What do you like best?

How simple the interface is. It's WYSIWYG simple. It takes less than 5 mins to get a campaign live. The speed of the data return in 2-3 days is amazing as well. I can cut my budget quickly if something isn't working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

Terminus is an effective product backed by a very responsive team. There is even more to the tool than we have even been able to uncover and/or leverage yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The platform itself has a lot of room to grow. They have acquired other pieces of software over the years that remain "bolted on" rather than being fully integrated. There are still some aspects of the tool that should be self-serve but instead involve opening a support ticket to achieve. The UI isn't bad, but it isn't as intuitive as it could be. Terminus is a great value and is perfect for a small marketing team like ours. Other providers were larger, more expensive, and less transparent. What do you like best?

Terminus has demonstrated a remarkable ability to adjust and grow their platform to continue to provide best in class analytics and advertising. I've been a Terminus customer for the last 5 years (at three organizations), and I keep coming back to Terminus because of their platform's continuing strength in analytics and advertising, but also by their penchant for actually to listening to feedback and implementing it.

I also love the Account Hub functionality, and the ability to see how our accounts should be segmented for account orchestration purposes. Being able to filter by engagement, intent signals, and current activity is invaluable for our marketing strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There's still some work to be done in combining the remarkable data strength of the BrightFunnel platform into Terminus - there are still some divisions between where certain data is available. This has continued to improve with each release, so I feel confident that they'll continue to improve this functionality and provide that view as a "single pane". The main problem is the ability to target personas within target accounts at scale. Our organization needs to target thousands of accounts at a time, and the new tools that Terminus has released (dynamic segments) we can target and engage with the right accounts at the right time. We've been able to continually increase our efficiency in our program while simultaneously increase the scope.

Additionally, we've been able to report on account-level metrics in a way that we could not within Salesforce. This additional funnel reporting has enabled additional prioritization of marketing funds and tactics, as well as data purchases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I love the constantly growing tech stack available and the customer support. The technologies give us insane insights that enable us to develop high-quality leads and get ahead in the target's buy cycle. What do you like best?

The integration behavior between Terminus and Salesforce is a bit light - I would like to see more automated and selective integration of fields/field values between Terminus and Salesforce. I would also like to see an open API with the Terminus platform so we can run analytics on Terminus data with other business data a little more efficientlyh. Recommendations to others considering the product:

ABM software offers your business a new way of interacting with your Accounts. I would encourage businesses to get their Account data in good shape and to consider loading in new prospect accounts to get additional value out of the tracking behavior this software provides. I think this is a simpler tool to implement and with today's muddy software landscape, simpler is better for many reasons, including cost of ownership.

During COVID we've seen a reduced digital ad spend budget; Terminus is allowing us to capture intent data without digital ads, so this is providing value every day on that front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It's hard to pick a single thing that I like the best. Terminus provides a way to put targeted messaging in front of the specific accounts, titles and departments you want to target through their Engage platform. They also provide powerful insights and analytics through their Hub platform, which is incredibly useful for planning and strategy with sales for our go-to-market approach. What do you like best?

The platform has been very intuitive for the most part. Our onboarding specialist was extremely helpful to get up and running (even in the beginning of Covid-19) and made sure we had everything we needed to succeed. Honestly, there isn't much that I've come across that I dislike. I am not the strongest user but I have been a big part of implementation and getting setup. If we were able to adjust our custom fields on our own (ours have changed a few times) it would be easier but not a deal breaker and understand their team needs to do it. What do you like best?

We can easily target display ad tactics to set of accounts within a specific market. And the Terminus campaign is linked directly to a Salesforce campaign, allowing attribution reporting. Website analytics and engagement is tracked and reported directly in Terminus.

We currently are not able to import contacts from an excel file into an active tactic. A new tactic must be created. Terminus is aware of the inconvenience here. The platform is most effective when integrated with your CRM (Salesforce). Your sales teams can also use Terminus to gain actionable insights on each account. The Terminus Account Hub is the most effective tool. The target accounts are synced to the Hub and can be segmented by SFDC feilds into lists and added to display ad campaigns. What do you like best?

Terminus is pretty easy to use. They have staff that are dedicated to helping you fully understand the platform as you are onboarding. Because they are there to walk you through the process, you can get tactics up and running in a matter of minutes.

Once they are live, monitoring your progress is relatively easy and you can modify which accounts see your messaging as you go. What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to adjust the daily spend.

I really liked how responsive the sales and customer service staff have been. Whenever we had a question, they were always ready to help, and provided answers quickly. Often our customer success person would engage technical staff to provide input.

What do you dislike?

Personalization of creative to an account is a drag. If you want to have unique creative for different accounts, you have to duplicate tactics and manage them independently vs setting dynamic variables.

Reporting is not easy in this system. It is not possible to do date-range or cross-tab reporting on campaigns.

There was no onboarding checklist when we signed up. While the support team was helpful, the onboarding process felt very ad-hoc. I feel like many of the objections and challenges I had would have been shared by other clients. We would have benefitted from some visibility into the entire onboarding process. It's hard to match account IPs for accounts outside of North America. The statistics and analysis of campaigns are not in dept enough to plan follow up campaigns. Terminus has solid ad ops launch practices to make it easy to get campaigns up and running. Their account building lists makes it easy to segment and target the right accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Reporting features are lacking and hard to follow. Furthermore, their LinkedIn ads aren't up-to-date so you can't even include CTA buttons, lead gen forms, or other new ad unit formats.

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

There are a lot of products on the market that claim to be ABM tools. Terminus makes such a claim, but their capabilities are limited. If you narrowly want to serve ads they are quite good - but do not confuse Terminus with an end to end ABM solution. ABM is far more complex than what Terminus offers. Consider them ABM "training-wheels". A good way to get your feet wet in the space, but you'll outgrow them quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Depending on the timeframe you became a customer, you might have missed access to many of our ABM products - Email Signatures, Chat Experiences, Web Experiences, Measurement Studio, and Data Studio have all been releases / had major updates in the Spring / Summer of 2020.

Most likely you had access to our Account-Based Ads product called Advertising Experiences. We are making some big changes to that product line and are investing heavily in that product right now.

Our overall platform has changed via two major acquisitions and product changes under the hood over the last 6 months. This week we launched our Pardot integration to allow you to connect your ABM Lists in Terminus with Pardot Engage.
