There is nothing I like about Gokwik, not even aman gupta Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support is terrible, prices are higher and zero effectiveness. Our RTO went all time high when we moved from shiprocket to gokwik. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a very easy to use checkout instrument. Integrating it with other platform is seamless and if any problem arises, the customer support team is always available to help. It was very easy to implement the checkout at our website. It is being used usually most of the time during the transactions. It has many other features like data storing so that you dont have to enter your address and contact details everytime you place an order Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing gokwik can improve is the performance and the transaction speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Really easy to use and setup, integrates well, we use it daily without any hassle, it packs in all the features we actually need, nothing extra, nothing missing, and great support too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing too major, but we can't edit Shopify orders directly in Gokwik. It would've been better if that were possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Please improve customers service and there is no option to switch profiles or accounts for brands which are in shopify Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Decent product amongst competitors. The UI is little cluttered but the product is stable with decent delivery rates.
All is okay, till there is any issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their customer service is really bad
1. We use the WhatsApp chat as a core part of the business
2. In case of escalation / ban or wanting help with Green tick, the team has caused innumerable delays and mixed up requests between different numbers
3. Their system is so opaque -- their communication with BSP is broken & they don't update on issues unless multiple times following up
Even SBI would have better customer service than them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The more and more features that they keep on adding every quarter Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GoKwik provides an easy-to-integrate payment gateway solution with fast processing of applications with the best customer/Merchant support, Also prices are best as compared to the competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Gokwik was helpful in resolving the payment gateway issue with its different options to accept payment but the dashboard was still underdeveloped, and faced issues with reporting(settlement Reports) and Chargebacks/Fraud cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
