I really appreciate how Splan effortlessly handles the check-in and check-out processes for new visitors to our office. It seamlessly scans credentials like driver's licenses and stores all the necessary information, making the process incredibly efficient. Additionally, I value the system's ability to solve the problem of unauthorized access by ensuring only permitted individuals enter, eliminating the need for manual logs. This automation not only enhances security but also enables us to review the stored history whenever needed. Furthermore, the setup was impressively easy and quick, involving a small device that takes minimal space and can be installed anywhere. The lack of complications or extensive requirements made the implementation straightforward. Overall, Splan has significantly streamlined our office routines and improved operational efficiency. I appreciate how Splan has greatly simplified our visitor and contractor management processes, making it highly efficient for our organization. The self-service kiosks for visitor check-ins are incredibly convenient, as visitors do not need to rely on our security or reception desk. This feature, along with the streamlined contractor management system, which automatically notifies us about contract expirations, significantly reduces the time spent on administrative tasks. Our setup experience with Splan was straightforward and smooth, taking us only around three weeks to fully integrate and train our staff, thanks to excellent training and support from their sales representative and project managers. The instant cloud-based setup allowed us to use the application from day one, and its tight integration with our existing systems, like Lenel OnGuard for access control, enhances our operational efficiency. Furthermore, Splan's support team is exceptionally responsive, providing hand-held assistance whenever we encounter any issues.
