries. The platform itself is intuitive and very easy to use, both at the administrator level and for the user. We could not have been happier with how the whole process has evolved. Ease of access to view the floor plans and the link with Teams. The ability to configure the system to have the booker presented with options for room configuration & hospitality - which if booked, automatically issues a notification to Facilities and Catering teams.
