What do you like best about LimeChat?

- Bot Flow - Handles 80% of queries itself, reducing engagement time and improve customer experience.

- Omnichannel Helpdesk to manage tickets across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Email

- Tools like Canned Reponses which allows saving most commonly asked Q/As or product queries

-Message templates for quickly sending messages to all contacts

-Analytics dashboard that allows you to see all the details of your campaigns, tickets, agents ineraction time to resolve tickets, categorizing ticket types/query types all in one place

- 2-way Retention Campaigns on WhatsApp, that can 3x the conversion of abandoned checkouts, reorder, upsell, customer win-back campaign etc

What do you dislike about LimeChat?

While Limechat is excellent for Shopify users, I feel Woocomemrce have limited functionalities. Conversion rates are not captured. You can only see the number of users who wetn till shop now button, Whether its success sale or abandon cart - its not captured like shopify.

The direct-to click associated orders from customer chat window feature - This is only for shopify

Integration with woocommerce and plugins could be improved. the features offered for shopify users 'd be there for woocommerce as well.

What do you like best about LimeChat?

LimeChat has an active user community, and resources are available for help and assistance, including documentation, forums, and online discussions. It is easy to use and it has various options to interact, It is the Fastest way to approach a customer and it can be integrated into various tools as well. What do you like best about LimeChat?

What do you like best about LimeChat?

They have good support and our current POC Akash is very dedicated and helps with all queries raised by our team. The UI is improving continuously and are adding new features to simplify the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LimeChat?

As it is new, there are a lot of missing features in the tool compared to others. the major missing features are:

1. Analytics tracking of conversions of campaigns apart from the abandoned carts.

What do you like best about LimeChat?

1. Bot flow- Robust system design by team which handles almost 80% queries itself, reducing TAT, engagement time and improving customer experience.

2. Product finder- Effective way to recommend product solutions to new leads based on their interest. Combined with experienced telesales staff, we are able to generate a decent revenue line for our business

3. CRM- Agent to customer dashboard is very convenient to use

What do you dislike about LimeChat?

Integrations- The tool doesnt have native integrations with third party flow automators such as zapier, salesforce, integromat, and so on
