What do you like best about StackAdapt?

StackAdapt's platform is intuitive yet impressively robust. The account management team—especially Mike, Lauren, and the rest of our team—has taken the time to understand our business and growth plans. They consistently bring valuable ideas to enhance our campaigns, measurement, and reporting. Their responsiveness and strategic insights make a real difference. We also appreciate the flexibility to bring our own inventory and audience deals, along with seamless integrations that allow us to measure performance across our owned channels and retail partners. What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

The reporting UI could use some improvements to make navigation more intuitive. That said, whenever I've had trouble building a report, the team has been quick to assist, creating it for me and even saving it as a template in the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an advertiser for a scaling mid-market CPG company, finding the right DSP partner was a challenge. Many platforms either required forced agency partnerships or had prohibitively high minimums, limiting our flexibility. These setups also tended to take a big cut of our spend while assigning junior account reps with limited strategic input. StackAdapt has solved this by offering a platform that supports our needs without restrictive partnerships or excessive fees. Their reasonable minimums allow us to stay agile, and their dedicated, knowledgeable team provides valuable strategic insights, helping us maximize our campaign performance. What do you like best about StackAdapt?

The customer support team was responsive, and account management made a genuine effort to assist us throughout the test. Despite their efforts, the results did not meet expectations, and we ultimately found better efficiency and ROI with other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

We tested StackAdapt for one month to compare results with Mountain and Google. During this time, we found that CPCs were consistently 3–4x higher than on other platforms, making it difficult to achieve an efficient return on spend. In our case, StackAdapt did not solve the problems we were hoping to address. We tested the platform to evaluate whether it could deliver cost-efficient display advertising at scale, but CPCs ended up being 3–4x higher than comparable platforms like Mountain and Google.
