If you are using free plan of the software then it is not customisable at all. Also, if you face any bug while maintaining all the to do list then their support team is also very unresponsive. As calendly can easily get integrated with Google calendar, workspace, Outlook and Microsoft. What do you like best about iMIS?

The IQA system and panel creation features, along with the excellent Form Builder tool, really stand out. iMIS makes it much easier to create IQAs, extract information, and generate reports compared to other systems I have used. What do you dislike about iMIS?

There's a lot of things that would be great to have, without having to purchase extra services or integrations. Another thing that stands out, would be to be able to delete questions from events, that way if your copying an event from a prior year, you can just delete the questiosn that you don't need, and leave the ones that you do. The flexibility to fine-tune details like buffers and automations without a tech headache is a big plus. The open-source nature makes it feel like it's always evolving with its community, which I appreciate for its transparency and reliability. It syncs smoothly with Google Calendar, aligns meetings well, and the integration with Zoom and Notion helps keep things organized. Automations like reminders operate seamlessly in the background, and the time-zone handling is flawless. The setup was surprisingly easy with a straightforward onboarding process. We use Ready Membership for the CMS, CRM, Events, Payments and Email Centre. Each of these provides a solution. The CMS is great - very intuitive and allows us to easily update our website and provide our members with diverse and highly customisable content. The CRM allows us to track membership, follow individual members and categorise different groups of members. The Events function is wonderful, as it allows us to create a range of events with details and communications. We are able to charge various amounts for different types of registrations and include sub-events (which is how we are creating the event page for our conference). Payments are effective and there is a flexibility for the members and our staff. The Email Centre is great for communicating with members as a whole, and groups of members. What do you like best about Glue Up?

We implemented Glue Up in early 2025 and it has been really useful for events, email campaigns and contact management so far. We were previously using Eventbrite for event registration, but Glue Up is much better as it is a CRM function and has allowed us to combine data from multiple places. The system is easy to use and there is training available. We use it for all of our major events and are starting to use it for memberships too.

What do you dislike about Glue Up?

It will take quite a bit of time to set up and configure your account. You may need to allow more time for the setup process than your implementation manager will want you to take, so keep this in mind when planning. We have been able to combine data from multiple sources, and this has been a big time-saver. It's hard to pick what I like best about Boomerang. But if I had to, I would say the return to inbox if recipient didn't reply is top of the list. No one can try and ignore me with the hopes I will forget. Simply put, all of its features have transformed how I work. I use my email inbox as my to-do list. I send myself emails all the time and time them to arrive when it is most efficient. Scheduled messages to myself and my team also helps to ensure regular tasks are never forgotten. What do you like best about HelmBot?

For the past few months, we've implemented Helmbot at Uplift Float Centre, and it has truly revolutionized our operations! Our customers have provided exceptional feedback, highlighting its user-friendly booking process. This has led to a noticeable decrease in the volume of phone calls we receive from customers seeking assistance compared to our previous software.

The onboarding and setup with Helmbot went seamlessly, thanks to their excellent support.

What do you dislike about HelmBot?

There's very little we could fault with Helmbot, however, we would love to see more customisation on the customer-facing booking system, It's nice enough, but some more styling options would be great.

We would also love to have the ability to style the automated emails, add our logo and some colours etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HelmBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Square Point of Sale?

Square has transformed the way that we do onsite sales. We started with one square device to take on tuition payments at our front office. We now have 5 devices and use them for our Student Store, Concession Stand, Fees, Game Day Ticket Sales, etc. We will likely move to online purchasing at some point. However, we are thrilled with the service that Square has provided for onsite sales at a minimal cost. Easy to setup, very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Square Point of Sale?

The one issue I've had with Square is that it can be a bit tough to look at tracking. I've had issues trying to locate a specific sale, or even itemized sales for the day. If they fix their reporting, I will be all in.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Square Point of Sale solving and how is that benefiting you?

Square has put all of our onsite sales in one location. We can manage what's for sale and for how much instantaneously and push it out to all devices at one time. I used to have multiple different apps open for scheduling clients, sending invoices, tracking leads, and running marketing campaigns.
