**What do you like best about ReadyMembership?**

I love how well the website integrates with the AMS, making it seamless to properly market benefits and services to our members. The platform is easy to use and does not require a technical background to comprehend or manage. We have found numerous ways to create efficiencies thanks to the platform's flexibility, and I also appreciate that we have been able to add enhancements that were previously been cost-prohibitive with our previous platform. As an added bonus, Pixl8's support staff is phenomenal and friendly, and I truly appreciate the extra mile they go to ensure everything is always working smoothly.

**What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?**

I just wish I could spend every day working with their team. I love them all!

**What problems is ReadyMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pixl8 has solved so many pain points for us. Here are a few of the most noteworthy problems they’ve helped us address.

Our student membership application process used to be completely manual. Roughly 600 applicants would complete a form, and a staff member had to enter each one into our AMS by hand every year, since we couldn’t previously run them through a renewal process. Now it’s all handled seamlessly through ReadyMembership.

We also used to have a take-home exam that relied on a downloadable PDF. Applicants had to print about 20 pages, handwrite their answers, scan everything, and then submit it for approval. Thanks to the Pixl8 team, our exam has now been digitized — they were able to figure out a way to make it happen!

Finally, our certification application process used to be extremely time-consuming. It involved downloading and manually completing PDF affidavits, waiting for sponsors to download the PDFs and write comments, and tracking where applicants were in the process through spreadsheets. Now the entire workflow has been converted into a 100% digital application and approval process, which has cut down a significant amount of staff time and our applicants can now obtain their certifications in a timelier manner.

**What do you like best about ReadyMembership?**

Great event software (Event-Folio) and great website (CMS). Also, it provides a comprehensive solution.

**What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?**

With our current version, which hasn't been updated yet, the data analytics could have more options.

**What problems is ReadyMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Ready Membership for the CMS, CRM, Events, Payments and Email Centre. Each of these provides a solution. The CMS is great - very intuitive and allows us to easily update our website and provide our members with diverse and highly customisable content. The CRM allows us to track membership, follow individual members and categorise different groups of members. The Events function is wonderful, as it allows us to create a range of events with details and communications. We are able to charge various amounts for different types of registrations and include sub-events (which is how we are creating the event page for our conference). Payments are effective and there is a flexibility for the members and our staff. The Email Centre is great for communicating with members as a whole, and groups of members.

**What do you like best about ReadyMembership?**

ReadyMembership is a very well thought-out platform with a number of features specifically designed for membership organisations and events. It's useful to have tools that allow us to do the types of activities that a membership organisation needs. We run a lot of events, and ReadyMembership makes it easy to set up event pages where members can register, book tickets, and receive email notifications. The built-in functionality and easy-to-use templates, along with automated workflows, make managing events straightforward. Additionally, the forum feature is great because it's easy to use, allowing members to log in, manage their information, and participate in discussions.

**What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?**

One of the challenges with ReadyMembership is that it's not very user-friendly on a lot of pages. It's quite hard sometimes to find the easiest way to get something done because it's almost over-engineered and has too many options. It would be a lot better if some of those options were just simplified and minimised, so you could get to the information quicker. While all the functionality is there, it's just hard to navigate and not necessarily intuitive. Also, the initial setup was not very easy. It required a lot of assistance from the ReadyMembership team, and there's not much user configurability. I'm used to using CMSs and CRMs where users can customise a lot of functions, but with ReadyMembership, the only way to make changes is by going through customer service, which can be long and expensive.

**What problems is ReadyMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ReadyMembership to manage our membership database, engage members through forums, plan events, and send newsletters. It has event management templates, automated workflows, and member forums, making it valuable for membership body.

**What do you like best about ReadyMembership?**

It is user friendly, visually clear and modern navigation. I like the widget features that allow for consistency and customization across pages and emails. It is also very useful that you can copy/paste a widget if it is going to be used multiple times on various pages, rather than configuring it on each page individually. The asset library has great features, and the ability to upload a new version of an image and have it re-populate wherever it is used on the site, or configure a preferred crop or focus point on an image.

**What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?**

There are a few areas where USA/UK language and time/date standard differences have caused issues for us. It would be helpful if there was a US language and time/date standard setting that could go across the platform for consistency, or the ability to customize this ourselves. 

