One thing I’ve noticed is that calendar syncing can sometimes take a bit of time to update availability correctly. It doesn’t happen all the time, but during busier schedules I’ve run into a few cases where the timing didn’t reflect properly and I had to manually adjust it afterward.

Calendly has largely solved the constant back-and-forth scheduling problem for me. Before using it, I was manually coordinating times through messages, emails, and calendar checks, and it honestly got messy pretty quickly once multiple people were involved.

One thing I dislike about Microsoft 365 is that some apps feel little heavy and slow sometimes, specially on lower-end systems. Outlook can also become confusing with too many settings, notifications and email threads.

Another issue is that licensing and subscription plans are not always very clear, so managing users and features can get complicated for organisations. Microsoft 365 solves the problem of managing communication, documents, meetings and collaboration in separate tools by bringing everything into one platform. It helps teams work more efficiently without constantly switching between different softwares.

For me, it’s beneficial because tools like Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel are connected together, which makes daily work smoother and more organised. Teams helps with meetings and quick communication, while OneDrive makes file sharing and backup much easier.

Getting our dues billing and collections right is always a challenge when there are so many permutations for member types, categories, chapters, and voluntary donations. iMIS accommodates them all, giving me confidence that our members are billed correctly and the accounting is clean. Our student membership application process used to be completely manual. Roughly 600 applicants would complete a form, and a staff member had to enter each one into our AMS by hand every year, since we couldn’t previously run them through a renewal process. Now it’s all handled seamlessly through ReadyMembership.

We also used to have a take-home exam that relied on a downloadable PDF. Applicants had to print about 20 pages, handwrite their answers, scan everything, and then submit it for approval. Finally, our certification application process used to be extremely time-consuming. I'm not sure if the staff who prepare orders get notified when we edit their Waitwhile system, or if when they go to submit a prepared order as ready to collect they see the edits and need to begin gathering at that time which could delay the customers collection of their multiple orders. Since the last update of the mobile app, it no longer works in Europe and only tries to access cal.com instead of cal.eu, where I have my account. I wanted to be able to build a workflow that involved a step from within the Approval Inbox. I wish Jotform had that feature. I also wish that the email edit is more robust. And, Jotform is more expensive than most tools and it only allows 100 submissions/month for the free plans. Other tools allow up to 500 submissions. But I guess the AI assistant makes up for that. While GrowthZone is a strong platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Additionally, certain processes involve multiple steps that could be streamlined for efficiency. GrowthZone solves many of the challenges associated with managing membership organizations by centralizing data, automating processes, and improving communication. It eliminates the need for multiple systems by combining membership management, billing, event registration, and website updates into one platform. I do wish contact information were visible in the member directories without having to request each business card separately. I’m running into a few limitations: I can’t set global limits across booking types, and I can’t create a single booking type with variable session lengths (for example, letting someone book anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours instead of a fixed duration). One of the main concerns is transaction fees. In the beginning, the platform was a little hard to understand. There are also some areas for technological improvement and colors that could be better. I think the merchant teams could be a bit more advanced in terms of their admin capabilities. The main downside is billing transparency. The pricing structure includes discounted first-year rates, but renewals jump to the full price, which isn’t always obvious upfront. This can lead to confusion when charges come through. MemberPress is used to manage memberships, control access to content, and handle subscription-based users for an organisation.
