What do you like best about Warmly?

warmly.ai has proven to be the best among the other tolls available online. It gives me the data of the website visitors on my website such as company names, email, etc

What I like best is the integration part with the website, just by adding the code in the header section provided by the team it integrates quickly and provides results within 24 hours. I have a better understanding on my website visitors by getting the details such as the company name and email with linkedin company page, through which I can reach out to them and convert them successfully. What do you dislike about Warmly?

However, the contact details that I received are not complete as they come up with only company name, So I am not sure which person exactly has contacted me from that particular organisation. It could be due to my free plan. If warly.ai can figure out the exact contact detail of the person visited on my website, that would be massive breakthrough.

Also since I am in UAE, I would like a customer support which is available on UAE time zone and not USA time zone which creates a huge time difference and cannot get in touch with them for a demo of the product to undersrtand it better.

Still I would say that warmly.ai is something I have never seen before, hopefully I will get the details sooner or later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Warmly?

I love the details about individuals' visits to the website, as well as the features to filter by intent. It has been very helpful to our sales team to identify new leads. Pretty easy to use and implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmly?

Their visitor blocking can use a little improvement in its capabilities. Currently we are using a lot of our credits on internal people visiting our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our last website visitor tracking software delivered very little info about the website visitors, to the point where it was more effort than it was worth for the sales team to try and research and go after the visitors as leads. With Warmly, we have much more info about our visitors and can filter them by intent, allowing our sales team to much more quickly and easily identify the leads to chase. What do you like best about Warmly?

Warmly has been great for our business. We've been able to identify interested customers using the trial version- and so far have been really happy. Warmly was really easy to implement and I'm very satisfied with the customer support. I think it's a fantastic tool and I'm really happy we found it through a recommendation from a friend! What do you dislike about Warmly?

Warmly has two integrations (Hubspot and Salesforce), so if you're not on those, you won't be able to get as many automations done. Right now, I'm handling a lot of data input manually which might get tricky with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Warmly?

Real-time website viewer capture, slack integration, allows for our team to take quick action on website viewers. Their support is incredible, suprisingly their SDRs are at the forefront of it, tending to even freemium users. Had a good experience with Desanka who's always ready to help when needed. What do you like best about Warmly?

For any account-based organizations, it's great to know who's coming to the website in a way that is actionable. Warmly gives context directly in slack, and we're excited to play with the powerful paid features as well. It was straight forward to setup, and the Warmly team has been responsive with any issues. What do you like best about Warmly?

Simplicity in setting up and using from the start. The ability to see top of funnel leads visiting our website, what pages, how long, etc. and then being able to put them into the correct workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmly?

Would like the ability to sort leads by time spent on our website or number of pages viewed. This could be available but I have not looked in the correct space yet. I still haven't completely dove into everything possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helping out rev ops leaders work from one platform to drive our ABO workflows and continue to build our top-of-funnel pipeline while generating better-qualified leads for our sales teams to pursue. - Integration truly only took minutes to do, with minimal knowledge of website systems required

- Generous free tier means you can get started quickly to see if it works for your business

- BIG PLUS: Warmly sales team was informative and did not pressure at all; truly felt like they wanted to do what was right for our business, not just to get us to upgrade

What do you like best about Warmly?

I've been using Warmly for the website visitor identification. First of all - the free trial gives you plenty of "leads" so you can see it first hand. Second - it seems to capture more of the organizations that visit our site (which more warm leads). Third - the data is much more comprehensive. It's easier to see the page flow that users take, and it's able to see what forms they submit (at least for me - I use Elementor forms). Fourth - the UI is great, you can see the main pages visited directly on the main UI, so you can easily set up filters to separate high-intent traffic and general traffic.

Implementation is extremely easy, just copy & paste a code snippet. Takes 2 minutes.

The tool is significantly better than other web visitor tools. I've tried ~3 that are in the more traditional price range. This one identifies around double the leads with higher quality data. The team really knows what they're doing over there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmly?

- The obvious: the price is tag is high. Not saying it's not worth it, but when you're a small team it can be an obstacle. However, the free trial gives you a good amount of leads. It's a no BS trial.

- Also: The vast majority of leads still don't have a specific person associated to them. But that isn't an issue with this tool. Every web visitor tool is like that, because of greater internet user privacy, less cookies, VPNs etc... As long as we know the organization name and it's under 500 employees our SDR's can usually do detective work to figure out who it might be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We get visitors to high intent pages, but we often don't know who they are.

This tool identifies the organization names and organizes their page flow for us to view.
