Their ability to adapt to agency reporting needs and integrate into the continuously changing OTT/CTV space. They also have an incredible support team that is highly responsive and open to feedback that our team constantly has. Our agency has continually changing needs due to us serving a wide variety of industries. Since onboarding the platform in my new role, I've communicated our agency's needs in terms of reporting and API synchronizations. There was also an instance in the onboarding process where we had to work with the StackAdapt team (Amika and Anastasia) to generate a revenue model that helps us continue our current efforts with taking in revenue from our clients campaigns. Some of the campaign setup procedures could be improved in terms of ease of workflow, including their Campaign Group flighting and appending deals into Campaign line items. It would also be helpful to have creatives have flighting capabilities, as well as a system in place where you can apply already build creatives into different line items so you don't have to manually input them every time a new Campaign Group & Campaign is rolled out.
