Overall, my experience has been positive. iMIS has allows us to bring all elements of member experience into the one platform including our member video library, article library, event registration and website. This was the largest improvement to our system. It also has improved our member journey through the ability to set up automated communications at join date, six weeks and six months which we could not do automatically in our older system. We can also place personalised alerts against member profiles for ease of meaningful communication when a member calls. This benefits me by creating a smoother, more organized experience for both staff and customers. It reduces crowding and confusion, helps manage peak times more efficiently, and improves overall customer satisfaction by making wait times feel shorter and more predictable. Their support is bad. There is a recent webhook issue with their API and the call identifier was not passed from their end. I've raised and followed-up with the issue multiple times. There is no follow-through on the matter and updates on whether the issue is resolved.

As you can imagine, the call identifier is important for me to use in my downstream automation and without that, everything breaks. The team is not professional in resolving the issue for me or know the severity of it all.

When followed-up again, their reply to me was "Can you test it out now?" or "These things take a bit of time but we will update you as soon as we line it up. It's been 19 hours since I reported the issue".

I don't like that you are limited to 100 submissions a month on the free plan. I understand that a business has to make money, so there have to be limitations on a free plan, but limiting to 100 submissions a month is quite small. I do wish contact information were visible in the member directories without having to request each business card separately. I’m running into a few limitations: I can’t set global limits across booking types, and I can’t create a single booking type with variable session lengths (for example, letting someone book anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours instead of a fixed duration). In the beginning, the platform was a little hard to understand. There are also some areas for technological improvement and colors that could be better. I think the merchant teams could be a bit more advanced in terms of their admin capabilities. There's very little we could fault with Helmbot, however, we would love to see more customisation on the customer-facing booking system, It's nice enough, but some more styling options would be great.
