What do you like best about Madison Logic Platform?

I think the Madison Logic Platform has lots of good views on the dashboard, which is very helpful for seeing all the content syndication and display ads that we run. It's easy to look at our ads by target account list or different ad levels to see which ones are performing best. The click-through rate and all those metrics are right there, and it's very easy to click around and find the data I need. The initial setup was quite easy, thanks to really good account managers who helped us set it up quickly, especially for launching our content syndication and display data. What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?

I think there's some limitations with the dashboard, especially when I try filtering by date range. There are a few bugs or hiccups with the platform where I can't get the exact view that I'm looking for. I also think it could be a little bit easier to export data into Excel. What do you like best about Madison Logic Platform?

What honestly stands out the most for me is how the platform connects intent data directly to real account activity in a way that actually makes sense for our team. The MLI Score is something I check regularly now because it gives us a clear signal on which accounts are actively in research mode versus just passively existing in our target list. That alone has changed how we prioritize our outreach.

The UI is really easy to navigate and everything is where you expect it to be. Reports load fast and the dashboards are straightforward so you can get to the data you need without any hassle. For a platform that does this much it is surprisingly simple to use and the performance has been consistently reliable. No complaints there.

The support and onboarding experience has been fantastic. We had a full walkthrough when we got started so we understood exactly how everything works and we still have weekly check ins to stay on top of what is happening with our campaigns. That kind of ongoing support makes a real difference.

The Trending Topics feature is something I find myself using all the time. It shows you exactly what your target accounts are researching at any given moment which makes it so much easier to align your content and messaging to what buyers actually care about right now. I like the Madison Logic Platform because it provides a lot of great data, including insights and research activities of our key target account list. The account insights are helpful, as they allow us to share research activity directly with the sales team. The Madison Logic Platform itself is somewhat tricky to use. Those account insights are helpful, but require sifting through manually which I don't have time to do on a regular basis. I would love if we could highlight specific insights that can be monitored across our target account list, then get email notifications when that activity does occur. I like the team of account managers at Madison Logic Platform; they've always been very strong and quick to act. It's also great that I can clearly see my results broken down by account and by pieces of content. This helps to speed up time because I can identify which pieces of content perform well and then choose to promote them more on other channels. The clear breakdown of results is really helpful. Also, the initial setup is fairly straightforward with the platform, as I just need to provide the relevant landing page, email copy, and content to the account manager, which is pretty quick. I think cost per lead is naturally quite high, I guess, you could say. There's a challenge because costs are rising. What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?

After the series of TALs was given to Madison, the sequences seemed like the best I had worked with. However, about a month into the program, I began to realize that the TAL information was—or at least seemed to be—very inaccurate. The prospect information started to look very similar across all accounts, and worse yet, we were unable to reconnect with 98% of the alleged leads, or the contacts stated they had never had a conversation with Birlasoft/Madison. I like how Madison Logic Platform delivers quality leads with a near-immediate impact on our pipeline. The leads' quality and true engagement stand out when compared to those from other vendors, driving our pipeline more quickly and organically. I also appreciate the seamless integration of the lead upload process, which means once the programs are set up, there's very little I need to worry about.
