What do you like best about PandaDoc?

What I really like about PandaDoc is how it brings structure to document handling in a corporate workflow. In my role I use it to prepare sales proposals, send agreements to clients, and track approvals in real time. The ease of use makes creating documents straightforward even for non technical users. The ease of implementation was smooth since our team could quickly onboard and start using templates. It offers a strong number of features like e signatures, document analytics, reusable content blocks and workflow automation. Because I handle proposals frequently my frequency of use is quite high. The ease of integration with CRM and business tools helps keep everything aligned. Also the available guides and customer support have been helpful whenever needed. What do you like best about Xero?

I like that it’s so user-friendly once you get the hang of it, and that it helps non-accounting-savvy people (like me) easily keep track of their books and finances. Especially for a sole proprietor like myself, it makes it so easy to implement and integrate into my weekly and daily business routines. Each week, 1-2 times per week, I log into Xero, reconcile all the transactions in my accounts and cards, and can rest easy knowing that my records are done, clean, and accurate! What do you dislike about Xero?

The only downsides about Xero is that the the user interface is a little clunky, not as sleek. There also could be more tutorials or "help" features to make onboarding and getting used to the program easier. Though of course I haven't consulted much of the customer support, so I'm sure they would be more than happy to help me walk through any issues or questions I have! What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Xero takes so much of the stress of bookkeeping and accounting for sole proprietors away! Before Xero, I was up to my neck in spreadsheets and computer folders keeping track of my income, who I was paid by, what expenses I had made, etc. Now it's all automatically accumulated in my Xero dashboard, where I know that - with the press of a few "reconcile" buttons, I can easily keep my records clean. I cannot wait for tax time next year, when I'll just be able to run a few reports and input data, rather than spending hours calculating expenses and write-offs! What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like most about NetSuite is that it brings everything together in one place. Rather than juggling separate tools for accounting, inventory, CRM, and reporting, it all runs within a single system. That makes day-to-day work smoother and saves a lot of time.

Another standout for me is the real-time visibility. I can quickly check financials, track orders, or review performance without having to wait for reports to be generated, which makes it easier to make faster, more informed decisions.

I also appreciate how customizable it is. As business needs change, you can adjust workflows, dashboards, and reports without having to switch to a completely different system. What do you dislike about NetSuite?

One thing I don’t like about NetSuite is that it can feel pretty complex, especially for new users. The interface isn’t always very intuitive, so it takes a while to get comfortable and really understand how everything works.

Another drawback is the cost. For smaller businesses, it can be quite expensive—not only the subscription, but also the implementation and customization. It’s simply not always the most budget-friendly option.

I’ve also found that some customizations and reports can be tricky to set up without technical help. At times you need external support or a specialist, which can slow progress and make changes take longer than expected.

One of the biggest problems NetSuite solves for me is reporting and overall data visibility. Before, pulling reports was time-consuming, and the information I needed was often scattered across different systems or buried in spreadsheets. Because of that, it was difficult to get a clear, real-time view of how the business was performing.

With NetSuite, reporting feels much more streamlined. I can generate real-time reports whenever I need them, without having to wait on someone else or manually compile data from multiple places. The dashboards are especially useful because they provide a quick snapshot of key metrics all in one place.

It also makes customization easier. I can tailor reports to specific requirements, which helps me get more meaningful insights rather than just generic data. This has improved decision-making, since I can rely on information that’s accurate and up to date.

What do you like best about Stampli?

I really appreciate how easy it is to navigate Stampli. Its setup provides a very user-friendly experience when reviewing invoices. The information is presented clearly and is straightforward to follow. I also found the initial setup process to be very quick, which was a big plus for me. Navigating the viewing features is simple, and I like that you can download or print documents directly from the review page.

The Dashboards and reports page is another valuable aspect for business use. Having all the information consolidated in one place makes searching for and locating what you need incredibly easy.

Customer support is excellent as well. The team is always available and quick to assist, making it easy to reach out whenever you need help. They are dedicated to resolving any issues effectively and efficiently.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoy using Stampli for business invoicing. I use this software daily and have become very proficient with it. It’s easy to integrate with HubSpot, and it brings our sales process, customer experience, and HubSpot workflows together in one place. Our team also loves it because it helps us present ourselves more professionally to customers, while reinforcing our brand representation and tone of voice. Our customers and technical partners have commented on how engaging it is, and a few have even asked for more information about Qwilr because they’re considering using it for their own businesses.

