The support is unmatched. Lots of platforms care when you first launch, then only check back in when they want to sell you something. The support I've received at N.Rich isn't like that. I don't feel like the full picture of how to integrate this system was exposed to us before we signed on. I wish there was more guidance on how to integrate into our systems and how to get sales buy in, and what the process between marketing and sales should look like. I think the platform is good for awareness campaigns, but not as effective on conversions. The ads are targeted, which makes it good to reach specific hospitals/regions. The platform is easy to use and analytics are easy to read (once learned). inputting segment on the platform is not technically challenging. Good sync between Salesforce and N.rich. I think the platform would be more benefical if we could see the hospital regions in account level, the platform is more effective on larger scale campaigns to lover CPC, but when it comes to smaller regions, the results are more difficult to obtain and its more expensive to invest on. This makes targeting specific accounts with ads less effective (cost and analytics data wise). - Analytics limitations: There are limitation in the analytics when it's a smaller campaigns/few cookies and it's manual work in excel to deep dive in the analytics.

- Account setup: The account setup has been wrong and there's been missing support for longer periods of time. I asked on May 7 and again June 13 if it’s possible to group the accounts per domain. First as of August 6, 3 months later, the issue seems to be fixed by the right tech support. This is too long to wait.

- Import of non HCP domains: We've had an issue with import of a domain which we're not in our campaign target (but apparently comes from previous imports) so check of data seems to be missing so that we ensure only to target healthcare professionals (HCPs). We are not allowed to promote our products to non HCPs.

- Customer support: Some support has been efficient and fast, but not always and this is not meeting our expectations and make us question if this is the right platform to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have a great product, but the people behind it makes it all even more worth it. Bella, Ryan, Josh, Yulia and Markus work together on making sure customers are empowered and working the tool the way it's supposed. I like how easy it is to get ads running in top placements, the variety of formats you can use, and the fact that they only charge you per engagement, which makes qualifying audiences easier than ever.

The integrations with HubSpot and LinkedIn Ads are super useful as well to streamline operations. If you are using HubSpot, you'll get to send engagement data from N.Rich to HubSpot and use them to trigger takes to sales reps, which makes handover easier and more automated.
