**What do you like best about N.Rich?**

Established ABM and intent platforms in the market can be prohibitively expensive for startups and scale-ups, particularly when those capabilities are critical but budgets are constrained. Having used most of the leading ABM and intent tools, I’ve found N.Rich to be comparable in capability, intuitive to use, and offered at a highly competitive price point.

A real differentiator, however, is the quality of the team. From the Account Manager who supported me during the validation stage of the buying process to the Customer Success Manager focused on accelerating time to value, the experience has been consistently strong and commercially aligned.

**What do you dislike about N.Rich?**

It’s not a dislike, as the platform is very much fit for purpose, but one area I’d like to see improved is the frequency of data updates. Specifically, reducing the lag between what’s visible in the platform and what syncs through to our CRM would make reporting and activation even more seamless.

**What problems is N.Rich solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve made a significant shift in our go-to-market strategy, moving from broad, blind account targeting to a more intent-driven approach. This has helped us address a timing challenge we previously faced, where pipeline would stagnate because interest in our solution was high but project timelines were misaligned.

By leveraging high-intent signals, we’re able to engage accounts at the right moment, increasing the likelihood of meaningful conversations and improving overall pipeline velocity.

There is ofcourse the added benefit of increasing visibility and account engagement via the display advertising which bolsters the likelihood of conversion within the account.

The company targeting stands you out from the competitive field. User experience is also good in some cases

**What do you dislike about N.Rich?**

Platform offers good quality data but lacks the media or placement performance, which could be very useful insight to deliver to clients. Also having some experience with campaigning there, the landing page traffic is non-existent, even if the ad-level performance would be good. The cross-channel has been huge disappointment for me personnally and the results don’t come even near with Google, even if they are using similar DSPs

It delivers multi-content approach under same platform (video, article, cross-channel) and this is a close replacement for many programmatic platforms. This also gives good insight from the ABM list which companies or industries engage and that can be utilized in LinkedIn targeting when planning a campaign there

So far, we haven’t had any major issues with N.Rich. It’s a significant investment, but one we’ve been happy with up to this point.

N.Rich enables a targeted approach that we wouldn’t be able to support on our own without this tool. When used alongside the other tools we have, it helps us run very specific, ongoing targeting for warm accounts, while also supporting our brand awareness campaigns.

N.Rich can have a bit of a learning curve at first, especially when getting used to its advanced targeting and reporting features. However, their support team has been extremely helpful and patient throughout the onboarding process, making it much easier to get up to speed and see results quickly.

The UI is very easy to grasp, making it super smooth to navigate different campaigns and segments - as well as leveraging my N.rich expertise to my peers.

**What do you dislike about N.Rich?**

There are a few technical areas that could be improved, especially the campaign report/stats dashboard when exporting results. I’ve noticed what the dashboard shows doesn’t always match exactly what appears in the Excel report, and it can be confusing. Perhaps this is on my end probably a minor setting.

**What problems is N.Rich solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N.rich helps us simplify account-based advertising by offering powerful ad formats that really engage our target group. We’ve seen a very positive impact within the target accounts we selected.

The support is unmatched. Lots of platforms care when you first launch, then only check back in when they want to sell you something. The support I've received at N.Rich isn't like that. There are constant check ins, proactive communication, and no upsells.

**What do you dislike about N.Rich?**

I don't feel like the full picture of how to integrate this system was exposed to us before we signed on. I wish there was more guidance on how to integrate into our systems and how to get sales buy in, and what the process between marketing and sales should look like. Plus, a lot of the links in the help center say there is more content to come, but I don't see new content coming.

**What problems is N.Rich solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of high end, expensive products that only a few businesses would have a use case for. N.Rich is helping us find those businesses and market to them directly the product we think would benefit them. We've yet to really see a good return on this. Part of this is on us as we don't have the support internally from IT, sales, and content creation that we should for something so robust.

Once your lists, reports, and campaigns are set up, N.Rich becomes a highly enjoyable and efficient platform to work with.

It has made our work as marketers significantly easier, especially in moving each lead seamlessly through the different stages of the marketing funnel. 

The ability to sync with LinkedIn Ads allows you to reach prospects across multiple channels, improving touchpoints and campaign impact.

Automation removes the need for manual lead progression through the funnel, saving time and reducing errors.

The support and customer success teams are a pleasure to work with. Always available, great support, receptive to feedback, and open to suggestions for optimizing the platform.

**What do you dislike about N.Rich?**

N.Rich is not a magic solution, you need to invest time and effort in setting up your lists, reports, and campaigns properly before you see results. Which make sense - no tool can create this work for you.

There is a learning curve during the initial setup, which may require dedicated resources before automation truly pays off.