On the event side of the platform, it would be helpful to add more options for how to create discounts built in. We have over 70 codes for an event that all have the same rules, and it took over an hour to add all of these individually. There is a feature that can be added to the platform at an additional cost, but it would be nice if this was included, and not a paid feature.

**What problems is ReadyMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability for a multi-member subscription plan to be managed online by the plan main contacts without contacting us. Previously, all changes to memberships had to be requested, and managed by us. The ability for plan main contacts to add, view, and remove members themselves significantly reduces administrative time. It also provides a convenient solution for plan main contacts, and reduces waiting time.

**What do you like best about ReadyMembership?**

I think ReadyMembership is very intuitive and allows quick access to information that staff regularly need to find. It makes it easy to teach other staff members how to use the system. I think the automation of membership works pretty well and removes the admin of having to manually approve online sign-ups for membership - a feature that was not available to us on our previous CRM. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, and although it could be on the slow side sometimes, I am generally quite happy.

**What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?**

I think there should be more customization on fields. As a system admin, there should be flexibility to create a field that could be used as a filter expression and exported via CSV/Excel. I also think the dashboard area could be vastly improved, allowing more annotation/explainers and increased flexibility with sharing the visual by schedule. Lastly, it would be great if there was more flexibility to import changes to specific contacts based on a unique identifier - for example, I would like to add a date of birth to multiple records that I know are in the CRM.

ReadyMembership centralizes our organization’s information, simplifies teaching the system to staff, and automates membership sign-ups, eliminating previous manual tasks.

**What do you like best about ReadyMembership?**

I really appreciate ReadyMembership's focus on data and the very advanced filter engine. These features not only allow us to analyze our data effectively but also enable us to have very targeted website and email content. Additionally, the support of the team during our transition worked well and they really helped a lot in the process. This level of support is something I value.

**What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?**

The awards add-on in ReadyMembership is basic and only works for simple application processes. Also, the public versus admin profile options could be improved. Since these are not core products but add-ons, they are easy to use but lack some advanced options.

**What problems is ReadyMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ReadyMembership to manage global operations, handling payments in multiple currencies, customizing invoice templates, and ensuring compliance with country-specific tax regulations, all while consolidating data and streamlining processes for members.

I like that ReadyMembership is a lot more modern and a bit more intuitive compared to our previous system, Configio. It provides a centralized platform to manage our association efficiently. We can handle the back end membership database, front end website, event registration, membership dues, event sponsorship, and invoices all on one platform. This unified experience prevents us from being splintered across multiple platforms and services.

**What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?**

I'm still well within the learning curve, so I'm sure I'll appreciate it more in the future as I get a better understanding of ReadyMembership.

**What do you like best about ReadyMembership?**

The most helpful has been the back end of the database management, the interface is clear and intuitive. The features with filters as allowed us to save hours to be able to search and save data about our membership database. 

The website features are also a life saver: easier to update the website, simply to understand all extra options and providing a neat and clear website with a definitive improvment in website traffic thanks to a clear menu navigation.

**What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?**

It has been sometimes difficult to deal with customer support and creating tickets, it is not so much about the support itself, but the interface makes it difficult to understand what screenshots are referring to for example and explaining some complex issues through writing can be challenging when a quick video call would make things easier.

**What problems is ReadyMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use to spend hours on solving payment issues with our old providers: lots of issues for payment by credit card from India for example, which required for us to send bankk details and monitor the bank transfers received. We have not had one case of this since starting using RM and the Stripe integration.

**What do you like best about ReadyMembership?**

I have been using ReadyMembership for over a year, leveraging it as our CRM, for our website management, events coordination, training, and even trade documentation, including invoicing. I find it remarkably valuable that we can manage everything in one place, from trade to website and events. The platform has significantly reduced manual tasks, which in turn minimizes the risk of errors, and it has streamlined the invoicing process effectively on the trade element side. The ease with which our team has managed to navigate ReadyMembership is commendable, showcasing its user-friendly nature. I particularly appreciate the ability to integrate with other software like SGS and Xero, which complements our workflow seamlessly. Additionally, the process of setting it up was great; we were able to customize it according to our needs with relative ease.

**What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?**

I found the trade documentation component of ReadyMembership to be a challenge since part of its functionality was not present and is still under development. This gap necessitates ongoing work, as the trade document breakdown does not currently display all the information that customers want to see. Additionally, I wish that making changes within the system could be simpler.

