What do you like best about Calendly?

I mostly use Calendly for interviews, quick client calls, and follow-ups, and honestly it makes scheduling a lot less annoying. Before this, I used to coordinate times manually over email or Slack, and it ended up wasting more time than I expected especially when different time zones were involved.

The booking links are probably the most useful feature for me, because people can just pick an available slot directly without all the back-and-forth. I also like the reminders and buffer settings, since they help prevent overlapping meetings and reduce last-minute confusion. What do you dislike about Calendly?

One thing I’ve noticed is that calendar syncing can sometimes take a bit of time to update availability correctly. It doesn’t happen all the time, but during busier schedules I’ve run into a few cases where the timing didn’t reflect properly and I had to manually adjust it afterward.

Some of the routing and availability settings also felt a little confusing at first, especially when I was managing multiple meeting types at the same time. What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calendly has largely solved the constant back-and-forth scheduling problem for me. Before using it, I was manually coordinating times through messages, emails, and calendar checks, and it honestly got messy pretty quickly once multiple people were involved.

Now I typically just send a booking link, and meetings get scheduled much faster with far fewer follow-ups. The timezone handling and reminders have also helped cut down on missed meetings and unnecessary rescheduling, which makes day-to-day scheduling feel a lot smoother overall. What do you like best about Qualified?

One of the main objectives of my org in getting Qualified was to increase the speed to lead. With Qualified, we cut down the time of our field team getting in front of inbound requests with the meeting booker functionality. We are able to track the ROI with Qualified clearly in our Salesforce reports and dashboards.

The chatbot is great for providing custom chat experiences based off of what someone is chatting about and also the segment that chatter falls in, as well. I appreciate being able to train the AI not only on our website, but on offline content as well in order to pad the AI with as much knowledge as possible.

Their AI email feature is something my team is now using in year 2 of Qualified and find it especially useful as a part of our events motion, both from a pre- and post- event strategy.

What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I like best about Microsoft 365 is that it provides almost everything needed for office work in one ecosystem. Apps like Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook are very reliable and widely used, so collaboration becomes easier with clients and teams.

I also like the cloud sync with OneDrive because files can be accessed from anywhere and backup is automatic. Excel is specially very powerful for reporting and data management. What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

One thing I dislike about Microsoft 365 is that some apps feel little heavy and slow sometimes, specially on lower-end systems. Outlook can also become confusing with too many settings, notifications and email threads.

Another issue is that licensing and subscription plans are not always very clear, so managing users and features can get complicated for organisations. Microsoft 365 solves the problem of managing communication, documents, meetings and collaboration in separate tools by bringing everything into one platform. It helps teams work more efficiently without constantly switching between different softwares.

For me, it’s beneficial because tools like Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel are connected together, which makes daily work smoother and more organised. Teams helps with meetings and quick communication, while OneDrive makes file sharing and backup much easier.

What problems is ReadyMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pixl8 has solved so many pain points for us. Here are a few of the most noteworthy problems they’ve helped us address.

Our student membership application process used to be completely manual. Roughly 600 applicants would complete a form, and a staff member had to enter each one into our AMS by hand every year, since we couldn’t previously run them through a renewal process. Now it’s all handled seamlessly through ReadyMembership.

We also used to have a take-home exam that relied on a downloadable PDF. Applicants had to print about 20 pages, handwrite their answers, scan everything, and then submit it for approval. Thanks to the Pixl8 team, our exam has now been digitized — they were able to figure out a way to make it happen!

Finally, our certification application process used to be extremely time-consuming. It involved downloading and manually completing PDF affidavits, waiting for sponsors to download the PDFs and write comments, and tracking where applicants were in the process through spreadsheets. Now the entire workflow has been converted into a 100% digital application and approval process, which has cut down a significant amount of staff time and our applicants can now obtain their certifications in a timelier manner. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I use Waitwhile because it's incredibly easy to enter the customer information into, and the edit feature comes in handy when adding new order numbers to an existing wait. It really helps since our customers often place more than one order by purchasing in different departments of our store. Adding additional order numbers alerts our staff to gather all orders for the customer before telling them to come to the collection point. I'm not sure if the staff who prepare orders get notified when we edit their Waitwhile system, or if when they go to submit a prepared order as ready to collect they see the edits and need to begin gathering at that time which could delay the customers collection of their multiple orders. Since the last update of the mobile app, it no longer works in Europe and only tries to access cal.com instead of cal.eu, where I have my account. “Helpful for Multiple Registration in One Form”
What do you like best about Jotform?

This is the only option that lets me add multiple unique IDs within a single form. It’s especially useful for multi-attendee registration forms, where I need to capture details for more than one person at once and still have their own, individual ID.

Other platforms also don't have the ability to send an automated email when I approve or reject a submission.

I like that it's user-friendly and can easily integrate into Google Sheets and Drive.

My most recent form needs to hold up to 20 registrants and the form still loads pretty quickly on the frontend. It has the conditional logic that I need for my form and it works really well.

I never had proper onboarding nor have I reached out to support, but the AI assistant was really helpful. It gave me the step by step instructions when I asked for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform?

I wanted to be able to build a workflow that involved a step from within the Approval Inbox. I wish Jotform had that feature. I also wish that the email edit is more robust. And, Jotform is more expensive than most tools and it only allows 100 submissions/month for the free plans. Other tools allow up to 500 submissions. But I guess the AI assistant makes up for that. What do you like best about Dashboard?

In my company we use Dashboard to easily access sellers' profiles since we are an online company that sells used cars therefore we rely heavily on this software. It also easily allows us to see the name and details of the dealer that bought the seller's car, we can see what documents the seller has uploaded so we can know which are missing so we can chase them. What do you like best about WellnessLiving?

I love how helpful and supportive the team at WellnessLiving is, especially Aaron, who made it a point to maintain a great customer relationship. It's impressive how he goes out of his way to help customers. I also really like the platform changes—they've improved a lot technologically, and the tools are better now. The private app they offer keeps everything organized, which I find really handy. I appreciate how the scheduling feature makes my studio management easier. Plus, the collaboration works great with my website, allowing people to book classes directly, and it integrates well with ClassPass. In the beginning, the platform was a little hard to understand. There are also some areas for technological improvement and colors that could be better. I think the merchant teams could be a bit more advanced in terms of their admin capabilities.