**What problems is N.Rich solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N.Rich solves the challenge of efficiently moving leads through the marketing funnel without heavy manual effort. Before, we had to manually progress leads, manage separate ad channels, and track funnel stages in siloed systems. With N.Rich, these processes are automated and integrated with other channels and marketing tools. 

The benefits for us are significant: time savings, better targeting, consistency, scalability. This has freed up our marketing team to focus on strategy and creative work instead of repetitive operational tasks, ultimately improving both efficiency and ROI.

NRICH ABM platform is a very customizable tool, that can be adapted to your campaigns, objectives and the geographical differences. It is very well designed and the NRICH team is constantly improving the UX for ease of use. It provides thorough insights on the impact of our digital campaigns and the behaviours of our customers.

I could not get to use all of the functionalities of the NRICH ABM platform yet as there is so many possibilities to customize and adapt to every customer needs. I wish there was a way to add more automation and AI than there already is to optimize resources and maximize impact. I am sure this is coming as the NRICH team is constantly improving the platform.

NRICH team, together with their ABM platform, are helping us to create more targeted campaigns and gather more actionable insights that ultimately help us to quantify impact and constantly improve our campaigns based on customer segments and geographies around the world. What I like most is that it helps us get in front of our target accounts, and that I can pull valuable data from the advertising and buying journey. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up with support from the NRich team, and that we could see the effects right away.

Nothing major so far. We did work through a few bugs, especially around reporting where it showed more clicks than there actually were.

**What do you like best about N.Rich?**

I think the platform is good for awareness campaigns, but not as effective on conversions. The ads are targeted, which makes it good to reach specific hospitals/regions. The platform is easy to use and analytics are easy to read (once learned). inputting segment on the platform is not technically challenging. Good sync between Salesforce and N.rich.

**What do you dislike about N.Rich?**

I think the platform would be more benefical if we could see the hospital regions in account level, the platform is more effective on larger scale campaigns to lover CPC, but when it comes to smaller regions, the results are more difficult to obtain and its more expensive to invest on. This makes targeting specific accounts with ads less effective (cost and analytics data wise). Segmentation practises with account grouping can make it confusing to read data due to naming conventions.

**What problems is N.Rich solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think N.rich is usefull when it comes to providing targeted display/video ads to specific hospital regions. This can limit out irrelevant customers that we would not want to target with our ads and give more accurate data.

The platform is easy to use and ads are easy to built.

**What do you dislike about N.Rich?**

- Analytics limitations: There are limitation in the analytics when it's a smaller campaigns/few cookies and it's manual work in excel to deep dive in the analytics. 
- Account setup: The account setup has been wrong and there's been missing support for longer periods of time. I asked on May 7 and again June 13 if it’s possible to group the accounts per domain. First as of August 6, 3 months later, the issue seems to be fixed by the right tech support. This is too long to wait. 
- Import of non HCP domains: We've had an issue with import of a domain which we're not in our campaign target (but apparently comes from previous imports) so check of data seems to be missing so that we ensure only to target healthcare professionals (HCPs). We are not allowed to promote our products to non HCPs. 
- Customer support: Some support has been efficient and fast, but not always and this is not meeting our expectations and make us question if this is the right platform to use.

I'm still waiting to see the results of our campaigns. Besides account setup issues, we're trying to see if the platform can be used to reach the specific accounts we want to target but the cookie estimate is unfortunately very low.

**What do you like best about N.Rich?**

They have a great product, but the people behind it makes it all even more worth it. Bella, Ryan, Josh, Yulia and Markus work together on making sure customers are empowered and working the tool the way it's supposed. I like how easy it is to get ads running in top placements, the variety of formats you can use, and the fact that they only charge you per engagement, which makes qualifying audiences easier than ever.

The integrations with HubSpot and LinkedIn Ads are super useful as well to streamline operations. If you are using HubSpot, you'll get to send engagement data from N.Rich to HubSpot and use them to trigger takes to sales reps, which makes handover easier and more automated.

Implementing it was straightforward. It also supports cookieless configuration.

**What do you dislike about N.Rich?**

UX can get a little confusing at times, but you'll get plenty of hand holding until you are comfortable.

It allows me to make sure I spend money on the right accounts, as well as moving them through the funnel to ensure an efficient and effective sales process.

**What do you like best about N.Rich?**

After using other ABM softwares, we found that N.Rich ticks all of the important boxes for us. We find the intent data on point and the user interface easy to use so we can set up campaigns with ease. The analytics provided give us a 360 view of our progress and activities so we can be more agile and move more efficiently in our activities. The cherry on the top is the customer success function who are always attentive and happy to help.

