
Not much. The UX has been severely damaged by the NCino acquisition of SimpleNexus. It's clunky, creates additional time and effort spent on each and every inbound application, and for a system that lacks easy customization, has some pretty dismal defaults in place. The user experience for a loan officer has been drastically diminished by NCino's lack of flexibility and lack of customization. The platform now requires a loan officer to perform tasks of a data entry clerk, costing valuable time and adding friction to the origination process, harming the overall customer experience. Their basic app is terrible and misses numerous required fields on loan applications, and the messaging for in-process applications is pathetically done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
