I just started a business and was spinning in circles setting up a process to write customer agreements and collect payments. Anchor has both electronic agreements and payment processing integrated so I could put the services right in the proposal, and set how they should be billed. The customer can add their payment method right to the agreement and pay the invoice immediately. For some reason, Bill disallowed the use of certain symbols in their Memo section. They used to allow me to use the @ symbol and additional symbols like that, and now they don't. I found it quite helpful to use those and unnecessarily restrictive. I imagine there's a coding reason for it or something like that, but I wished they didn't change that. I also find the Approval process can be confusing at times, because the steps aren't specifically guided as seamlessly as they are in the iPhone app. The app moves me through the approval process really easily and smoothly. At this stage, I have not identified any major negative points in my use of GetAccept. The tool fully meets my daily needs, and the features offered, particularly around Deal Rooms, are both intuitive and effective. So far, my experience has been very positive. Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about Qwilr. It’s worked really well for me so far, and I’ve had a consistently positive experience using it.

The main thing I’d love to see improved is the ability to convert live documents to PDF without the formatting looking all over the place. Right now, because it doesn’t pick up the Google Maps link, it leaves a huge gap in the PDF. Qwilr is solving the problem of creating quotes quickly for my clients, which saves me a lot of time. It also gives better price breakdowns and lets my clients interact with their own quotes, increasing or decreasing the number of units or ticking and unticking items themselves. The initial API integration required some adjustments on our side and a good understanding of the Monetization data model. We use Tridens Monetization to calculate transaction fees when pricing depends on cumulative volume within a billing cycle and on additional attributes, including source, destination, and account type. A few things that could use some polish: we've run into occasional outages, which doesn't happen too often but could potentially be an issue if I needed to get an urgent invoice out. I'd also love the ability to export just my search results rather than being forced to export every invoice each time - a small thing, but it'd save a lot of time. Lastly, because of how tightly Tabs integrates with our other systems, there are some restrictions on making manual updates or edits, which can be a bit limiting when we need to make a quick fix on the fly. Our first day implementing Bill360 we had a customer use the "pay now" options and that is already a one time customer that we will not have to reach out to in order to get paid. The calendar is buggy and it doesn't offer me the option of seeing all the calendars of the whole office at the same time. I coordinate the schedule and I need to see everyone's availability. We keep practice info at our fingertips and use it to track time. I also like the task tracking and the ability to set up task flows that trigger the next step on completion of the previous. They were fine for a number of years but things dramatically changed this year. With one day notice they changed their processing timelines from 1 day to 3 days. They then had a series of errors that extended the 3 day fund hold to 6 days. They have done a terrible job of communicating, have been combative, and have turned into an awful partner. They are also, with no notice, instituting burdensome rules that I have not seen from other processors and offering no justification for those rules. My guess is that they had a major fraud incident.