I find ReadyMembership reduces manual tasks and errors, streamlines invoicing, and integrates management functionalities all in one place, making it easy for the team to navigate.

Love being able to use widgets, which helps cut down time when putting together e-newsletters, eblasts

Missing a few things I am used to from our previous website such as: being able to download prefilled sign-in sheets for events; forms submitted through the website have the content sent to my email. I didn't have to log into the website to view them and could respond straight from my email without having to copy and past to my email.

**What problems is ReadyMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Love the fact we have a conference module. No more needing to use a separate website to manage our conference. This means all the registration data can now be stored against our member profiles. No more needing to manually check if someone who has registered as a member is actually a member, no more needing to contact the professional conference organiser with queries from attendees re: certificates as it will be stored in their online profile in RM etc.

We needed a platform that could integrate our website and CRM, and Ready Membership offers us a way to do exactly that.

**What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?**

Integrating with our payment system, Go Cardless, has been challenging, with ongoing issues that continue to cause problems.

**What problems is ReadyMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a CRM that would help the organisation serve its members better, along with an updated website. We also wanted a site that reflects our organisation much more clearly. Since moving to the new site, we’ve seen a significant increase in inbound enquiries from new partners.

**What do you like best about ReadyMembership?**

I’ve been really impressed with ReadyMembership, it’s made a noticeable difference to how we manage our membership and engage with our community.

What I appreciate most is how everything is integrated: CRM, website, events, emails, payments, it’s all in one place, which saves us a huge amount of time and effort.

The platform is intuitive and easy to use, even for team members who aren’t especially techy. We’ve been able to personalise communications, streamline admin tasks, and get better insights into member behaviour thanks to the built-in analytics and AI tools.

It’s helped us improve retention and engagement.
The support team has been great, responsive, knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?**

Overall, ReadyMembership has been a strong platform for us, but there are a few areas where I think it could be improved.
One issue we’ve come across is with invoicing, specifically when members pay via Direct Debit. The invoices sometimes include banking details unnecessarily, which can lead to confusion and even overpayments.
It would be much better if the system could intuitively recognise Direct Debit payments and adjust the invoice format accordingly, leaving out those details to avoid errors.

Reporting is another area that could use more flexibility. It’s not always easy to extract the exact data we need, and we often have to rely on manual workarounds. More customisable reporting tools would be a big help.

**What problems is ReadyMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest benefits we’ve seen from using ReadyMembership is the reduction in manual admin tasks. The automation features, especially around renewals, communications, and event management, have saved us a huge amount of time. Things that used to take hours now happen in the background, which frees up the team to focus on more strategic work.

Debt recovery has also improved. The system helps us track overdue payments more efficiently and follow up automatically, which has made a real difference in reducing outstanding balances without needing constant manual intervention.

Another area that’s been a big win is invoicing. Although there’s room for improvement, the overall process is much smoother and more consistent than before.

In short, ReadyMembership has helped us become more efficient, reduce errors, and improve member experience, all while giving us better visibility and control over our operations.

**What do you like best about ReadyMembership?**

I appreciate how ReadyMembership integrates our CRM, CMS, and website into a single platform, which simplifies our operations significantly. The ease with which it connects with our finance systems is a major benefit, and its all-in-one platform has allowed us to streamline our communications and processes. I find the automation features incredibly valuable, especially the ability to automate renewals, invoices, and reminders, which previously consumed a lot of time. It's a relief that the system integrates smoothly with different payment platforms like Stripe and Xero, as well as our accounting software, simplifying those processes. The community platform for business members is a unique advantage, providing them with tools to control their membership, and the online community aspect is appealing. The support from Pixl8 during setup was exceptional, with regular meetings and a testing platform to get us familiarized, which was crucial in a smooth transition. The automation within the system has notably reduced our administrative tasks. ReadyMembership's reporting functionality is another strong point, enabling me to efficiently review invoices, events, membership, and export documentation services. The platform's evolving nature, adapting to the needs of different business groups, is a compelling reason for me to consider continuing to use and recommend ReadyMembership. Moreover, the ability to change and update our website content and manage marketing communications directed at businesses all from one platform provides immense convenience for our operations.

