The product is easy to use. Interface is userfriednly and self explainatory. Its flexibble, new requirements are easily incorprated. Connecting to external application is seamless. It can be easily scalable.

No major issues except initially performance was slow during peak time.

Implemetaion of VAMS solution help us in following ways -
1. Seamless movement of visitors
2. Since its multi tenanet facility, now with VAMS solution we get approved visitors from host itself over system which is traceable in feature

We  do not have to collect visitors data physically. All visitors management data we get from vams software. That's really great.We can say it eco friendly as we don't use extra  papers to maintain records.

Spmetime we skipped to logout visitors and we no idea about it to how to logout back dated records.

Manpower,  time saving and environmental friendly as it required less paaperv and finally cost saving

**What do you like best about VAMS?**

Being a receptionist, it has become easier for me to maintain details of visitors and their records. It is a more time-saving and professional system of safely and securely managing visitors' details.

**What do you dislike about VAMS?**

As of now, I have not faced any issues. But in the future, if any happens would like to share and hope for change.

**What problems is VAMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of registers, we have started using v-authentication. It is not only time-saving but paper-saving too. It also gives a system of Mobile number verification, which is a plus point for us. And even the person is informed who has visited for him.

The software helps to keep the visitor's data secure without having to go through the hassles of maintaining huge registers. It also helps to save paper and, in a way, gives us a chance to help the environment with our small contribution towards saving trees.

**What do you dislike about VAMS?**

I think there is no such thing as perfect, and everything has room for improvement. As an HR, I feel we should also incorporate details of the candidates currently missing.

It helps me to schedule meetings and interviews and plan my day accordingly. It also helps to send my invitation to my scheduled visitors along with my location. My data is secured and acessible whenever required. I can generate reports based on the people who have visited my organization.

Interface is good. Very helpful to retrieve the data of visitors. It is one of the best software for corporate offices

Document uploading part ( visitor ID proof) why can't we add one more tab to enter AADHAR or other I'd proof document

As we are using this Software in our school.

The session gets locked if someone by mistake closes the Browser window, and the session gets lockout for five minutes

Easy to use and have control/records for our visitors in the office.