Not necessarily a dislike, but it would be a nice-to-have to be able to implement more of our brand guidelines in Qwilr. For example, we shouldn’t use rounded-corner boxes and would prefer straight-cut corners. Like I said, this isn’t the end of the world, but it would look better for us. What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Only a few minor issues: the tokens stop working every now and then, but it’s usually solved by deleting the integration in HubSpot and then re-integrating it. Another issue is that one of our team members is unable to use Qwilr at all. We do have the work instructions to follow to fix this, but the sales manager has been too busy to find the time to sort it out.

What do you like best about Inventive.AI?

Honestly, I didn’t think a tool like this existed. I was so used to the idea that you have to maintain a knowledge base constantly updating answers, tagging content, and cleaning things up so it doesn’t become outdated. Inventive AI completely changed that for me.

What blew me away is that you don’t really need to manage a knowledge library anymore. The AI just understands your content wherever it lives and generates really strong, complete answers on its own. It feels like it actually “gets it” instead of just pulling snippets from a database.

A lot of the time, the responses it generates are so well-written and accurate that we don’t even edit them. That’s something I never expected from any tool. It genuinely feels like having someone on the team whose only job is to instantly write high-quality responses.

It’s also a huge relief not having to constantly maintain and organize content. That used to take a lot of time and still wasn’t perfect. Now, we just trust the AI to do the heavy lifting, and it does it really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before Inventive, a big part of our work was maintaining and searching through a knowledge base, which was time-consuming and still inconsistent. Now, we don’t really worry about that anymore. The AI figures out the best answer and generates it instantly.

This has saved us a lot of time and made our responses more consistent and higher quality. It’s also reduced the need to go back and forth with different teams.

What do you like best about fynk?

As the CEO of Andy.do, I'm always on the lockout for tools that simplify processes and remove friction for our team. fynk has proven to be surprisingly powerful solution for managing contracts and agreements in a way that feels intuitive and reliable.

We use fynk to automate our contract workflows, track key dates, and ensure approvals move smoothly across departments. What stands out is how easy it is to set up templates, assign tsk, The AI driven features without needing a dedicated legal team to manage every step. What do you dislike about fynk?

There's very little that I find limiting. if i had to point out one thing, it would be that some of the reporting features could be more advanced, especially for deeper analysis across multiple contract types. What problems is fynk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before fynk, managing contracts and approvals across Andy.do was a fragmented process email chains, spreadsheets, and manual follow up were slowing everything down. fynk centralize all our agreements, providers clarity on statuses and automates reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.

The biggest benefit is time saved and risk reduced. With fynk, out legal and finance workflows are smoother, approvals happen faster, and we have a clear audit trail which gives me peace of mind as CEO. its and essential tool that helps us operate efficiently without adding admirative overhead. What do you like best about Checkbook?

What do you dislike about Checkbook?

They were fine for a number of years but things dramatically changed this year. With one day notice they changed their processing timelines from 1 day to 3 days. They then had a series of errors that extended the 3 day fund hold to 6 days. They have done a terrible job of communicating, have been combative, and have turned into an awful partner. They are also, with no notice, instituting burdensome rules that I have not seen from other processors and offering no justification for those rules. My guess is that they had a major fraud incident. The Q&A pair structure is extremely intuitive and makes it easy to organize and reuse content across proposals. The search functionality is especially strong - it’s fast, accurate, and significantly more efficient than traditional tools like SharePoint when trying to locate specific answers or past write-ups. Overall, it streamlines content discovery and helps teams respond more quickly and consistently. When we implemented the tool, we nearly doubled the number of RFI responses our team could handle. What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

There can be a bit of a learning curve upfront (especially for personnel who don't use the tool on a daily basis) when setting up and organizing content to get the most value out of the platform. That said, their support team is world class and is very "responsive" and helpful - they do a great job of quickly addressing questions and helping you optimize how you use the tool. Before Response, every part of the proposal process was manual. Now, Responsive helps automate and streamline the response process, making it much easier to manage large volumes with lots of disparate requirements. By centralizing reusable content and enabling quick search and retrieval, it allows our team to respond more efficiently without sacrificing quality.