I find the invoicing capabilities of ReadyMembership need improvement, as it doesn't record or register overpayments. Additionally, the membership approach requires more flexibility. Our business has shifted from a standard annual corporate membership to offering packages with 'bolt-on' options. However, the system doesn't easily support adding multiple packages, necessitating extensive administrative work and backend processes, forcing us to find workarounds.

My team and I are currently running into some issues that we believed to have been addressed during implementation. Additionally, multiple of our tickets marked as Major have not been completed in the time outlined in our SLA.

The platform will be accessed daily by staff for membership processing and communication management. Regular usage ensures data accuracy, maintains member engagement tracking, and supports informed decision-making across all organisational functions.

Some of the filtering and searching options felt complicated to set up, but once they were in place they are easy to use.

**What problems is ReadyMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For the first time, the integrated platform enables seamless online membership applications and renewals, significantly streamlining administrative processes while enhancing user experience.

The system provides end-to-end event management capabilities through the website interface, encompassing attendee registration and tracking, speaker coordination and details management, programme development and scheduling, sponsorship administration, and automated invoicing processes. This comprehensive functionality eliminates manual workflows and ensures efficient event delivery from planning through completion.

**What do you like best about ReadyMembership?**

I appreciate that once I got the basics down, ReadyMembership proved to be easy to use, allowing me to manage my daily tasks without any hustle. I find it particularly beneficial that it's straightforward for immediate actions, which enhances my workflow significantly. The CRM, CMS, and EVENTS features are all highly valuable to me, each serving its purpose effectively in my daily responsibilities. Additionally, the integration with tools like Calendly and Zoom is beneficial for my work. The EVENTS tab is especially useful for setting up webinars and daily newsletters, which are crucial aspects of my role. Overall, these features collectively provide a seamless experience in managing the diverse aspects of my role efficiently.

I found setting up website filters and call-to-action integrating forms quite challenging. The process is quite long and extends beyond what I imagined. I believe some of these features could be automated or improved. Additionally, setting up website pages could benefit from more features and AI assistance to streamline the process.

**What do you like best about ReadyMembership?**

We used to have a separate website and (clunky) database.  In addition to this, we have a separate forum, and manually managed all of our events bookings.  ReadyMembership effectively and efficiently moved all of this into one package, increasing workplace efficiency enormously.  The benefits of association members being able to log in to the website, access their own areas are transformative, as they can access specifically tailored benefits, be shown tailored professional development opportunities, and easily book courses and conferences.  Implementation was straightforward, and well-managed by the Pixl8 team, and I was impressed with how quickly the senior team would get involved if anything needed smoothing over. 

I also like the fact that the product is continually developing. The Pixl8 team running ReadyMembership are keen to meet and listen to their clients and to build new elements that will benefit the whole user community.

It wasn't cheap, but the benefits to us as an organisation, and to our members, are worth it.

We transitioned over to ReadyMembership in 2024, since then we have been impressed with the integration and link between both the CMS and CRM aspects of the platform - something we didn't have before. There is a good balance between the ease of use and also having advanced options to give you more in depth filters to research and make the system work better for you.

There is currently not much personalisation and editing that can be done within the organisation directory segment directly through the CMS system, which would be beneficial.

**What do you like best about ReadyMembership?**

Ready Membership (RM)  “out of the box” capabilities provide a good foundation in which to build a platform.  It is excellent to have numerous features such as inbuilt website design, the CRM membership package, Event Management and Newsletter facilities in the one package without having to use other external resources.  With all the features in the one package, there is less requirement to synch between two platforms with RM handling all these features.   

Importantly, a big shout-out has to go to the support team when Pixl8 trained us on the RM platform and trained us separately on additional features within our platform.  The training ensured any additional product  development fit into our platform more seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?**

The RM templates (CRM, Event Management, Awards Management) provided can be restrictive.  We have found that some creativity is needed to navigate around the RM platform and would suggest further development may be needed to improve the RM platform.

The payments system is not easily navigated.  Firstly, it is difficult to know what the end-user (member) receives exactly.  Also, there is no proper finance audit trail.

RM is sold that we can email traceable contacts but is restricted by a limit to emails you can send.  Otherwise, the price for sending emails increases.  This makes you carefully control how many emails you send from RM and use Outlook and other mailing programs etc.

