What do you like best?

Other ABM tools charge top dollars for their platform and mandate a lofty ad spend requirements. Recotap has no minimum ad spend commitments enabling small marketing teams to start small. experiment and expand gradually.

We are very impressed with multichannel targeting capabilities. We were able to execute 54 Account Based Advertising experiments in a short span of 2 weeks, identify the best performing 8 and optimise content and spends for the best performing strategy.

Another aspect we love in Recotap is the Engagement score. Recotap tracks engagement from Target accounts on our website, emails, marketing automation and SDFC and provides an Engagement Score for each account. We used the Engagement Score to identify Marketing Qualified Accounts very early in their buying process even before they filled a form on our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

User Interface for setting up website personalisation is complex. However our Customer Service Manager has been exceptionally helpful. He is very responsive and helped us setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Account based advertising is one of the channels. This channel will become important in GDPR era. Be patient with this marketing channel, do not expect miracle on day 1 and blame account based marketing. Nurture your audience, build your audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Focused on nurturing my accounts, decision-makers. account-based, targeted. We know our market well. We also know that it takes multiple touch points to nurture a customer, build relationships with them. I have to get to the channels where my customer is spending time. What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

Recotap ABM offers product with a solid account and people targeting capabilities.

The Recotap team will step up and offer consultations while designing the campaigns. Their willingness to work alongside to design winning campaigns by sharing best practices is quite valuable. What do you like best?

Recotap has been an exceptional partner for me as we have a very small marketing team. Their CS team is excellent and works hand-in-hand to set up and test a variety of experiments aligned to our Account Based Advertising goals. What do you like best?

We made a decision to switch to the ABM way of Marketing for our org. And we were looking for a vendor that offers the ability to start small and scale gradually. What do you like best?

With looming cuts in marketing budgets, Marketers are challenged like never before, to dramatically improve their ROI and deliver results. With Recotap, they can finally abandon the spray-and-pray techniques, of the past, and direct their advertising dollars towards the right targets and achieve their goals. What do you dislike?

Custom reporting is not supported out of the box. Whenever it is required, there is developer involvement to pull reports. I would like for Recotap to be able to integrate with the likes of PowerBI/Tableau so true self-servicing can be achieved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the main requirements in running ABM programs is the ability to have a 360 view of the target account activity, cutting across channels, functions and data sources. Recotap uniquely solves the problem. They measure the interactions at the account and people level to surface engagement scores. What do you like best?

We really liked the overall simplicity of the product and also the team's willingness to help and their consulting led approach to on-board us to Recotap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We would like to see a template led approach to personalisation setup. While the current setup provides a fair bit of flexibility and advanced CSS manipulation, it would be worthwhile to have a WYSWIG editor option as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using Recotap's ABA capabilities to serve digital ads to our key accounts / contacts and personalise the landing page experience for them and to optimise it for conversion.

We see that the quality of our sales conversation with our target account contacts has improved significantly as they are primed and aware of Celerum's offering before we talk to them.
