The integration process is smooth. It is a simple UI UX. The dashboard and analytics is good.

Sometimes, the chat bot may glitch in its initial phase but the SPOCs are good.

Csat and agent review system is the best on Lime chat. Secondly you can integrate all your front ends like bot, Instagram DM's, Facebook and whats app business all in the lime chat platform.

- Bot Flow  -  Handles 80% of queries itself, reducing engagement time and improve customer experience.

- Omnichannel Helpdesk to manage tickets across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Email

- Tools like Canned Reponses which allows saving most commonly asked Q/As or product queries

-Message templates for quickly sending messages to all contacts

-Analytics dashboard that allows you to see all the details of your campaigns, tickets, agents ineraction time to resolve tickets, categorizing ticket types/query types all in one place

- 	2-way Retention Campaigns on WhatsApp, that can 3x the conversion of abandoned checkouts, reorder, upsell, customer win-back campaign etc

- Pre-Purchase, Post-Purchase workflows

- Click to Whatsapp ad flow support

- On-boarding team | Limechat is excellent. The transition and on-boarding, training etc went so smooth and especially Ananya was excellent in helping our team get the knack of using the tool for day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about LimeChat?**

While Limechat is excellent for Shopify users, I feel Woocomemrce have limited functionalities. Conversion rates are not captured. You can only see the number of users who wetn till shop now button, Whether its success sale or abandon cart - its not captured like shopify.

The direct-to click associated orders from customer chat window feature - This is only for shopify

Integration with woocommerce and plugins could be improved. the features offered for shopify users 'd be there for woocommerce as well.

Analytics tracking of conversions of campaigns  not available for woocommerce

**What problems is LimeChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customers love the interactive platform that LimeChat provides. They can easily search for products and then interact with our super interactive chatbot to streamline their queries. We also could understand highly sought after products or max number of queries for whioch product etc. Understand user behaviour etc

Our brand is very responsive and we want to make sure our customer interactions about the brand and products are answered within a specific time. Limechat makes this seamless!

Manage tickets across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Email - this feature is by far our most favorite than the bot itself! None of the queries go missed. Being a responsible D-C brand, we feel our customer interactions about the brand and products must be rightly answered within a specific time. With limechat, this is seamless. 

The broadcast campaigns with promotional offers and products/ new lanches or sales - This is super easy and convenient with Lime Chat

LimeChat has an active user community, and resources are available for help and assistance, including documentation, forums, and online discussions. It is easy to use and it has various options to interact, It is the Fastest way to approach a customer and it can be integrated into various tools as well. It is very friendly to use, unlike other tools. By using this tool we can give 100% customer support. I frequently use this tool to address the concern.

As a beginner, it takes time and practice to know about the tool. It is not easy to implement.

Addressing customer concerns and getting their issue resolved. It is the fastest way to interact with the customers.

Limechat makes it simple for us to build a bot to automate responses on our IG account to comments on our posts and ads. The team behind it are superb, responsive and super quick to implement suggestions.

**What do you dislike about LimeChat?**

Because it's such a new company some processes are not yet fully polished, but I'm sure this will come with time. They've improved significantly in the small time we've been working with them.

**What problems is LimeChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to responnd in a timely manner to the many IG comments we get without having to tie up too many resources. We wanted to meet out customers where they already are, and react to that intent when it was the freshest.

**What do you like best about LimeChat?**

They have good support and our current POC Akash is very dedicated and helps with all queries raised by our team. The UI is improving continuously and are adding new features to simplify the process.

**What do you dislike about LimeChat?**

As it is new, there are a lot of missing features in the tool compared to others.  the major missing features are:
1. Analytics tracking of conversions of campaigns apart from the abandoned carts. 
2. the template creation in the tool, have to be created on the Gupshup platform.

Limechat helps with omnichannel customer support. It has ai bots to handle a lot of WhatsApp traffic and help convert them. It also helps with the communication of live details about orders and shipment to the customers

**What do you like best about LimeChat?**

1. Bot flow- Robust system design by team which handles almost 80% queries itself, reducing TAT, engagement time and improving customer experience.
2. Product finder- Effective way to recommend product solutions to new leads based on their interest. Combined with experienced telesales staff, we are able to generate a decent revenue line for our business
3. CRM- Agent to customer dashboard is very convenient to use 
4. Agility- Limechat team hustles like our own and fights hard to deliver on change requests.

Integrations- The tool doesnt have native integrations with third party flow automators such as zapier, salesforce, integromat, and so on
DIY box- Changes in existing journey have to flow through the LC team. Ideally, we should we be able to change trivial items ourselves

Limechat has automate delivery and tracking notifications to customers. Also it has helped create a self serve platform for customers to discover products or book consultations with a doctor. This has reduced the number queries into our CS team. Besides, the LC team continuously endeavors to deliver better results in this program

After we integrated Lime Chat, we experienced a transformation in customer support with bot integration, which came with the easy and helpful guidance of initiation and execution of the bot.
The sales experienced a steep hike of 70% and WhatsApp template approvals were made easy.
The services provided by the supportive and helpful LimeChat team made working with
LimeChat easier and fun.

A proactive POC, Kshitij Seth has helped us with appropriate solutions and timely implementation of tasks. He also puts effort into making sure our issues are resolved satisfactorily.

For WhatsApp broadcasting, we have been facing issues. I would highly recommend moving away from CSV uploading of users to a better, more straightforward method to add user data. There are high failure rates while sending WhatsApp messages. Also, we can have a better communication platform with the POC, such as Google chat or a Whatsapp group, for a quicker turnaround.

LimeChat truly helped Conatural to have a seamless customer experience with one window ticketing solution for all our social media platforms and lessen TAT. The AI-powered bot is really efficient and easy to manage that uplifted our sales. The team is superbly active & responsive. Integrations & setups were quick and simple throughout. We managed to get the real-time, detailed insights and reporting of CSRs.

Our remarketing was always less effective with just emails and sms until we on boarded WhatsApp. The response rate shot up when we started using WhatsApp for remarketing. Weve also recently initiated capturing consumer feedback and we expect this service to reduce the workload of our CRM team significantly

**What do you like best about LimeChat?**

It Integrates with Every major channel easily, was able to Integrate it with Whatsapp API Gupshup, Facebook, Instagram. Let's you manage all your customer queries from a single login.
Saves a lot of time.
Plus gives you the option to broadcast your messages separately to your customer using a template

**What do you dislike about LimeChat?**

Replies sent through Instagram direct message(DM) is not visible on the Limechat chatbox. Also 24hr reply window could be extended would be the best . Bit techy

**Recommendations to others considering LimeChat:**

Should consider if you a small or medium size company, WhatsApp messaging is must as customer Interaction rate is higher then other traditional platforms