**What problems is ReadyMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The provision of inbuilt packages such as creating newsletters in RM and also purchasing additional packages within ReadyMembership such as the Awards Management is extremely advantageous allowed us to minimise the use of using other third-party programs. 

As RM is a membership platform with inbuilt “out of the box” features, its suitability to us was fundamental.  It also allows us as a membership body, and other membership organisations, to provide feedback to improve the platform.

That said, I'm not entirely sure what specific challenges you're experiencing with the payments functionality, so I'd welcome the opportunity to understand this better and see how we can support you.

On the email sending costs, this is actually common practice across email marketing platforms. We work with third-party email service providers who charge us based on volume sent, and these costs are passed through accordingly. This model is industry-standard and helps ensure deliverability and compliance. We completely understand the need to be strategic about email communications, and we're happy to discuss ways to optimise your email strategy within your plan.

We switched our CRM and website to ReadyMembership last year from a bigger CRM provider for associations. What we love about RM is how it is an all-in-one solution that includes website, CRM, events management, and finance reporting. When they don't include the features we need, they have been open to either building something custom or creating an integration to support it.

It's really nice to have a single point of contact in the company to help keep our projects on track. When something isn't working, they are quick to find a solution. 

When implementing, we stayed on time and within the original budget so that was also good.

Overall, we are quite happy with RM, but there are some areas that we look forward to seeing development. Mainly, the email system and the reporting. These are both priority areas for the team, so I'm hopeful that there will be changes in the coming year.

Ready Membership has made managing our members much easier. The platform is simple and intuitive for both staff and members. Tasks like sign-ups, renewals, and content access provide a good foundation.  CRM, subscriptions, renewals, and events - in one place, it saves time and helps us stay organised. We look forward to working with RM to develop our offering to our members. We'll be excited to hear more about AI and implementing this for internal analytics and for our HR offering for members to search for answers to their queries online - Work all in the pipeline but it's great to see RM being proactive in their approach.

**What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?**

One challenge we’ve faced is that raising queries or requesting support via the portal can be time-consuming, and at times, costly. While we understand the need to purchase support hours, it can be frustrating when a significant portion of that time is used up just scoping the work - particularly when we’re trying to explain what we want to achieve before any actual implementation takes place. That said, now that we have a dedicated contact - Peter - the process already feels much smoother. It’s reassuring to have someone we can go to directly, who understands our setup and can help us navigate what’s possible more efficiently. Before that, we sometimes felt a little out on a limb, especially when trying to get more out of the platform. There are definitely features we’re not yet using to their full potential, but we’re confident that with the right guidance, we’ll get there. Filters could be a little simpler and we have some requirements for direct debit which is too expensive so we are still manually working around our DD's. We also have some bespoke renewal features that we need to address but are concerned about cost.

Ready Membership brings everything into one place, so managing members is simple and efficient. It’s easy for people to join, and access what they need and we can manage permissions, which means fewer issues and less admin. We no longer has to switch between systems or chase up data – it’s all there, up to date, and easy to work with. Having awards built into the system is a real bonus too -  it makes it easier to manage entries and judging, and offers a smoother experience for members taking part.

We partnered with ReadyMembership for a complete overhaul of our website and membership management system, with initial discussions beginning in July 2024 and the new platform launching in July 2025. While we're still refining things post-launch (we’re a small team of six and had an international conference mid-project), the new system is already delivering meaningful results, especially in member engagement.

The training and delivery teams have been exceptional, and the final product has exceeded our expectations.

One of the standout features of the ReadyMembership platform is the conditional content functionality. We’re only just beginning to explore its full potential, but it’s already clear how valuable this will be in tailoring communications, content, and experiences based on different member types. This level of targeting is something we never had before, and we can already see the impact on engagement and usability.

The site itself is significantly more user-friendly and SEO-friendly than our old one, and our Events Manager is especially pleased with the event module. We also see huge potential in the membership directory, which is on our near-term roadmap for launch.

ReadyMembership's deep understanding of the membership sector has been a real asset. They're always willing to share best practices and help us get the most from the platform. The responsiveness and creativity of the support and training teams have been fantastic.

While the early sales process with ReadyMembership had its challenges, including some unrealistic initial timelines and unexpected third-party costs, once the delivery phase began, the experience vastly improved.

We had to spend a lot of time cleaning our membership data to prepare it for migration, and the GoCardless direct debit integration has been difficult - both more a reflection on our data quality from our previous system, rather than challenges with the ReadyMembership platform.

