The excel function of microsoft is by far one of the best! It can be integrated with other apps like Python and also the Big data functionality.. This isn’t really a dislike, but I’d like to see more file-sharing programs integrated. Right now, Dropbox is the only option available for clients to upload documents prior to a meeting. We’ve had a great experience using GReminders as part of our workflow every day. The AI Note Taker and pre-meeting brief summary generator have been especially valuable. Both features save us a lot of time, help us stay organized, and make meeting preparation much more efficient.

The appointment reminders and scheduling tools have also been extremely helpful. Being able to automate these ahead of time has improved consistency and reduced manual follow-up.

One thing I’m especially looking forward to is even deeper integration with Redtail CRM, which will make the workflow even more seamless for our team.

What problems is ReadyMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pixl8 has solved so many pain points for us. Here are a few of the most noteworthy problems they’ve helped us address.

Our student membership application process used to be completely manual. Roughly 600 applicants would complete a form, and a staff member had to enter each one into our AMS by hand every year, since we couldn’t previously run them through a renewal process. Now it’s all handled seamlessly through ReadyMembership.

We also used to have a take-home exam that relied on a downloadable PDF. Applicants had to print about 20 pages, handwrite their answers, scan everything, and then submit it for approval. Thanks to the Pixl8 team, our exam has now been digitized — they were able to figure out a way to make it happen!

Finally, our certification application process used to be extremely time-consuming. It involved downloading and manually completing PDF affidavits, waiting for sponsors to download the PDFs and write comments, and tracking where applicants were in the process through spreadsheets. Now the entire workflow has been converted into a 100% digital application and approval process, which has cut down a significant amount of staff time and our applicants can now obtain their certifications in a timelier manner. It would be terrific to include a barcode/QR code scanning feature in Waitwhile. We deal with six-digit strings of numbers that are cumbersome to type in to our devices from Waitwhile. Aside from favorable interactions, our customer satisfaction depends on the speed and efficiency by which we are able to serve them. It's impressive how he goes out of his way to help customers. I also really like the platform changes—they've improved a lot technologically, and the tools are better now. The private app they offer keeps everything organized, which I find really handy. I appreciate how the scheduling feature makes my studio management easier. Plus, the collaboration works great with my website, allowing people to book classes directly, and it integrates well with ClassPass. What do you dislike about WellnessLiving?

In the beginning, the platform was a little hard to understand. There are also some areas for technological improvement and colors that could be better. I think the merchant teams could be a bit more advanced in terms of their admin capabilities. Even though they get back to us quickly, there's always room to grow in making the platform easier to understand. They send a lot of emails, which could be streamlined. What do you like best about Dashboard?

In my company we use Dashboard to easily access sellers' profiles since we are an online company that sells used cars therefore we rely heavily on this software. It also easily allows us to see the name and details of the dealer that bought the seller's car, we can see what documents the seller has uploaded so we can know which are missing so we can chase them. What do you dislike about Dashboard?

What do you like best about HelmBot?

For the past few months, we've implemented Helmbot at Uplift Float Centre, and it has truly revolutionized our operations! What do you dislike about HelmBot?

There's very little we could fault with Helmbot, however, we would love to see more customisation on the customer-facing booking system, It's nice enough, but some more styling options would be great.
