As I use calendly almost everyday and the CRM integration that it provides is little complex to handle. Sometime the complete integration of zoom takes a lot of time and permissions which makes the process of meeting scheduling little time taking but overall it's a good tool for businesses according to my user experience. The user interface of calendly is also quite simple, we are able to learn about its basic features just in 3 days and it can easily get installed in our mobile phones. After integrating it with zoom and Google meet we are able to connect with our core team and clients all over the world just by generating the meeting links. The system is a huge time saver! The AI notetaker allows me to avoid hiring an employee to take notes and determine action items. There is nothing I truly dislike about Novi. I would say a challenge of ours that has to do with our own capacity, is staying abreast of the features from releases. I've never opened Novi and felt 'lost,' but there have been times when we've realized that a feature that has already been released could improve our own workflow. Novi publishes easy-to-read release notes, hosts webinars on big releases, has a plethora of helpful support articles, and is incredibly easy to get ahold of for questions. Novi has streamlined so many processes for us. The integration with QBO reduces administrative burden, the committee management helps us keep track of volunteers and their meeting attendance (automatically!), collects NPS scores, helps us identify which of our members may be at risk for non-renewal, offers pre-built and custom reports to create any report you could possibly need, and serves as an integral part of our business operations. My only real dislikes with Office are in Word. I am still not a fan of the menu ribbon that was added a few years ago. Sometimes, it can be difficult to find the functionality that I'm searching for. Also, in Word, if you try to add images to documents, all sorts of crazy formatting errors can occur. I think that's something we've all learned to live with at this point. Our student membership application process used to be completely manual. Roughly 600 applicants would complete a form, and a staff member had to enter each one into our AMS by hand every year, since we couldn’t previously run them through a renewal process. We also used to have a take-home exam that relied on a downloadable PDF. Applicants had to print about 20 pages, handwrite their answers, scan everything, and then submit it for approval. A few things could definitely be smoother. The customization options are powerful, but some of the advanced settings feel a bit tucked away and take time to figure out. Integrations work well overall, but occasionally I wish the setup process was more guided, especially for first-time users. Also, the UI while clean could benefit from clearer labels or tooltips in certain places to reduce trial-and-error. Nothing major, but small refinements would make the experience even more intuitive. I do wish contact information were visible in the member directories without having to request each business card separately. Some of our processes and policies are a bit unconventional, and the options for customization in those areas are somewhat restricted. I’m running into a few limitations: I can’t set global limits across booking types, and I can’t create a single booking type with variable session lengths (for example, letting someone book anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours instead of a fixed duration). There's very little we could fault with Helmbot, however, we would love to see more customisation on the customer-facing booking system, It's nice enough, but some more styling options would be great.
