
What I like best about Recotap is how it brings everything together in one place. The personalization engine, intent insights, account signals, CRM notes, and campaign activity all sit inside a unified platform, making it incredibly easy to understand where each account stands and what action to take next.
The Customer Success team is equally impressive. They’re cooperative, proactive, and genuinely involved at every step to help us get the most out of the platform.
Recotap has also improved our LinkedIn targeting by nearly 5×. Accounts that usually don’t receive enough reach in native LinkedIn campaigns become fully accessible and engaged through Recotap.

There isn’t much to dislike, but one thing we’re looking forward to is having more of the LinkedIn ad formats available inside Recotap.