**What do you like best about ReadyMembership?**

ReadyMembership is a great all-round system for membership organisations, and is a good option if you don't have the budget to build from scratch, as a lot of out of the box functionality is very intuitive.

 In terms of the membership journey, our members find it easy to use and to navigate. Intergrations work well, particularly with Zoom for webinars, and for Xero with finance. 

The team took a long time working with us to understand our needs, and were flexible and accommodating with customisations. Implementation ran smoothly and they fixed bugs and issues in a timely manner. We had a very small project team and the support I got was great - they are very knowledgeable about how membership websites need to run.

We use the system every day and having moved from Wordpress, it's made the job of understanding our membership data, demographics, and the renewal journey a lot smoother and accurate.

When designing emails in the internal email system, it is quite limited with what you can do. 

The Events System works well once it is set up, but is a little complicated to set up when you have something more than just a couple of basic ticket types. However there is more development being done in this area currently.

**What do you like best about ReadyMembership?**

The platform is extremely well thought out and takes flexibility into account for multiple business rules for associations.  There is very little it cannot do.

**What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?**

Maybe a little more documentation up front of the available layouts for the widgets for more advanced teams.  Self-creation of webhooks and MS Power automate would be extremely helpful.

**What problems is ReadyMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's adding automation for manual processes, improved usability, and additional tools we don't currently have.  It creates our ability to personalize our web pages, communications, and UX using the powerful rules-based capabilities.  Although we are still in implementation, we can already see the benefits of improved UX and most of our needs are out of the box.

Regarding widget layouts, you can actually see all the available layout options on your 'static' site, which should give you a comprehensive view of what's possible for your widgets.
On the webhooks and automation front, we'd love to hear more about your specific use cases. 

Please do submit your ideas regarding webhooks and workflow features to our roadmap via the Knowledge Hub, or have a chat with your CSM about what you're looking to achieve, as we are planning features in these areas right now.

**What do you like best about ReadyMembership?**

Ready Membership is  a great platform that allows us to design our website display information, and structure events based upon the interests of out stakeholders. It is an incredibly powerful and flexible system.

They have a really supportive team that continue to develop the product with the customer as the focus. They really listen and take on board our suggestions and the product gets better all the time.

**What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?**

There are no major downsides, Ready Membership is a huge improvement on our old AMS.

**What problems is ReadyMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has streamlined and automated most of our membership renewal process, and it's powerful rules engine allows for complex event pricing structures and allows us to display conditional content to our stakeholders effectively.

- Customer support ticket system - while responses often include screenshots that are difficult to read and understand, the information provided is not always accurate.

ReadyMembership transformed IGEM’s operations with seamless CRM-CMS integration, intuitive user journeys, and powerful automation, boosting new member applications by 170% and slashing admin time across the organisation.

We use EventFolio, MessagePipes, Groups as part of our stack allowing the wider organisation to tap into the CRM content and react in real-time to our members/customers needs.

There may be opportunities to enhance the user experience within MessagePipes to better support intuitive navigation and engagement.

Able to change and update copy and pages as soon as we need to. Ally's training is brilliant.

A lot of "outside the box" no's.  Understand it can't be personalised but less rigidity would be helpful.  As teams expertise does not lie in website construction, more steps by step pictoral instructions would help.  Ally's training has been wonderful but re-watching calls is not the best experience.

You've touched on something we think about a lot—there's always a balance between rigidity and flexibility when creating a scalable product that serves diverse organisations. We completely understand the frustration when you need something that falls outside standard configurations. The good news is that we do have some exciting new features planned for next year that will help with this, so do keep an eye on our roadmap in the Knowledge Hub and vote for the features you'd value most. This helps us prioritise what matters to our clients.

On the training side, video recordings can be great for reviewing client-specific configurations, but they're not always the most accessible format when you need to find something quickly. This is where our new AI functionality will really help—it can ingest and transcribe videos so that they become part of your searchable knowledge base. This means you can ask the Admin Assistant any question, and it will find you the answers even if they're buried in a training video. No more scrubbing through recordings to find that one tip Ally mentioned! If you have seen this yet and would like a demo, please get in touch.

The admin tools are straightforward and efficient. We can update web content, create pages, and post announcements without needing technical support.
