What do you like best?

Having all the elements of our membership in one place, CRM, website, email newsletters, publications and event bookings. It means we are not looking in lots of spreadsheets for different information and we are able to see all member interactions with the Society at a glance.

It also means all team members are using the same processes and not working in isolation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Some of the filtering and searching options felt complicated to set up, but once they were in place they are easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to see the how our members use our website for the first time. We can now run joining and renewals through the website which makes the whole process so much quicker for us and easier for the users.

We can manage all aspects of an event through the website; attendee numbers, speaker details, programme building, sponsorship and invoicing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The very powerful rules engine enables you to set what members experience at the website, in emails and newsletters, based on any combination of data, actions, and much much more. This personalisation enables you to set up lots of very valuable automated communications, that other systems require you to do manually. The membership, events, awards, cms, crm, email and other functionality is so intelligently designed, every day it is a jopy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The rules engine is so powerful it needs a lot of thought to set up. Once you have created a few it gets easier though. I would like more control of fields and stylesheeting, but I suppose if I did, it might get out of control and design be messed up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Think about all those communications you want to do, and it can be automated and personalised with ReadyMembership, meaning you don't need to employ many staff, and you can support your members professionally too. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Enabled us to create an increasingly more personalised eNewsletter, that is personal to each person depending on their interests, preferences, job roles, organisation type and more. Also, we have created a very complex set of recruitment / on-boarding campaigns, and then once joined we can alert members to functions they aren't using, and then once using them a lot, we ask them to recommend to colleagues / contacts. What do you like best?

I have been really pleased so far with the ease of assigning different membership categories and assigning smart content. Visitors to the site can have a distinctively personal journey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

We have just launched the new CRM and website. Initially we thouhgt complexity of transitioning to the new CRM/website will require significant amount of staff time (we are a small but a very busy team with competing priorities all year round) but when we started working with our Project Manager Chris in Pixl8 I've put my concerns aside.
