It is a very easy to use checkout instrument. Integrating it with other platform is seamless and if any problem arises, the customer support team is always available to help. 1. We use the whatsapp chat as a core part of the business

2. In case of escalation / ban or wanting help with Green tick, the team has caused innumerable delays and mixed up requests between different numbers

3. Their system is so opaque -- their communication with BSP is broken & they don't update on issues unless multiple times following up
