"Accelerates Insights and Decision-Making with Clear, Actionable Summaries"
What do you like best about Iris?

Our users call out how quickly it helps them surface the right insights during research and workflow planning. The tool does a great job consolidating information across different sources, and the summaries are clear, actionable, and easy to share internally. It’s been valuable to see how much time it saves the team and how often they rely on it to accelerate decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iris?

There haven't been any major issues, and my team has mentioned that the Iris team is very responsive whenever questions arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Our Revenue and Collaboration Workflow"
What do you like best about Iris?

I love using Iris as a revenue tool because it not only provides AI-native features, but it also offers collaboration and quality that we've never had before. I find the RFP/RFI response automation incredibly useful as it quickly answers repetitive questions, giving my Solutions Engineers more time to focus on strategic aspects. I really appreciate how it spots inconsistent data and outdated information, keeping our knowledge fresh and accurate in a constantly changing software environment. The integration with tools like Slack and Salesforce is seamless. I also liked that we were able to complete our first RFP in just 15 minutes, which was unexpectedly fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iris?

I don't like that Iris can't invent answers on its own and will say 'not enough info' when trying to build an answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dependable Precision for RFP Responses"
What do you like best about Iris?

I love how Iris does not fabricate answers and instead, opts to say "not enough info" rather than providing incorrect information. This accuracy and honesty in response generation are crucial, especially when dealing with sensitive data or precise requirements. I find it incredibly beneficial that Iris queries our old RFPs, efficiently pulling relevant past responses and formulating answers directly from the data we have provided. This capability not only saves time but also enhances the reliability of our responses. Additionally, I really appreciate the ease of the setup process for Iris, which was very straightforward and seamless, allowing our team to begin utilizing the software with minimal delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iris?

Sometimes Iris produces responses that sound overly robotic, though this can be mitigated by using custom instructions. Additionally, it tends to aggregate multiple responses rather than selecting a single, relevant answer from previous RFPs that directly addresses the requirement. "Implementation was seamless and we saw results on our very first project,"
What do you like best about Iris?

We were impressed with how easy it was to get started — implementation was straightforward, with clear guidance and minimal disruption to our workflows. Within our very first project, we were already seeing meaningful results, which really validated the choice we made.

What stood out even more was the responsiveness of the team. Any time we had a question or needed support, they were quick to respond with practical solutions and a genuine willingness to help us succeed. It’s rare to find a vendor that combines strong technology with such a supportive partnership.

If you’re looking for a solution that gets up and running quickly, delivers value right away, and comes with a highly engaged team, I would strongly recommend this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The time savings and the answer quality are both amazing"
What do you like best about Iris?

Like many of you reading this review, I have to deal with responding to questionnaires that come in various formats. Dealing with completing questionnaires within one of the many disparate platforms (ProcessUnity, TruSight, KY3P, Whistic and so on) is a challenge in and of itself. Then there are the dreaded Excel file questionnaires, fingers crossed as the XLS is opening to see if it has 12 tabs with a total of 375 questions. Sometimes, the Word or PDF questionnaires are a gift because they tend to be less questions. Whatever the case may be, I’ve found that HeyIris saves an incalculable amount of time, plus, she enforces consistency in the responses. You can choose “how” she should answer (Directly, Professionally, Casually) and so on, but the key thing is consistency. I used to come across a question, and then scratch my head “Hmm… I answered something like this a few months ago in another questionnaire. Let me search my questionnaires. With HeyIris, she knows what you said in the past. She feeds it to you; she remembers and she also enhances it to make it correct. Maybe you changed technologies. Maybe you drove a Chevy in the past and now you drive a Ford. She will tell you the answer is Ford, and know that Ford is a car, and that cars drive on roads. I have been pleasantly surprised with the response accuracy, and consistency. As for customer support, one thing I want to say is that whenever I needed any help, it has been great. One thing I noticed, too, is that after helping me, and seeing the “wow” expression on my face because the mountain I was facing of a couple days of copy pasting and writing out answers, was done by HeyIris in the span of a few minutes during the call. At the end of it, the customer support person genuinely seemed to be proud of what the product does and had a smile just like mine. One last thing I want to add is that the right click ask Iris feature is really good, especially for the platforms. Sometimes the people giving us the questionnaires add comments into a comment box asking for clarifications. Those cannot be exported into Excel. So the right-click, highlight the question, ask Iris method is great for those. She provides the answers on the right side, and you can choose which answer and then copy paste. What do you dislike about Iris?

This is not a dislike; this is a tip. When feeding knowledge to Iris, make sure you upload good, sanitized, accurate information. Be wary of uploading older questionnaires, for example, because you might have changed a particular technology since then. Using cars as an example, if your answer on a questionnaire from 2 years ago was "We drive a Ford" but since then, your company changed to "Chevy" it is worth taking the time to check your files to make sure they say Chevy. Yes, you can fix it later if you feed her misinformation. But it is just better to start with good information. Garbage In, Garbage Out as the saying goes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great software and easy to use!"
What do you like best about Iris?

It’s taken a huge burden off my plate when dealing with RFPs. Getting up and running was quick, and the support team guided me flawlessly the whole way.

The platform is straightforward and packed with exactly what we need to shift our focus from managing the process to improving the quality of our responses. The team has been fantastic, always responsive, open to feedback, and quick to roll out improvements based on our suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool that's still developing its full potential"
What do you like best about Iris?

We primarily use Iris as a query tool for our salespeople, sort of an in-house ChatGPT.

Iris is extremely easy to set up and use for just about anyone. It integrated seamlessly with our SSO, training took about an hour, and the interface is easy to get around. It is very friendly for people who are not tech-savvy, and the support team is very hands-on and willing to help. They joined our in-house Slack as guests to make them easy to contact.

Its ability to query is also very effective. You can tailor the experience for various users by tagging the resources Iris pulls from. The confidence scores it produces are generally accurate and it responds well to correction.

Iris is also very good at filling in RFP questionnaires that come in Excel format. Importing them is easy and this format is particularly suited to AI writing. This has saved us a lot of time for tech questionnaires and similar responses that don't require much finesse, only bruteforce labor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iris?

As a platform, Iris is great at doing what it says on the tin. The only issue I really have with it is that it is sometimes a bit slow. Most of its issues are due to AI itself, not the platform.

Iris has the same big limitation as any AI writing tool: the writing is often just okay. It cannot make a nuanced point for you, it cannot position your product, and it cannot know your customer as well as you do. It only pulls from YOUR content, which is great because it prevents hallucination, but it also somewhat limits its capabilities and requires a lot of data to work effectively. The content library is very simple - again a double-edged sword because it is easy to use, but also requires a lot of manual updating as your RFP answers change.

Prompting for RFP writing can also be very frustrating - again, this is due to the limitations of AI as a medium rather than Iris itself. It requires specificity about tone and tense and does not respond well to guidelines for length. Iris also cannot handle graphics at this stage, at least to my knowledge. "Practical, Fast, and Impactful AI for Business"
What do you like best about Iris?

What I like best about Iris is how quickly it delivers real, production-ready AI results. It’s not theoretical or experimental - it actually solves problems, scales fast, and drives measurable impact for businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Iris?

There isn’t much to dislike, but because Iris moves quickly, it can take a little time to keep up with all the new features and updates. Clearer, ongoing user training or quick-start tips would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
