warmly.ai has proven to be the best among the other tolls available online. It gives me the data of the website visitors on my website such as company names, email, etc
What I like best is the integration part with the website, just by adding the code in the header section provided by the team it integrates quickly and provides results within 24 hours. I have a better understanding on my website visitors by getting the details such as the company name and email with linkedin company page, through which I can reach out to them and convert them successfully. However, the contact details that I received are not complete as they come up with only company name, So I am not sure which person exactly has contacted me from that particular organisation. It could be due to my free plan. If warly.ai can figure out the exact contact detail of the person visited on my website, that would be massive breakthrough.
Also since I am in UAE, I would like a customer support which is available on UAE time zone and not USA time zone which creates a huge time difference and cannot get in touch with them for a demo of the product to undersrtand it better.

Real-time website viewer capture, slack integration, allows for our team to take quick action on website viewers. Their support is incredible, suprisingly their SDRs are at the forefront of it, tending to even freemium users. Had a good experience with Desanka who's always ready to help when needed. For any account-based organizations, it's great to know who's coming to the website in a way that is actionable. I've been using Warmly for the website visitor identification. First of all - the free trial gives you plenty of "leads" so you can see it first hand. Second - it seems to capture more of the organizations that visit our site (which more warm leads). Third - the data is much more comprehensive. It's easier to see the page flow that users take, and it's able to see what forms they submit (at least for me - I use Elementor forms). Fourth - the UI is great, you can see the main pages visited directly on the main UI, so you can easily set up filters to separate high-intent traffic and general traffic.
Implementation is extremely easy, just copy & paste a code snippet. Takes 2 minutes.
The tool is significantly better than other web visitor tools. I've tried ~3 that are in the more traditional price range. This one identifies around double the leads with higher quality data. The team really knows what they're doing over there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- The obvious: the price is tag is high. Not saying it's not worth it, but when you're a small team it can be an obstacle. However, the free trial gives you a good amount of leads. It's a no BS trial.
- Also: The vast majority of leads still don't have a specific person associated to them. But that isn't an issue with this tool. Every web visitor tool is like that, because of greater internet user privacy, less cookies, VPNs etc... As long as we know the organization name and it's under 500 employees our SDR's can usually do detective work to figure out who it might be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
