They are always very helpful and listen to my issue so they can give it the attention it needs. **What do you dislike about Vizito?** There are a few issues in regards to the networking of the printers, but it is so minor it doesn't really affect me or my team. **Recommendations to others considering Vizito:** Consider Vizito for a simple-to-use and simple-to-understand check-in/out process. It is also very easy to setup, integrate with other systems and configure for your needs. **What do you dislike about Vizito?** Currently there is no Vizito hardware that you can buy from their website for a one-stop shop. **Recommendations to others considering Vizito:** Give it a try, you will see the immediate added value for all parties involved. **What problems is Vizito solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our problems was that we didn't want to have a full time receptionist waiting for visitor's to arrive. This is not a motivating job and an additional cost for the organisation. It can be tough when you are on the spot troubleshooting. **Recommendations to others considering Vizito:** All in one tool! **What problems is Vizito solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our previous visitor management software relied on out our receptionist to spell names correctly and create the badges themselves.
