What do you like best about Vizito?

I really appreciate Vizito's ability to streamline our check-in process, especially with the use of QR codes, which is great for areas without a physical person to check visitors in. It tracks and stores all our visitor acknowledgements on policies and requirements. I also love the feature that allows us to provide maps and videos to visitors electronically after they sign in; it's nice to know they always receive the most up-to-date information. The videos can be watched in their native language, which is a great touch. Plus, the initial setup of Vizito was extremely easy, making the whole process smooth from the start. What do you dislike about Vizito?

I think the backend could be improved by making it more live. Right now, you have to remember to click the save button for each section after making changes. What do you like best about Vizito?

What do you like best about Vizito?

I love the ease of use of Vizito for visitors. The ability to request very little information and make pre-registrations is a real plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vizito?

I would like the documentation part to be improved, such as being able to incorporate validations based on approval or authorization, such as fire permits, prevention plans, etc. This would allow our HSE manager to verify the valid authorizations of contractors before they enter the site to perform certain work. I really like that Vizito is very user-friendly and allows for a lot of customization, from company logos/colors to uploading policies. One of the features I often use is the pre-registration of visitors, which is a huge time saver. The integration with Teams is also valuable because it lets employees know when their visitors have arrived. I also appreciate the recent developments, like data retention options and adding tickets to Apple Wallet. The setup was really easy, with good instructions and manuals.
