The Vizmo platform made for offices and reception areas in any industry where you need visitors to register their arrival. Our products and mobile apps help make business processes easier, faster and look more professional and data gathering more transparent. We built Vizmo after experiencing the inefficiencies of the traditional office sign-in process. The continued hassle of filling our visitor sign-in books, tear of badges, carbon papers missing, pens running out, messy handwriting, incorrect times and unmanned front desks.

What do you like best about Vizmo?

The software is well packaged. It provides eveything (and more) for managing a facility.

The visitor management is their best product apart from desks. Apart from enhancing visitor experience, they take utmost care of the employee experience as well via employee centric features and applications.

What do you dislike about Vizmo?

Nothing much that I discovered so far.

However, adding options of more integrations would be great.

What problems is Vizmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vizmo has benefited me in the followinging ways:

1) Digitising the visitor logs.

2) Helping the security audits via easy to use reports/logs.

3) Providing an amazing visitor experience.

4) Cutting short on manual interventions at security and reception.
