**What do you like best about Dashboard?**

In my company we use Dashboard to easily access sellers' profiles since we are an online company that sells used cars therefore we rely heavily on this software. It also easily allows us to see the name and details of the dealer that bought the seller's car, we can see what documents the seller has uploaded so we can know which are missing so we can chase them. It really is also easy to use, does not require too much effort and anyone can easily navigate it depending on what they intend to do.

**What do you dislike about Dashboard?**

Just like any software, it can be down for some period of time and that means we don't have access to profiles at that time and therefore cannot provide the service we would like to provide until it comes back up again.

**What problems is Dashboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dashboard assists with providing us with the relevant information regarding sellers profiles which helps us in achieving our overall goal of providing the best service to our clients.

**What do you like best about Dashboard?**

The documents and information provided by the customer are easily accessable, which means that you can find out everything about that specific profile in 1 go without going through emails. The customer can update the profile regulary

**What do you dislike about Dashboard?**

The profile can be duplicated meaning that you need to search for another profile that has all the information.

**What problems is Dashboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is flexible to be updated by both the customer and the agent, Information and documents provided can be re-uploaded by the seller and they can send the information via email for you to upload on their behalf. Detailed notes can be left on the profile to help understand the matter that was discussed by the previous agent.

**What do you like best about Dashboard?**

Easy to find customer details, takes seconds to make/implement changes. There are different sections for different information needed from the seller's.

**What do you dislike about Dashboard?**

For now, I cannot pin point any dislikes.

**What problems is Dashboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dashboard is helping use view seller documents as we are in an automotive industry, For example V5C, driving licence etc. Dashboard allows us to verify if sellers have uploaded all the required documents and also be able to list every details about the car that is being sold from mileage, service history all the way to documents.

**What do you like best about Dashboard?**

It is easy to use and allows us to see notes after that person has dealt with a ticket and keep track of what happening with the sale. The seller can update documents anytime.

**What do you dislike about Dashboard?**

I dislike the dashboard it can just freeze and not be able to access while using and not able to delete notes.

its helps us solve problems, access real-time insight and can instantly track the progress and changing condition on the tickets.

**What do you like best about Dashboard?**

I like the dashboard because it outlines the seller profile very perfectly and professionally in the sense that everything about the vehicle is visible to the dealers and there are no hidden details.

**What do you dislike about Dashboard?**

It is not helpful that sometimes we are unable to edit notes we make on the profiles which leads to mistakes not being rectified.

Dashboard is a user friendly site that is easy to navigate and is also very easy for the sellers to navigate and create profiles for the vehicle they want to sell.

The dashboard is easy to use and it makes things easy for sellers to create profiles for vehicles they want to sell. The site is user-friendly and professional

Sometimes profiles get duplicated and that makes it hard to find the correct profile the seller wants to use in order to sell their vehicles

**What problems is Dashboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dashboard is easy to use and it is convenient for sellers as it is hassle free and very convenient. I am able to assist sellers in a timely manner using dashboard.

it always leaves a mark on every activity that was done and also keeps a record of everything which makes life easy when working with dashboard

for now, i have not yet had a bad experience on the dashboard so it is safe to say there is nothing that I don't like about the dashboard

Dashoard is making life easy beacuse you always know who and when was where doing what which prevents corruption in work place

Dashboard shows the client's information and makes it easy for the interaction as we work through their profile to check if all the details that they have provided are accurate. Very convenient and fast.

**What do you like best about Dashboard?**

Dashboard is a very easy app. It helps me understand and read the information that the customer has added on their end using our website. I'm also able to view the pictures that they have uploaded.

**What do you dislike about Dashboard?**

Dashboard sometimes tend to load forever causing a confusion since I;m unable to confirm some of the details with the customer

**What problems is Dashboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me navigate through the customers profile quicker. I'm also able to edit whatever the customer canb't edit on their end. You find a number of features on the dashboard app

Sometimes when you use the search option on the dashboard you cannot locate that profile which means there was not ease of integration

Dashboard allows me to view sellers' profiles containing all the photos and details we require from a seller to create a smooth experience for our sellers.

**What do you dislike about Dashboard?**

There is none I dislike about dashboard, except for minor latency that I get to experience occasionally.

I am able to see everything the seller sees on their profile using the app or ourwebsite. it make it easier to guide the seller to a solution.
