What do you like best about N.Rich?

The support is unmatched. Lots of platforms care when you first launch, then only check back in when they want to sell you something. The support I've received at N.Rich isn't like that. What do you dislike about N.Rich?

I don't feel like the full picture of how to integrate this system was exposed to us before we signed on. I wish there was more guidance on how to integrate into our systems and how to get sales buy in, and what the process between marketing and sales should look like. Plus, a lot of the links in the help center say there is more content to come, but I don't see new content coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