We find that the software can seem a little basic and can be set up to be more customizable especially when sources  data for intent.

**What problems is N.Rich solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are working on adding more intent topics to their intent data sourcing which will make our third party data more targeted, giving us better quality accounts.

N.Rich feels like it has been built customer first, with easy-to-use mentality and focusing on the features that matter. If you are looking for all the possible bells and whistles, it might not be the product for you.

N.Rich has been great and forms the core of our sales and marketing focus, with an account-based marketing (ABM) approach. We combine inbound and outbound strategies to better target accounts that are ready to buy. 

Another, less talked about feature, is the quality of the data. The data guides our outbound efforts, helping our team make smarter decisions about outreach and improving our sales pipeline.

Using the intent data provided, along with some human intelligence, we can more intelligently target our ICP, and towards those who are showing signals of more purchase intent.

Like most larger systems, there is a learning curve. But it's pretty intuitive, once you know how.

It’s crucial to have a platform owner who can promote and support its use across teams, otherwise there will be no buy-in. 

Fortunately, our sales and marketing teams already work well together. This collaboration helped us make the most of all the features and align our marketing and sales efforts effectively.

N.Rich has been a real game-changer for us. We used to blindly try to find accounts that were genuinely in the market for what we offer - and we weren’t always hitting the mark. One of the biggest benefits for us right now is the access to intent data and the ability to engage with our target accounts effectively. N.Rich has been a collaborative partner, working closely with us to tailor solutions that meet our specific needs. The platform is reasonably priced and they worked with us on our budget. During the whole process, including once we were live, they kept our budget in mind and always offer suggestions for getting the biggest bang for our buck. 

The account exec worked closely with us to understand what we needed throughout the sales process; he was friendly and professional. 

I really appreciate that onboarding included asking what our goals were with the platform. Our customer success rep is awesome. She's very accessible via email, explains herself well, and is a true asset. The campaign setup is so easy. 

At a larger company, I worked with 6sense which has fantastic customer support; N.Rich is just as good at a much lower price point (and they only do part of what 6s does).

**What do you dislike about N.Rich?**

The knowledge base reads like it is "going" to be updated but it's not clear when. For that reason, it's not easy to self-serve answers. However our CSM is very responsive and helpful.

**What problems is N.Rich solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform helps us target ads to our specific audience, bringing efficiency in spend. We used to use Google Ads but could never narrow down the audience and track which accounts were engaging. This is a very easy-to-use platform so I was able to easily create ads and content and go live within a few days.

As we customize the intent topics, we should be able to see leading indicators of companies in our target market that are ready for the solution we are offering.

What I particularly like about Nrich is how it houses all the information a marketer needs in one place, especially when approaching marketing strategies from an ABM perspective. The platform allows you to visually track how firms progress through campaigns and, thus, the buyer journey while identifying high-performing accounts and providing actionable insights to re-engage other accounts. It allows me to specifically identify and hone in on my target audience, develop campaigns pertinent to them, and then provide insights that help me hone and define our approach. 

As a marketer, Nrich has given me a solid starting point when discussing ICP targets with individual sales reps weekly. The reporting that comes built in with the N.Rich platform is tremendously helpful when looking to show marketing influence of ABM campaigns. Other tools don't have this capability built in or the reports are difficult to interpret. With N.Rich you see the data you need when you need it to make the smartest decisions about your campaings.

Additionally, the platform is very easy to use. It is straightforward and can easily automate campaign flow based on buying propensity of accounts using workflows ensuring your accounts are in a campaign that is most relevent to where they are at in their buying journey.

The support through onboarding and beyond has been phenomenal. Their team is built of experts who help you build a scalable ABM strategy that makes sense for your business. Everyone at N.Rich is always happy to help and contribute their expertise - from the CSMs, AEs, and even senior leadership.

**What do you dislike about N.Rich?**

Nothing at this point. I would like to see specific ad metrics to help with A/B testing of ad messaging and images but the platform as it stands now is the easiest to use ABM tool I've worked with.

We are a very niche product and ABM makes the most sense for our business. N.Rich is allowing us to target specific accounts within our ICP with ease. I used to spend hours designing, building and maintaining campaigns in other platforms. N.Rich has cut that time down dramatically with how easy it is to set up campaigns. 

Their intent data has also been superior. We took a look at active accounts in our pipeline and all 1st and 3rd party intent matched up to conversations we were having at those accounts - which made it very easy for AEs to trust the data coming out of the platform.

Lastly, the reporting has been game changing to help show marketing influence on our pipeline.

Only I can say taht N.rich needs to have more marketing exposures for getting high enegements.
This is because the most of companies have internal decusuins for budget use.
If N.rich brand is well known, it will make more easy internal process.
