The one consistent friction point has been navigating between our multiple Qualified instances. Each requires a separate email login plus a verification code, which adds unnecessary steps when switching throughout the day. The other area for improvement is organization within the platform. There are no folder capabilities for experiences, blocks, workflows, and similar assets, which means everything lives in a flat list. As your library grows, it becomes difficult to distinguish current work from older iterations. Both are solvable problems, but they would meaningfully improve the day-to-day experience. Qualified has made engaging website visitors much easier in a meaningful way. Without Qualified at scale required significant manual effort from our sales team. Qualified lets our AI handle initial prospect conversations across multiple product lines simultaneously, qualifying intent and routing visitors appropriately without rep involvement. The result is that our team spends less time on top-of-funnel triage and more time on conversations that are actually ready for a human. GReminders makes scheduling with clients super easy and reduces back and forth communication a lot. Clients often pick a time slot within minutes of me sending a link and then I'm notified and appointment is scheduled.

Our previous AMS was totally "work around". The program didn't fit the needs of our Association -- so we were always having to work around. With Novi, if something didn't meet our needs, they usually provide a solution without all the work-arounds. The program itself is very intuitive and once I learned the "thought process" it has saved me so much time. The advanced marketing module doesn't allow a preset time to send bulk emails. Someone physically has to push a button to send an email at a certain time.

iMIS has allows us to bring all elements of member experience into the one platform including our member video library, article library, event registration and website. This was the largest improvement to our system. It also has improved our member journey through the ability to set up automated communications at join date, six weeks and six months which we could not do automatically in our older system. We can also place personalised alerts against member profiles for ease of meaningful communication when a member calls. Overall, my experience has been positive. That said, the licensing and subscription plans can feel a bit expensive for individual users or small businesses, and some advanced features come with a learning curve for new users. Microsoft 365 solves the challenge of managing communication, collaboration, and productivity through a single, integrated platform. GrowthZone solves many of the challenges associated with managing membership organizations by centralizing data, automating processes, and improving communication. Their support is bad. There is a recent webhook issue with their API and the call identifier was not passed from their end. I've raised and followed-up with the issue multiple times. There is no follow-through on the matter and updates on whether the issue is resolved.

As you can imagine, the call identifier is important for me to use in my downstream automation and without that, everything breaks. The team is not professional in resolving the issue for me or know the severity of it all.

When followed-up again, their reply to me was "Can you test it out now?" or "These things take a bit of time but we will update you as soon as we line it up. It's been 19 hours since I reported the issue".

I do wish contact information were visible in the member directories without having to request each business card separately. I’m running into a few limitations: I can’t set global limits across booking types, and I can’t create a single booking type with variable session lengths (for example, letting someone book anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours instead of a fixed duration). The content editor can have glitches at times. I've noticed that it can add extra characters after publication and can be finicky with special characters.
