Integrating it with other platform is seamless and if any problem arises, the customer support team is always available to help. It was very easy to implement the checkout at our website. It is being used usually most of the time during the transactions. It has many other features like data storing so that you dont have to enter your address and contact details everytime you place an order **What do you dislike about GoKwik?** The only thing gokwik can improve is the performance and the transaction speed. **What problems is GoKwik solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has been making our checkout process very easy by saving the customer details through the login key i.e mobile or email id. ### 2. The UI is little cluttered but the product is stable with decent delivery rates. All is okay, till there is any issue. **What do you dislike about GoKwik?** Their customer service is really bad 1. We use the whatsapp chat as a core part of the business 2. In case of escalation / ban or wanting help with Green tick, the team has caused innumerable delays and mixed up requests between different numbers 3. Their system is so opaque -- their communication with BSP is broken & they don't update on issues unless multiple times following up Even SBI would have better customer service than them **What problems is GoKwik solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves for communicating with the customers. It right now is causing more issues than solving them. It has been 4+ months and still concern isn't solved ### 5.
