What do you dislike about LimeChat?
While Limechat is excellent for Shopify users, I feel Woocomemrce have limited functionalities. Conversion rates are not captured. You can only see the number of users who wetn till shop now button, Whether its success sale or abandon cart - its not captured like shopify.
The direct-to click associated orders from customer chat window feature - This is only for shopify
Integration with woocommerce and plugins could be improved. the features offered for shopify users 'd be there for woocommerce as well.
