"Above excellent customer service and a well designed product"

What do you like best about Vizito?

With the few issues I have had while using this product, the customer service response far exceeds my expectation. They are always very helpful and listen to my issue so they can give it the attention it needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vizito?

There are a few issues in regards to the networking of the printers, but it is so minor it doesn't really affect me or my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Consider Vizito for a simple-to-use and simple-to-understand check-in/out process. Very few visitors have issues understanding what to do and the registered visitors option makes everything much easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You are definitely right that the printer setup process can be improved. We are going to look at that in Q4 of 2020. In the meantime we will be working on adding new functionality that can help organisations cope with the COVID-19 pandemic like contactless registration that we just released.

What do you like best about Vizito?

It's ease of use for both the visitor as the administration panel. It is also very easy to setup, integrate with other systems and configure for your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently there is no Vizito hardware that you can buy from their website for a one-stop shop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vizito solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our problems was that we didn't want to have a full time receptionist waiting for visitor's to arrive. This is not a motivating job and an additional cost for the organisation. What do you like best about Vizito?

Vizito keeps our employee's, very intuitive setup process, wireless options for printing, works with Apple and Android tablets and most of all, makes it easier on our receptionists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When saving changes in the admin console, I have experienced that some changes take a while to push to the tablet you may be using. It can be tough when you are on the spot troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our previous visitor management software relied on out our receptionist to spell names correctly and create the badges themselves.
